Im honestly super bummed to write this because I work with so many people who work with this company in the town where I run my business but after patience and nearly 10 emails back and forth where I sent image files, answered questions, linked to fonts, described in detail the apparel I wanted, over a period of two weeks, and spent time ensuring they had all the info possible, I got an email from the business saying that I would be better suited to go somewhere else and implying theyre too busy. why ask me all the questions they did if its meaningless Why not tell me two weeks ago? were preparing to reopen our business and now will have to pay for rush work somewhere else and I was so excited...Super bummed, i wanted to support local and i wanted to promote my own local business during this crisis.
