My family and I go there almost twice a week. Great people and have great customer service. They have large variety of Indian groceries. Will definitely recommend people living in the area to visit this place.

The lady who owns the store is very rude and always up in people’s business, always wanting to know things that don’t concern her. My mom has been going to her store for a long time and the few times that I went with her I noticed that she gives people who have their mask on dirty looks. It shouldn’t concern her if people want to wear masks to protect themselves. When my mom went to her store and wore a mask the lady told her things like “why are your kind of people so scared of dying” . She also questioned my mom when she asked for the reciept. She also definitely shows more attitude to people that aren’t her race. I DO NOT recommend going here considering that the lady has an huge attitude and does not treat her costumers very well.

The owner (lady) their is really disrespectful and made me feel really humiliated. When asking her a question about the product she kept showing me attitude and wouldn’t answer properly . I don’t recommend this store because she makes you feel humiliated and shows disrespect towards others. Never going back to this store again...

When going into this store the front lady owner is really disrespectful and rude to the customers.When you ask her a question about the item or product she has a attitude when answering the question. In my opinion I don’t recommend this store to people who don’t like to get humiliated.

Fresh Produce is good, packaged products are alright but the customer service is intolerable. The female owner has negligible empathy level with extreme rude approach towards feedback and returns. I was humiliated when I said the Khus-Khus purchased has sand and foreign materials. Overall, a customer is on their own while shopping here.

Products are alright but they have terrible customer service. Several times we never got the products we paid for and upon feedback, we were taken for granted.

What a scam store, I stopped by this store while going to Eldorado Hills from Bay Area, I purchased few items at this store, and asked for bill which has prices for the items (but bill doesn’t have item names), I was in hurry so didn’t check the bill and after 2 days when I was returned to Bay Area and I checked the bill I found out they charged me double prices for 1 item, they made quantity of expensive items 2 when I only bought 1, this is very disappointing.That’s my bad that I didn’t check the bill right there that’s because i never had this kind of experience at any Indian store.
