Every time I go to either the Ben Holt Ace or the Country Club location the customer service is top notch. Today I went to Ben Holt and John took me exactly to the spot to find a 1/2 cover for my sprinkler head. This is especially good considering the wall of options. I drive further away, past Home Depot to go there and will continue to do so. The customer service is way better! Keep up the good work. You are Aces in my book!

I purchased a 4 foot folding table.it was on sale when I purchased it. Love the table very sturdy. Great for my lives on Facebook. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I actually went back to the store and got another table. I should have bought more for the sale price. They were easy to set up in my room to hold my merchandise. Can’t wait for another sale.

I believe Abby was helping me out on with some hardware. I wasnt able to find the exact pieces I need but she did help me out and went above and beyond. Great customer service.

Always happy at Stockton Ace. Not only is the staff nice and helpful, I enjoy that I can usually find what I want (at a small neighborhood store) without having to deal with the uselessness of Home Depot staff. Also, this store provides high class Handyman work.

This hardware store is tight and loaded with most everything youll need. I prefer to go here rather than a large box store. If I have a question, help is easily found and courteous. Home repair services are offered.

Love this old school Ace Hardware store. Went in to get my window screens fixed/replaced. Super friendly staff at the screen counter and cashier lady. Also, they have a bunch of things that are hard to find.

Great customer service. Needed a key made for my car they were able to do it and make ot right. Large selection of blanks for every type of key you may need.

I was trying to two move yards of red bark to the side of my house when I noticed that my wheelbarrow tire was flat. I tried to air it up and noticed that the tire had a three inch rip in it. I went to three stores looking for a replacement: Ace in Rio Vista, Lowes on Trinity Parkway in Stockton, and Home Depot on March in Stockton. They all had one thing in common a lack of interest in solving my problem. They all tried to sell me another wheelbarrow, but no one cared that I wanted to fix the one I had. The bed of the wheelbarrow was in mint condition. I have had it for fifteen years because I take care of my tools as if they were my children. However, my neighbor borrowed it two weeks ago. My neighbor failed to tell it was broken when he returned it. I am not a throw away and buy a new one sort of person. Anyway, my last try before going online was Ace off hwy 5 in Stockton by the Lumberjack restaurant. The salesperson at the cash register told me what row to look on and said she would send someone to help. Right away I see they dont have the right wheel, but wait they have parts. I find the tire and the tube. Now were cooking! The guy comes to help and tells me no he doesnt the tire. Then he said but you have all the parts to fix what you have. Next, he asked me if I had a paint key. I said no, so he went and got me one. Then, he said that there is a guy on YouTube that show how to replace the tire on my old rim. I walk out the store with everything I needed to fix my wheelbarrow parts and information. I am now a happy woman. I recommend if you want your questions answered go to this Ace Hardware. Thanks for listening to my long story about my beloved wheelbarrow.

Somewhat confusing set up but very friendly staff with all the immediate necessities present. It was my first time visiting and I liked the feel. But I didnt need anything significant. I would definitely come back.

I live just around the corner from ace hardware store i only been inside the store one time and i really liked how the atomsphere was when i walked in they didnt harass me or kept eyeing every move ive made and even when i had called them on the phone before i made it there someone answered the phone after thec2nf ringer which was grest to know thst theyre always ready for business and they answred sll my questions about if they had a certain product in stock they did and reasonable prices too plus the guy said when i was about to hang up he said ok well just come on over to our store ill help you with whatever you need ok i saud ok sure and when i went thrre the guy knew that i was the perdon onnthe ohone awhile begore hahahaha i thought thst was cool too but yes very goid store to grt all of your supplies to grt ur oroject fone rigjt thank you ace hardware see ya guys soon..!!

Always better than a big box. Grew up in Oakdale, thiers is bigger, but same hometown feel of welcoming and helpfulness. If you need a home project: come here. Buy the quantity you need for the right price.

Quiet store usually have what u need. They are smaller but things are easy to find. Employees are helpful and easy to talk to. They have a lot of knowledge.

A real hardware store staffed by people familiar with the merchandise and reasonably knowledgeable about home repair. They welcome OSH customers. A nice alternative but not as convenient as OSH to my house.
