Joe had to cut custom glass shower doors for a shower installed under a dormer. (He did this in 2017.) I called him back 4 years later because one of the hinges was leaking grease when it got wet. Within 48 hours, he was back to install new hinges, no charge. (A very unusual problem and he was glad to clear it up.) Highly recommend.

Great experience working with Joe on replacing the original installed. Builder specd a low end shower door that leaked. Joe came out measured and made recommendations, then installed 3 weeks later. Door looks great and is a perfect fit!

These guys came right out ... gave me a quote immediately and we had the special order glass installed in a couple weeks. Everything was perfect. The installer took his time and did a great job . I would call them again !

Installed slider doors and a splash panel in our bathrooms in November 2016. Special water/stain repelling clear coating that we paid extra for turned out to be not clear as advertised but something like a plain wax was rubbed onto the glass. Glass looked always greasy/ cloudy and felt like it was coated with the car wax. Cardinal Showers advised to clean with rubbing alcohol. After about a few months of cleaning with the alcohol every few days and still not being able to rid of the wax, Cardinal Showers approved replacement of both sliders and a splash panel, March 2017. It took me half a year and at least couple of dozens of calls to Anchor Glass to get the owner to finally come out, August 2017. The splash panel got replaced with the piece that has deep scratches all over. Sliders are hanging crooked with the glass top corner banging on the metal frame when getting closed, so that shower is not safe to use.It is January, 2018. After another dozens of calls and emails NO response from Anchor Glass. Cardinal Showers has him listed as one of their recommended installers, but now that there is a problem, I was told they cant control installers and quality of their work.One year and over 2k later we cant use of the showers until the glass is fixed to hang straight, and another shower has stretched up splash panel.I called 4 other installers and everyone saw complete replacement as the only solution to the issues....If you want to be given a run around and faulty product for your money go with Anchor Glass and Cardinal Showers. My experience mirrors negative experiences of other reviewers.P.S. After living for half a year not being able to use one of the showers, since neither Anchor Glass nor Cardinal showers resolved the issue, hired another company to replace the splash panel and fix the doors that were not properly closing in the shower. It turns out that Anchor Glass installed a right hand shower door on the left hand shower, so that was why the doors were not closing properly!Screws that he used to screw the channel, that the glass sits in, into the granite were not stainless steel! Rusted through after one year!

A professional shop. They explained why a windshield replacement in the winter needs warmth and a shop to be leak tight. Cold glass and cold urethane do not have a 100% seal. All debris was vacuumed from car.

I called this company to have a back glass installed on a Camry and they said they would be out the next day and they never showed up. I called at the end of the day to find out what is going on the owner answered and said they would be out the following day before 12pm. Late that morning a lady from the office called and said they dont cant get the glass. Horrible service dont use them if you expect to have glass replaced.
