My boyfriend and I went to the store for a queen mattress with NO idea what we were looking for. I was helped by Cheahan and there was no pressure felt to purchase anything in the moment. Very professional and knowledgeable of the different products displayed. Ultimately we bought the mattress and it was delivered on schedule as promised. I’ll come back again definitely.

My daughter was in need of a queen size box spring and frame as she was moving into her new home on Saturday. She had ordered one from another store, but when she called on Saturday she was told the order had been cancelled.I called the Mattress Superstore in Stoneham and the gentleman said he had both the box spring and frame. I drove over and picked the items up and dropped them at my daughters house. When we tried to get the box spring up to the bedroom we realized the stairway was not large enough. I called the store and told them of my situation and they told me they had a split box spring at their Revere store and would deliver it by end of day and exchange the box springs.This is what I call excellent customer service, and I will buy my next mattress from this company

I had to unexpectedly dispose of my mattress. So I went online to Mattress Superstore I ordered a new one early afternoon on a Fri and when I told them I was sleeping on the sofa that night I had my mattress by 6:00 p.m.!Everyone I spoke with were friendly and courteous and I know where Ill be going when I need bedroom furniture and mattresses again.My family and friends will be told about this great place.
