I walked into the store on Pacific Ave, Stockton on a Friday afternoon and saw the placed jammed packed with customers. I thought Id be there at least 2 hours before I was done.To my surprise, an associate took my name, asked me to have a seat, I walked over ready sit down and I was called by an associate.I explained why I was returning the equipment. He looked at it, went to his computer, printed up a receipt and thanked me for coming in..... Less than 5 mins and I was out of there. And so were the other customers... All but 2 people.FAST, FAST FAST SERVICE. I like this place!!!

Gentlemen in the back the day I went was rude there was an elderly couple who was waiting and when a women who entered I assume before the couple let them take her place and the guy behind the counter seemed to have a problem with it cUse he made a comment about it. Something along the lines of next time lets keep the line up in order. Terrible terrible

Added charges keep getting added to my bill after being promised there would be any.Customer service is ridiculous, their automated messages and chat assistant is a joke. Good luck trying to get a hold of an agent.If you go in store, the employees are great besides the empty promises.

There was a line due to Covid restrictions. I was maybe 10th in line. I was there to pick up equipment for self installation. I was out of there with my order within 20 minutes of arriving. Peter Sanchez was the Sales Consultant that helped me. He was quick, courteous and answered all my new customer questions.

Tried getting my billlower and as usual I am back up to $150 + a month after all the added feesAnd in 3 or so more months it will creep up to $170 a monthWhen will I just end this cycle and just be done with cable chargesOr better yet when will Comcast/ExfinityStart being more reasonable with their pricing?Or give loyalty discounts to customers who have been with them for 10 or more years?

Great customer service, friendly staff, and nice interactive displays. There was a line to enter the store on my recent visit, but when the staff learned that I just needed a replacement remote, they helped me right away. Devices are always in stock and associates are always willing to help. Great location!

I was waiting for 25 minutes with no acknowledgment. Only when I asked someone if they can help me did they say I was waiting in the wrong line. There are no signs indicating which line to stand. Because they have an electronic check in process I had to wait another 40 minutes.

Well what can I say about Xfinity... the only reason Ive stuck with them is because they are the best cable and internet provider. And I assume they know that thats why they price gouge their customers. So I was trying to downsize on equipment and had to take back their modem that I am no longer going to rent and one of my TV boxes. Well the wait outside the store was 25 minutes and the store associate that took care of taking in boxes I had, was extremely rude about it! In fact at first he only gave me a receipt for one box. When I insisted on him giving me receipts for the other box, he seemed very agitated about that. But I know from past experience I must have that receipt because most likely that box will still appear on my bill and I will have to prove that I turned it in. And good luck trying to get a hold of a human being if you call their 1-800 number! I bought my own modem and to be able to install it you have to get ahold of somebody to give them the serial numbers and whatnot. Well its just practically impossible based on the way their phone system is set up. You have to trick the system basically to get a hold of an actual person. I finally did though after I dont even know how long. But in the long run it will be worth it for me because I will be saving money which I desperately have to do right now. But I think since they are making so much money they could certainly treat their customers better, have actual people to answer the damn phone and they could certainly afford to hire more people!

Staff and security were rude and unhelpful, I ended up going with AT&T, they may have superior quality equipment, but the people that we dealt with just there for a checc, if you can go elsewhere do it, but if you do choose them, their products and services are actually wonderful. The staff however I cannot say the same

I recently switched my home wifi from ATnT to xfinity, Wise decision. Better quality connection. Very reasonable price and the staff very knowledgeable,friendly and very patient considering the covid-19 protocol. I even got a new phone while i was there since the prices were so good. Moto G Power, $9.00 month.

Xfinity get 2.5 stars from me. I get friendly services in person but find the rest of Cable TV a RIP off. $220 per mo. I expect my Service to run 24/7 not intermittently ! In addition for the $ I pay I expect SOMETHING to be on broadcast channels at all times. Sadly this is not the case

There was a long line due to the covid restrictions for the number of people allowed into the building. There staff did a really great job at getting people in and out. The best service Ive ever gotten from Xfinity. Usually I leave like OMG I hate this place.

The staff is nice but it is really unorganized. I was told to do an early upgrade on the website, come to find out I cant. Go back in to actually buy the phone all to find out the reason I was turned to the internet was because they didnt carry the phone due to Covid. Long story short, I still have yet to upgrade my phone and the corporate number was extremely unhelpful.

Wasnt crowded because the staff was numerous and were doing their jobs in a comfortable, friendly but professional manner. I got in, I got out, no unanswered questions, in very surprising quickness. Thought it would take an hour. Maybe 12 minutes, including questions and answers. Ive been there when it was standing room only before renovations. Better overall.
