I dont live in the are, but my in-laws do, so every time I come up here I have to stop by the shop. I went by today, and its always an awesome experince. They are always friendly, and will talk to you forever and always deal with you on price to make sure your a happy customer. I love this shop!

Jim is an amazing owner and so kind and generous. I watched him several times joke with kids and even try to give free cards away to a customer who still wanted to pay him. Jim then turned around and gave a little boy in the shop the money and told him to go get whatever he wanted.He gave me a great deal on toys that no other comic shop would take. Jim also was looking for a Hulk poster he wanted to give to me for free for my nephew and told me when he finds it he will call me. He is an honest, small business owner. Even just stop by and talk to him, he will keep you laughing and entertained forever.I plan to go back with my little brothers to play pinball and have a great time.Thanks Jim for the wonderful experience. If I could give you 10 stars I would!!

Grapevine is a geeks paradise! If youre a comic book lover, Jim has thousands of back issues ranging from all eras. He always takes care of you, and the place is very well organized. This is kind of place I can see myself hanging out at any day of the week.

Im on the hunt for a dead card game (the Naruto ccg) and Im just calling around to every shop anywhere near my area. Most places just say no, and thats that. Which is fine. But Jim here, said no *but* and started helping me find solutions and places to find cards. Great guy.

The owner was friendly and helpful when discussing some of the products. The pricing for some of the comics was pretty impressive, I hope I can a signed Stan Lee comic before they are all off the shelves. The nice thing here too is the long tables for magic players and also vintage arcade games. Gave me a good deal too, thanks.

First time going since moving here to Stockton. My son had been wanting to go for some time and we were blown away at how awesome the owner was and was able to suggest the perfect comics. Very fun experience. Well be back!

Came in to grapevine looking for pokemon cards for my nephew. Immediately was greeted, loved the environment in there. everyone was very nice. Most definitely will be returning.

I went to a Yu-Gi-Oh tournament here and I loved it the players there were very nice. They helped me out in the tournament...Im 11 so :). I totally LOVE this place. The tournaments are Friday at 5:30 and Saturday at 12:30. I bet you will ENJOY the place too. BEST COMIC STORE EVER!! :)

Not much change in the store since it was sold by the previous owner. They still have the same window art announcing an old streetfighter figures release.Best way to describe the store now is a goodwill store for sci-fi collectibles. Nothing new in the last 9 years.

I love this place! Tournaments are fun definitely but there needs to be more variety of Yugioh cards.

This place seems to be more of a collectible store, seems like a good fit if that is all you are interested in, but doesnt carry any new comics which I felt was a little misleading with the name grapevine Comics and Cards.

Having been in town for a brief visit with relatives, I wanted to try to check out the local comic shops. Grapevine is a nice looking shop, but the Silver Age Marvel books I was looking for were either out of reach or completely hidden in a back room. The two I asked about were not priced and it took the guy (who was nice enough and apologetic) about 20 minutes between fumbling with the internet and calling the owner to get a price for two Good condition Tales of Suspense. The prices I was quoted was about twice what they were worth. This shop is a good reason Ebay exists. Maybe one time is not a fair conclusion, but I couldnt afford to shop here. Bill Parks
