Went in to buy furniture and had a hard time getting help, when I did they answered a couple questions and walked away to stock shelves.Big Lots had what I wanted and I was spending about $1500 but instead I left the store and went and bought somewhere else. Lost sale for bad service.OK its been about 6 weeks since Ive been to big lots I decided to try it again and once again I waited 45 minutes and I could not get help in furniture turns out the girl that was supposed to help me was busy with her friends outside showing off her new car these people just dont want any business apparently.Just sad big lots used to be a great store.

I got two oscillating fans a tall 40+ and a 30+. I can not wait to save on my AC bill this season. Employees were courteous and kind, and everything was super easy to find! No complaints except.... I went to two different locations and got different items at both. Each location when asking about rewards asked for my phone number and verified me by my name. This day and age giving out phone numbers and names, Im not looking forward to the serious implications that can bring on a young lady. I hope company policy will one day allow the customer to input their number on the key pad instead.

They have more items than big lots in lodi, lathrop and county club locations.. and its clean, more registers open and fast service....

Store is a mess! Theres backstock at every turn and some stacks look quite dangerous. Good deals none the less, but they could clean up a bit.

One of my favorite places to shop aside from being watched and followed on EVERY to trip. I would like to see price tags on the things that pop out at me. Customer friendly staff. Thumbs up for store management. I love to see the constant improvements that I see with every visit knowing that it comes from the middle management. Keep stepping it up 👌🏿

Floor person that was on the floor restocking was very helpful, polite and resourceful really appreciate you having people in your store like that need more. And on another note you also need other people to know what they doing when they work in the front register they dont know their products in the store and they dont know how to find them at all either cant speak over the loudspeaker to where someone can understand what theyre saying that was just playing sad

Excellent location to do some great shopping at a decent price. Store was transitioning to the holidays so some shelves were empty but the store was still well stocked. Great selection of clearance items and nice deals on food. Very nice holiday displays set up as well. Highly recommend this location for a great deal!

In and out just the type of shopping i like. I mean i have never been there at any of their peak hours but every time ive been that has been my experience. The employees seemed friendly and helpful

The cashier was having a very long conversation with 2 customers, even when she noticed there was 4 other customers in line.

Dirty . Dirty . Dirty . The prices on toys could be beat at walmart or any other store for that matter . Clean some floors and straighten up a little .

Big Lots usually has items priced less then most other places. Shop carefully as quality is decent, though at times, could be better.

Their register is very slow. Theres one guy in training and has to keep calling somebody up to help him. If the phone rings, he stops doing what hes doing in the middle of helping somebody check out to answer the phone! Seems to be no one else around to help with anything!

This Big Lots is always dirty, never organized. I even saw a bug once crawling on the furniture. This store is the one corporate forgot about and I dont think they have a manager who cares. Please clean it up!

Heather at furniture department is the most unhelpful when it comes to customer service. Took my money to make a sale but made me wait for over 1hr and run around the store to get someone to find my item. Finally got a refund because of the poor customer service. Biglots has good prices but that was the worst customer service Ive come across. I will not deal with this stores ever again because of one staff.

This was a store I was always just passing by. They didnt really have much to buy. Then they super upped their products & employees and I love this store now!I dont know if they were going through a transition prior to this, but I am so glad that I hung on & have been having great luck finding good things, for a good deal! Im not even being paid to say this either 🤣 but maybe I should be hmmmm lol nah but for real they have seriously changed up their store. The shelves used to be empty and now theyre all full and they have more employees who want to help you. The store is now one of my favorites. 🙌😁

Good service, bad location

Had what we were looking for at a fair price.

I went to Big Lots to buy some laundry detergent and decided to buy the Tide Pods which was sealed, then two days later while opening the container it looked half empty. I decided to count the pods and I was short 10 pods. I could have gone back and let them know but lesson learn. Check your products when you buy them. No longer go as much as I used.

Great store with great savings! I needed to do loads laundry but was low on detergent. I decided to come here because I was in the area and didnt want to spend too much time running into a grocery store just to get a few items. I was happy to score just what I needed with big savings in the convenience of a small shoppable store that carries brand name items.

How do you rate a place thats so iconic to this area? Really well, thats how. Ive been shopping here since it was Pick N Save, then they changed to Mac Frugals and finally Big Lots but throughout the decades this place has been the equivalent to the brick and mortar version of Amazon. Low prices and clean, with a good selection of everything from obscure candy brands to furniture.

Almost everything lacked prices on them, the aisles were crowded with stock waiting to be placed on shelves and the cashier barely knew her job.

Its amazing to have courtesy in service on the level that the staff gives. Easy to access by the local bus allowing me to make quick work of shopping for many of my needs.

Sometimes they have rare or surprising merchandise here at foot prices.

This store has a little bit of everything for your home and yard at affordable prices. Its a bit messy and unorganized as shoppers rifle through items with little regard of others or the staff.

The people that work there are great, the only thing is the area is horrible. I would not bring your children with you, drug dealing and stuff going on right outside the store and people flying through the parking lot.

Found some nice sales items tonight. Plus I used my online coupon that was emailed to me for $5 off

Customer service was awesome! There were some things o was looking for that werent available but for the most part, I got other things I wanted at a good price.

They have some bad management I was looking for some furniture and the manager told me she was busy she couldnt help me out! She didnt even came out the back she just told the girl in the register to tell me that!

Best price on Keurig-type coffee pods in town. Especially love the Italian Roast and Seattle Dark. Yum!

Messy and not stocked

Brought a couch, chair and ottoman. It was suppose to be delivered last week I waited all morning/afternoon they finally called and stated they would bring it around 6pm I waited all day, when I finally got a call back they rescheduled me for today because an item was broke or they couldnt find the ottoman in the warehouse. Its now 2pm and Im still waiting on at least a phone call letting me when and or if my furniture will be delivered today.

Customer service was great. Too many homeless people around the store. While I was in the store I seen a kid put chips under his shirt and walked out while the store manager watched him walk out. I mean at least say hey get out or Im calling the police. But in this town you never know what people might be carrying in hand or under the sweater.

Good buys. Inexpensive. Get most of our everyday stuff there. Have to do a missing person report to get my wife out.
