Was never a fan of IN-N-OUT because of the long lines. Decided to give it a try today and it was okay. I timed from the moment we got to the line until picking up the food at the window. It took 30 minutes. Customer service was very friendly, so Ill give them that. Got the fries fry well and it was very crispy. We got a strawberry shake and chocolate shake, but they gave us a vanilla shake instead of the chocolate. Both were still tasty, and not overly sweet.

Quesa Tacos ..generous pork .. moist, yummy n has side sauce !!! you dip your tacos with ... on the side .. grilled onions n jalapeno, slice of lime, slice radish ..Never have I seen anything like this 😋🥰My Hubby went 3 x last WK !!! .. 2x for me.Our friends love their food too

First time trying In-N-Out, good burgers and good shakes. The burger was good, but it wasn’t amazing, same for the shake. In-N-Out seems a little overhyped, but it has good food nonetheless. I would probably come back to In-N-Out, maybe I need to try more of their food to get what the deals about?? I do like the color scheme, the staff were nice as well. Overall, good food but not anything fancy.

This place is always busy, but thats expected when you have good food and great service. Worth the wait. Highly recommended! You cant go wrong with In-N-Out Burger.

Every IN-N-OUT I have ever been to is pretty much the same. Consistent, great quality, and fast. This IN-N-OUT is always super busy, even more then most. Stockton can support two locations in my opinion. I would open it near hwy 99 and the cross-town freeway. Love the staff. They all work hard and are very kind and cordial. Keep up the great work Stockton IN-N-OUT crew.

Always Friendly. Order Always right Food is always great. Only problem I have is choosing if I want fries or animal style fries today. Yum.

They hacked a loogie in my food and I got very sick do not recommend. If I could give no stars I would. And food was cold . Fries were old .

The burgers are great which you can choose to have it your way. We always order our fries well done. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Of course the lines were busy..but they always get us through the line quickly.. They read our order back to us 3 times but we received it incorrectly. It was late and were tired but I wasnt going back into the line to get it fixed.

A great place with great staff. The only negative thing I could think of would be we need more fries and the wait time. To me its worth the wait, the few is very fresh and the animal style ( grilled onions and such) delicious!

Really good food, however drive thru was slow, they should improve Their processes.Protein burger was a mess, really needs wrapped better, it was all over in the bag, and so were fries 🍟. They remembered the salt packets which was great 👍.

There was a really long line for the drive through but it seemed to move pretty quickly. The food was really good!

I previously rated in n out 5 stars but my recent visit, the food sucked. Plain and simple, lacked flavor. Ill leave the 5 stars just based on its past history of goodness.

The only difference between this In-N-Out and other is when this place get busy you dont have to wait hours to get your food. They get you in and out pretty fast.

Consistency is the key to chain restaurant and thats exactly what you get. Great burgers and fries, plus almost same exact designs in all the in n out, this one is no exception. Great service too! Very busy location!

The drive thru line was extremely long but inside there was no wait. The restaurant was clean, service was quick, and the food was excellent.

Probably the healthiest fast food hamburger you can get. My favorite item there is a double double animal style with animal style fries. You got to make sure that the fries are will dance theyre nice and crispy. Customer service is always impeccable

Shakes were good, fries a little better than average but the burgers were lackluster. This was my first time to an In-N-out and I was very disappointed. With all the hype I was expecting the best damn burger but I can make better at home.

Wow, I have so many viral videos of this place. No pics. Huge lines, always waiting, 30 minutes minimum most of the time. Fries, ALWAYS cold and old. California thang, all I can say. Burgers on point, ALWAYS. I get the lettuce wrap!

When we first ordered something the lower bun was cold and the employee that took our order didnt even get it correct, but the food was good either way. One of my friends went back for second and got normal buns

It was good like the others but it was incredibly busy. So busy you can hardly hear the workers and the other customers were crowding everything

Foods great, lobbys clean...but, my goodness, parking is very ill designed! Nevertheless its better to walk-in vs. going through the drive-thru.

Food is always good, The lines are long as expected with In N Out. We park and go inside to place the order much faster.

Lettuce must be going up in price for these guys because our burgers had a piece of lettuce smaller than a business card. Still tasty but a little bummed because I usually count that as my salad, lol.

I havent been there in years. I was disappointed to see the meat patties even smaller than a McDonald regular burger patties. The French fries were over cooked and the consistency of potato chips. Yuck!!! Everyone keeps cutting corners and charging more. Not a good business model. Heres a thought. Paters on Paciffic Ave at Linkoln Village still makes a great burger....😉😎

The Drive Through line is Long, as one would expect, but inside there was No One till I left! Ill drive 320 miles again Just to enjoy Californias Best Burger Joint!!

Best burgers. Got a double double animal style, meaning with the typical pickles, tomato, lettuce, and grilled onions with house sauce. The milkshakes are so smooth and thick. Slower than McDonalds because everything is made to order, but its well worth the wait. Love this place!

This place might get busy at night, but there are some down times through out the day. The line can typically run off into the street; expect to enact some of your best effort at having patience. Drive-thru service is not like any other restaurant, be ready with your payment at the window because they have a quick service time from ordering to when you get the food.

I had chilis added to my burger today. Nice little kick to an already fantastic burger. I didnt even know they had chilis. I always enjoy this place when its not super busy. Theyre usually so busy I end up eating elsewhere, then being unsatisfied with the second choice.

Given that the price of their better-than-most burger(s), one cannot deny In-N-Out has a very loyal following. I’m not fond of their (fresh cut) French Fries; would prefer to have seasoned salt on them, if possible. But the milk shake and burger are a throwback from the ‘50s.

In n out has the best cheeseburgers. No one else is better.

Lines are long because of popularity so the workers try there best to get things done and they do. Always have gotten my orders right and Always satisfied with the food, affordable price, and quality burgers.

It was only fair. The bun was burnt and the fries which I had asked for crisp were not only crisp but crunchy actually harder than a cracker. Overall, if I hadnt of been on the road a ways I would have returned the food.

While the drive-thru line can be a bit long and excessive at times, they do their absolute best in serving the line as efficiently as possible. One credit they have above every other restaurant drive-thru is that they have never screwed up my order. Not once. Even pre-Covid and now in current Covid-19 protocol, they always take my order in a professional manner and send me on my way with what I ordered. The Jack-in-the-Box on the other side of the freeway has a less-than 15% (I did the math on the last 100 visits I made here and logged) chance of getting you what you ordered in the bag, In-N-Out is and always has been a 100% in that category. So dont fret the scary looking lines because they move a lot faster than the other ones!!!

Quick tip, if you dont wanna wait an hour in the drive thru line, they are open for take-out in the dining room. I was In-N-Out in less than 10 minutes

Usually I go through the drive through, which happens to be a pretty long line every time I go, but even so the wait isnt too bad, pretty quick actually for the line length and of course the food is always yummy and affordable. Been here twice this week haha

Very friendly service. Just the drive through line at this location is not built for a long line. Everyday it ends on the main street causing traffic and potential accidents.

Even at 11:30pm, the drive-thru line, in Stockton, goes on all the way to the freeway. But it moves quickly.

Giving 5 because we always receive great service. This time they forgot our forks for the animal style fries. When we got in line-The line was all the way on March lane by the gas station and we only waited 15 min. They Had another person come verify order before we paid at window which was great since there was an error put in on one of the burgers. The system is working. Good was great.
