From the minute we walked into the store the staff was so warm, kind, and welcoming. It’s very refreshing to see especially with how crazy everything is in the world right now. We were allowed to sample product and the things we purchased were checked to make sure they worked before we left the store. I will definitely be sure to visit every time I am out in California!

I called today 09/25/21 at 6:27 pm to ask a question and whoever the guy was working today answered the phone so kindly, I don’t usually write reviews but in this case he showed me a great amount of help and I feel he should receive a bonus for his outstanding customer service. He’s awesome I love this store because each time I go in the guy always is so friendly and helpful!

Well first of all customer service was great BUT when I came home my lingerie was not in my package was very disappointed and now Im calling them to let them know before I walki n an no pick up

Walked in, i had great customer service. i had so much explanation and was sold right away. i even brought another friend in a few hours later to purchase another item. i will be definitely be coming back.

Lovely staff! Always have been helped when shopping, very informative. And nice and clean the store is. I don’t believe in ordering toys online anymore, have before and they came broken, I’d rather spend a little more and make sure it’s 100% REAL! amazon/eBay they can sell fake toys, these are going into your body! Treat it right !
