I wish I could give this place more then one star but unfortunately that is not the case. I am only giving this place a one star rating so others are aware of how bad this place is. If I could give 0 stars, I would in a heart beat. I walked in and no one was at my service for like 4 minutes. Instead I had to listen to the associates complaining and bashing their boss while on their shift. As this is very unprofessional, I was getting extremely frustrated as I was on break for work and on a timed schedule. The lady finally attended to me with no apology for the wait and gave me extreme attitude. I ordered a Sausage egg and cheese on a plain bagel. They put my sausage, egg, and cheese in a microwave for about 45 seconds. My bagel came out burnt. This was hands down the most disgusting sandwich i’ve ever eaten. I also ordered an ice coffee with light ice but it was filled with ice and clumps of sugar sitting at the bottom, with barely any creme. As I asked for more cream she abruptly snatched it from my hands and put a little more creme in it. Also not to mention, this place smells like a constant bleach fest. It was not pleasant to stand in. I will never come back to this location.

Went to this location for the first time today. Very impressed. They make you feel like family right away. Once they know you, you are greeted by name when you walk in. Ice coffee made just like I asked. Ordered cream cheese on the side & was given 2. Great because I love using extra cream cheese. This is now my favorite location.

I was there few days ago.. usually I will go get ice coffee once a while.. the lady who was wearing mask was coughing while making my coffee.. very unpleasant.. even it was not for corona virus.. she should at least wash her hands.. never going bqck

Ive always liked Honey Dew, but the staff in Stoneham makes me keep coming back. They are always up beat, kind, and talkative. Id give them 10 stars if I could!

It dosent mater what honeydew I go to, the coffee is always consistent and they have the greatest cold brew and its always on point. I wish there more and less dunkins.

Coffees mehh here but better then dunks.. also its extremely small inside and always loaded with hangers in the mornings!

Need to stick to hours. I went in today around 5:15pm and they were locked up. Im done this location.

My first time at Honey Dew. The ladies in there was so friendly and helpful.

Donuts were still warm, I tried raspberry iced tea which was great and the ladies that work there are wonderful.

They didnt have that many donuts when I went in at 10:am.

Friendly staff. Some parking. Great variety of donuts. A little pricey.

Everytime I go here they have people who either cannot speak English or at an understandable level at least. They screw up my order almost everytime and have workers that dont know what they are doing or new workers who dont listen to there coworkers or even the customer to get close to the correct order.

The help is great..The crullers WERE great now they are horrible.
