Since I moved to Stoneham, I have been quite disappointed with the service at this CVS. It is impossible to get a pharmacist to answer the phone as needed and recently the drive through option has been closed for almost 2 months. Now that the Covid pandemic is here, customers who need to avoid indoor places find this situation almost impossible.

This CVS Pharmacy is absolutely wonderful! Ive been using them for years, and their service is second to none! From the soon-to-be Pharmacist Jeff, and to all the Professional Staff, they never fail to deliver the best service. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable, Im afraid Ill never find this high quality of service if I decide to leave the State of Massachusetts. I highly recommend this CVS on 107 Main Street in Stoneham, MA.

Not bashing the employees- just the Company and their website. Im not tech savvy, couldnt navigate the website to schedule a vaccine. Website claims Walk ins available, no appointment required.so I drove there, to find that No walks ins allowed, and I couldnt even schedule an appointment in person- although no one was there. I was given a card to call to schedule my appointment. Got an automated voice telling me Appointments are not required, BUT to schedule one, theyll text me a link... right back to the website I couldnt navigate to begin with. So I drove a mile down the road, walked into Walgreens, who since they werent busy at the time, took care of me. Again, NOT bashing employees. seems to me, your website and auto phone information are giving out faulty information. You might want to fix that.

Scheduled my Covid vaccine for 6pm on 5/21/21. Went to the pharmacy to check in, as instructed in the text message. There was a man in front on me at the pharmacy who stated my appointment is at 630 but Im here early. The pharmacist told the man to go ahead to get vaccinated. I check in and am told by the tech there are no doses left and I should head over to the Wakefield CVS. FU Stoneham CVS.
