Visiting from NY. Best ice cream Ive had in Boston so far! Wonderful counter service by friendly, polite staff. Assortment of ice cream flavors is outstanding and excellent taste as well. Ill definitely be back again!

Great service and good ice cream. The portion sizes are very generous. They even have treats for dogs too! We had a great experience and it satisfied our desire for late-night ice cream. The outside seating was a nice touch too. We ordered Death By Chocolate ice cream and a regular sized chocolate shake.

While waiting in line I was waited on by a icecream scooper named Maddie who was amazing and come to find out it was her 1st day very hard working very friendly and had a very big smile on her face! Would come again for sure. All staff is great!

You have to try the icecream cakes here, they had a mint chocolate cake with cold fudge like topping.much better than Caravel.and different.geab a cone here too.

The Scoop is great. Everytime we go there the ice cream is yummy and the staff is on point. I always get a small ice cream because there portions are big. Chocolate chip frozen yogurt is delicious, pistachio icecream is the best. Hubby is a fan of the oreo cookie frappe.

Big fan of ice cream and the Daily Scoop over here! My boyfriend and I go quite often and the flavors are awesome. We always order purple cow frozen yogurt and almond joy hard ice cream. Looking forward to trying more flavors!

We learned of this family owned business from our Trolley Tour. We had Lemon Sorbet. It was good but we went because the Trolley driver said it was family owned so we thought we would check it out

They have flavor burst soft serve ice cream. I loved it when I was a kid and couldnt find a place that sold it until now.

The place is good, the service was a little bit slow, but the sorbet was great and the have dog’s ice cream, so my puppy was pretty happy!

Don’t rely on the closing times listed - call because they’re probably open. Local spot to enjoy a frozen treat - dairy & non-dairy. Not 5 stars because seating could be improved but this is minor.

I got an ice cream cake for my daughters graduation and it was so beautiful and tasted wonderful too! I would definitely order a cake from here again

Order a quart of ice cream, when I got home there were air pockets inside of the container and I didn’t have enough ice cream for not even 2 people. They never pressed down as they were filling the container. What a rip-off!

Best ice cream in town!!! A bit pricey but worth it!! More cost effective to buy it by the gallon in the store. Excellent made to order ice cream cakes!! Many flavors of slush.....order the kiddie size cheaper and just as filling...Swedish fish is my favorite!!! Ample parking.

Asked for the smallest ice cream they had. Paid for a large. If I got the large it was very small . Ill go to Jordans and buy 1/2 gallons of the flavors I want. Same Richardson ice cream

Every time I go in here- the experience is so pleasant!! The ice cream is to die for and the employees are awesome! I call about an hr before I need an ice cream cake and they are always so helpful and accommodate us in every way possible and we leave with a very very delicious cake that my family enjoys every bite of it for usually the week because the size is so generous!! Cant recommend this place enough!! Go try it!! You wont be disappointed!!

Great portion size! Good icecream, very friendly service, not the cheapest icecream but pretty standard for places in urban locations. This will definitely be a frequent visit for my Gf and I to get our banana split fix
