I went in today, bought a pair of AJ 1s and the worker i was with was so helpful and nice, i dont remember her name but she wore an apple watch with a pink band. i wanted to write this because she complemented my jeans and that made my day because i love these jeans 😌 thanks queen theyre from american eagle

Great customer service from jajuan. Was great with me and my family I came in for a pair for myself ended up buying 6 pairs. My husband speaks very little English but he loved his customer service I’ll be back only store I’ll visit. Good job shoe palace great guy for that store!!!!

Two big bumps of dirt on floor and sales lady left me and didnt say anything...she left me hanging...she wasnt knowledgeable about the Adidas Boost she was selling me...someone else rang me up.

I was in there on Monday the guy Juan is really good very professional. Took really good care of us. I’m a foster parent of 6 kids all picky, he sai I got u and honestly he picked all the kids shoes. They didn’t have a chance. Lol. But loved the service wish all the stores had good people in play like him. Also basically put on all the kids shoes on tied them and checked them out for me. Good job Juan.

There’s two shoe palace In Weberstown Mall. The shoe palace located more towards JCPenney‘s I highly suggest to stay away from. Customer service is horrible. Specially the young ladies. They’re very snobby and answer to questions very rudely. My experience was unpleasant. To much immaturity and definitely need to work on their customer service .NEVER WILL I GO BACK AGAIN.
