Not the Same Hardware Store of the Past! lag bolt broke. the drill for WOOD was a Multi everything bit... and it would NOT drill WOOD!! I even Told the girl I do not think |need a 7$$ drill bit.. went back To get a refund or exchange.... was not only told NO, I was also told That is what wet have.I Told her to Throw it in the Garbage, and Im off to HomeDepot where I should have went the first Time.You Need knowledgeable Staff.!!!!

All of the Ace Hardware stores in Stockton provide hands down fantastic customer service. The country Club Boulevard is probably one of the original stores and my favorite. Located in a little strip on Country Club and Mission they are all so helpful, service is always with a smile and rather quickly you feel like your part of the family!! Love that it is open 7 days a week and always has what I need from tools to zip ties and all kinds of stuff in between. The also have a freezer by the front door that is always full of Ripon Pie Co. wares.. yummy!!

Wow! I was not expecting the interaction I had when I went to get a key made this afternoon. Laurie was immediately kind and helpful to an out-of-towner like myself. She quickly whipped up 3 key copies for me all while carrying on a pleasant conversation. Its true, the big box stores just dont have the talent of the small hardware stores!

I absolutely love love this store. You can go in not knowing what you need, they always know what you need even if its a whatchamollick or a dohicky.Or even how to fix something. I can walk around like Home Depo or Lows, the workers can see I need help but will walk away...not at Ace hardware, they always will help, no question...Thank you guys

This is a great store, oftentimes people tell me how they just go to Home Depot, but Ace is for the person who appreciates the history and personableness (if such word exist) of a place like Ace.

Freddie is a great employee but one of the other employees is worthless. On several occasions we have asked for something and were told they dont carry it but the do indeed carry it.

This place needs to get his act together. Three people standing around on the floor chatting and not one of them helping. The girl behind the counter could care less if she took money or not no Smiles busy on the phone didnt even offer a bag. This is not the Country Club that Im used to and if it continues this way itll be past tense

This is the second time my wife and I have visited the ACE Hardware on Country Club Blvd in Stockton, CA and it wont be last.We found our hardware store.

They have been in this neighborhood for years. Their staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. When I visit the store I am greeted by name. Not only do they know their products...they know their proper applications. And if you are uncertain...ask for Freddy! Hes incredibly knowledgeable and personable.

I love this store. Its small so I can be in and out fast, and customer service is the best!

They were restocking the store and asked me almost as soon as I walked in the door what I needed. They were prompt and very helpful as I wasnt quite sure of what to call what it was I needed amd what to call it. I was s little confused as I wasnt able to describe what I wanted. They were patient and helped me in making a cheaper selection than what I thought I needed. I remembered that I could get a 10% discount if I asked for it. The cashier even gave me a discount for mentioning that I had their app. The prices are a little more than what I would have paid at a big box store but the attention to my needs was worth it. I will be coming back again.

Love the local hardware store. Always helpful and able to personally help you with your needs. Can always get parts and supplies quicker than going to the big box stores. Nails, bolts, screws, batteries, paints, and tools. Got even Craftmen and DeWalt tools. Couldnt believe it. Some even has pies. All the way from Oregon. Got the lawn food and seed there also. Your one shop store. Happy trails. Lets get dirty.

Do not shop here the staff is rude and completely unprofessional. I will not be coming back here. I tried talking to the owner or whoever he was and he wouldn’t even let me talk he kept talking over me and cutting me off and all I was trying to do was let him know my concerns well I for sure will not be giving this place anymore of my business

Being a small store their selection isnt as great as the huge one in Tracy, but the staff is always helpful and knowledgeable and they are great in a pinch. Sorry the previous poster and her daughter had a bad experience. I pick up screws there all the time and have never got yelled at.

This was the absolute worst hardware store Ive been too. Ive never felt uncomfortable in a hardware store before. Me and two of my friends went in there to get some plumbing supplies and the counter woman hovered over us as if we were some 16 year old kids ready to steal something. Im pretty sure the Discrimination was racially motivated and will not be shopping with Ace anymore. The worst part is the other two stores in my area have been wonderful to me and my business
