I enjoy Smart & final I can always find toilet paper which is one of my secrets you dont be trying to go buy it out in bulk on the cashiers customer services excellent I dont buy many items there just certain things like trash bags liquor anything on sale sometimes gift cards whether the next or anything else well bottom line if you got over $100 in groceries by figure out a gift cards separated boom take that 10 out of automatically anyhow the cashiers everybodys customer service is great places always clean easy to find what you want the signs do say where the item is and its really is on that aisle and Ive been going there for a while so yes I recommend everybody go to Smart & final on how many stay safe oh please wear your mask everybody act like they invincible I dont make no sense thats why they dont end once again stay safe

One of the best places to shop in Stockton. They have a wide variety of items and cater bulk quantities if you should need them. Excellent service and wonderful, friendly, helpful staff. I recommend this location for the home and restaurant and institutional shopper.

I come here every week to get my redbull and you have to push their help Button and they take so so so long to help you and today so far I have wanted 15 mins just to get some redbull if someone knows anywhere cheaper please let me know the 24 x 12oz for $46.99

Great place to find great prices on a great variety of things.

I love this store! The store is very clean and the employees were super helpful. I loved the checkout signs that had street signs with street lights attached. It had Pacific Avenue and Hammer Lane, etc. I was surprised at the selection of fruits and vegetables. Its on par with Safeway and Costco with freshness but they have lower prices. Even in bulk. They dont have any club card, what you see is what you get on the price. If you shop for a lot of people or are having a party, this is definitely worth it. I would recommend using this store for big things and other discount stores for your other necessity shopping.

How is it that your line is all the way back to the back of the store and the same two check stands are open. Shoppers literally left because it wasnt worth the wait. I would have to but you do have the best price on Torani Syrup. Its sad that I had time to write this review while waiting in line...

Low prices and fresh foods thank you

No customer service what so ever. I asked a manager for assistance. Was purchasing some flowers for my mother and needed a flower bag. There wasnt any. I asked for assistance and was told to just use a plastic bag that one would normally use for onions. I declined, purchased the flowers anyway and left. Not the customer service you expect from a manager of all people. Oh well. Will not be shopping there again.

Now with the virus all Smart and Final are slow only having 2 cashiers open when there was a line. And dont get me start on the one on wilson way line for days. I left the food I was going to buy forget all this mess. And there was no 6 feet apart. Well thats all

Hey, I just wanted to let the public know that this specific Smart & Final extra has the worst customer service I have ever seen. The managers are extremely rude and have no manners at all. I went to the store today to buy some mozzarella cheese and when I asked for the cheese, this is what they told me ; “you guys need to order that amount of cheese on time so we can place a separate order apart from the stores merchandise”. They should have a sign or something that notifies the customers about these “pre-orders” because the store clearly doesn’t say that anywhere but instead the store’s motto has always been “ Buy more, Save more”! The employees should understand that they have a job because of “US”customers and should begin to be more polite and to always remember that we as customers we bring to the company money and don’t ask for free stuff. Once again be nice to your customers!

Great place to shop for party needs, with a clean environment too

This store is total trash. Came on a Tuesday, which is the last day before the new sale cycle. They were out of the flyer item I wanted, but unlike Safeway, they refuse to give you something comparable at the sale price. I asked the manager if she could work something out for me, or give me the item that goes on sale the next day so I don’t have to come back, but of course was denied. She obviously couldn’t care less about it.So I looked around the store to find something to take home for dinner, but I noticed that their prices are horrible. More expensive than Safeway. They package items as bulk and advertise it like it’s a good deal, but it’s actually above average prices. I will never come back to this store. How is Smart and final more expensive than Safeway?

I purchased their Oven Baked Chicken for dinner and we are so excited to eat because I made some sides but in the middle of our feast the water and. Blood started to flow from inside the chicken and my husband got mad because he feels like he is a cannibal eating raw chicken... So we stopped eating because I had to toss the chicken in my oven and baked for another 90 minutes ... I am writing this review beacause. I just wanna let the people know to cut the chicken first before consuming it....Now we are waiting for any SALMONELLA outbreak in the family... I still hope not...

The First Street brands are a good value. They usually have what I need.

Nice clean store, good deals depending on what’s on sale. Parking isn’t great because it’s share with other retailers. 2 registers open most of the time. Line is a bit long.

Good supply store, with bulk purchases. Has items that are hard to find elsewhere. Like going here for bulk Hagen Das ice cream. Employees are nice too

Great deals on bulk items. Fresh produce and best of all. No membership fees!

After evaluating some items, the pricing on select items were no better value than some of the grocery stores in the area. In fact, some prices are even higher than the competition. Hence, we did not find it very smart to shop here and assume best value.

Store itself was fine. When I got home I noticed the lunch meat I had purchased had already expired. I guess thats what I get for not looking.

Its a nice place to shop in bundles, similar to Costco but its not a warehouse store as grand as Costco. The fruit and veggies are of good standing, it usually isnt crowded.
