The installers arrived on time, they were quick, clean and professional--yet still friendly and listened to my concerns. The windows look great and are of better quality than ones I had previously installed by another company a few years ago. When it comes time to do my bathroom remodel Im going to have them do my shower enclosure! Highly recommend!

As a contractor, I seek out the best material suppliers and workmanship. Delta glass has never once made a mistake on an order, and their prices have always been quite a bit better than their competitors. I know I can trust them with the more difficult tricky requests.

I have used this company for replacement windows twice. Both times they provided excellent product and service. They are also pleasant. And, they like dogs!

Ive contacted Delta 4 times via email and phone over the past 3 weeks and got nothing from them. They couldnt even contact me about scheduling an appointment for a bid.When you have a potential client wanting to do business with your company Delta maybe you should think about providing a level of customer service that you would be proud of. I wouldnt have even given you a 1 star but this review would not have posted without it.

Great Service. They had replaced a window for us over a year ago and with the hail last night, we developed a leak. I emailed the company at 5pm on monday and they were here to fix the issue by 10am! Great service! They take pride in their work!!!

I needed two pieces of glass made for my window frames and was told it would take 3 to 4 days. On the fourth day found out they never started. Went to progressive glass and they were made in 30 minutes. I have been getting all my windows done at progressive glass since.

Well they take too long if you need some glass work done be prepared to wait 2 to 3 weeks or more

Delta Glass is very reliable, the 2 girls at the front are very friendly and helpful. They fixed a window from my home my home was builted in 1948. I live in Florida, I had contacted many companys in my area and no one would fix my window. Since I was coming to California for a visit I desided to bring the window with me. Thank you Delta Glass for fixing my window.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. I called to schedule an appointment to fix a shower door and to get a price on replacing another. A sales person was sent to my home and said a tech would have to come back because he didnt have tools to fix the door. He measured for the new door to give me a price. If anyone knows me, they know I am a dream customer. I received a call 2 days later from an office employee to schedule an appt. She left a message. I returned the call and spoke with her to tell her I would be home all day after 11 am. I was told that would be great. She called me back to again give me the quote for the replacement door if I still wanted it - I was on the other line, so it went to voicemail. I have SAVED my voice mail messages. I waited all day.....no service person. Received a call from her again today at 4pm, she left a voicemail asking to set up an appointment for tomorrow like no appt had been set for today. I called back and it was like she had no recollection of our conversation. So I sat home all day waiting for no reason. Then she had the nerve to lie to me that we had no appointment set because she called to confirm last night and did not answer. I flipped out. Its one thing to make a mistake but to lie and blame the customer for your error is beyond bad business. Then her Office Manager had the nerve to call me back and tell me she was standing right next to her employee and knew that her messages were exactly as communicated. Guess what? I have your recorded voicemails saved on my phone. And more importantly.....she would rather argue with and blame the customer rather than take responsibility for their mistake. Unreal! Looking elsewhere for a reputable glass company! Have ZERO confidence in this one!

Delta Glass installed a sliding door at my senior parents home. They did a HORRIBLE job. At the first rain after that, water was pouring into my parents house around the door. When they called, Delta Glass gave them grief and lied about phone calls made when they werent made or werent connected long enough to ring the phone. Didnt tell them that theyd call before they showed up for the appointment so they didnt show, even though my mom was on the bed when they supposedly called...they didnt leave a message either in case someone was in the bathroom or had to go outside on a dog emergency.Then my parents try to reschedule and they wont do it and say theyll call. They call several days later on the first day of new storms rolling in and try to schedule on a day that is in the middle of the storm....SERIOUSLY?!?!Then the company attacked me on Yelp and called me a liar then when my review made too many points had it removed off of yelp (thats ok my mom will go and put a review)They ended up calling Bear Creek Glass just as the next storm was rolling in. The guy moved around appointments to come to my parents immediately. He was kind, professional, and went out of his way to basically make the door waterproof AS the rain started coming down and worked under a tarp to stay more dry while doing it. My parents were charge a more than reasonable price for this. He was horrified at the job done and the cheap materials used. Hes going to be going back to finish the job when the storms calm down and begin work on the other windows they need seen to. Bear Creek glass was a godsend and hes getting the rest of the glasswork at my parents house.
