This is a great place for custom bowling apparel for all skill levels and ages! My 87 year old (lefty) grandfather was ready to give up bowling after 30 years and relocating... until ... Dave got us the right gear and a beautiful custom fit. Grandpa cant wait to go out bowling again!

Great friendly service. You can buy a ball online and take it in to get drilled or pay pretty much the same to buy it from then with it custom drilled to fit your hand. I personally like going with the small local business and recommend you do to.

What can I say about this place but it has some exceptional customer service. I am located out of Atwater, CA but work in Modesto and I just joined the 2019 bowling Winter league. Its been about 5-6 years since I was in a bowling league so I had really nothing. I searched google for local pro shops in my area and thats when I came across Bowling Outfitters Pro Shop Modesto,CA. I went directly to their facebook which they keep updated unlike other places and messaged them around 10 pm at night, to my surprise I got an answer from Jason.Jason is hands down a very knowledgeable guy when it comes to bowling. He answered all my questions with no sales pushing or judgment and would recommend things only if I asked for a recommendation on it. For example, he told me the difference between throwing a 15lb from a 16lb ball.I placed my order for a Hammer Sauce Ball, Bag & Shoes and got it within 2 days, He drilled my ball perfectly and I am super happy with it. After my first week in league I needed to pick up a spare ball and Jason had it here within 2 days again, we got it drilled and I was throwing a 194 that week.After 5-6 years, my old ball cracking Jason set me up for success once again on the lanes.Be sure to check him out for all your bowling needs. Dave is very friendly and professional. I was experiencing pain in my bowling hand due to an improper fit. He help me to figure out the right drilling for my ball. Highly recommended.
