Beautiful dresses various styles and sizes at reasonable prices!

The customer service in this store is lacking. I ordered a dress for my daughters quinceanera. It came in later than the lady told us, and in the wrong size. We had to have it altered so that it would fit comfortably because we did not have enough time to wait for the correct size to come in. This costed us additional money. I came here twice during regular business hours and the door was locked. The second time, the lady was standing behind the counter on the phone, watching me at the door. I called and could see them thru the window ignoring my phone call, and this was 2 hours before their scheduled closing time. I was there to rent a hoop to go under my daughters dress, but was forced to take my business elsewhere. I won’t be back to this business.

The place has no sense of what customer service is,terrible. They didnt bother even pointing us in the right direction. We werent allowed to even try dresses that were not the exact size. No one even bothered to greet us much less check on us at any point. Wish I could rate this store a zero
