Organized and clean, staff is friendly, and theres always deals. The parking lot is usually a bit hectic, but not enough to deter a visit. This store is well stocked and my go to for art supplies

The store was clean and well stocked. My only gripe is I wish they had more wood project kits or other type of kits that we can create. Only saw a pinewood derby kit and a few leather kits

Always a great selection of arts and crafts supplies. Stock is plentiful and the store is clean and organized. Curbside pickup is fast and very easy. Each store may differ a bit on their stock, but I can always find what I need in store or online with no problem

I remember when this store was the go to place for paints. It was like a paint ghost town again today like it has been for awhile. I guess supply is down due to COVID-19. Took a drive to Hobby Lobby and they didnt have the same supply issues. Not sure what to think. Hobby on!

They always have everything Im looking for whenever I have a last minute craft need. Store looked haphazardly organized and/or slightly dishevelled, but then again thats been the mood of 2020, so its forgivable. They didnt have exactly to a T what I was searching for but they had very suitable replacement and then also the other thing I definitely was looking for so I left spending money on things I wanted so win-win.

Shelving and storage solutions for lots of crafting supplies. They also have Cricut machines as well as Cricut vinyl rolls, Cricut iron on transfers, Cricut tools, Cricut irons for doing iron on transfers.

They offer Military discount and the young girl that helped me at the register thanked me in a heartfelt way for my service.

Ive been visiting Michaels for quite some time with my Wife and Daughter. If you dont mind the stores not being well kept, organized and updated, they have a little something for everyone. Whether you like making crafts, painting, drawing, building models, baking cakes, color by number or just looking around and hoping to be inspired to build something with what you see, its worth the trip. They even have classes you can attend.There are coupons available online and in store. I highly recommend using them. You may have to sign up or something to get them in emails. My Wife uses them regularly. Check them out and go make something beautiful.

Ive been coming to this Michaels for years. It is pretty consistent in its cleanliness. Over the past two years or so, it has become more organized, with better displays and overall layout. The quantity and selections is amazing! The staff is usually helpful but theyre friendliness varies (some seem overworked, shy, or just annoyed). From my most recent visit, the staff member V was so patient, helpful, and friendly (even though she seemed a little shy at first).

This store is amazing, you can find everything related to decoration and handcrafting.Very organized and has convenient prices. Highly recommend

I had a custom frame made for a painting. It costs an arm & a leg. Then it was not finished on time, then it was done wrong, then it took over another month to correct it, then I didnt get the mounting hardware back, then they gave me the wrong hardware. Had to call them over and over to get an update. Made 6 trips to the store to get 1 framed picture. I still have to install the hardware to the frame because I dont want to go back again.

As a former employee of Michael’s store, I sympathize with the employees. But there’s no one on the floor so I usually have to end up going back to the photo framing section in speaking with someone on there if I need to know the location of something. Also, just a hot tip: if you’re looking to get the real price just ask for the coupon at the register. It’s usually 30%

Michaels was Great! Bought my Granddaughter some arts and crafts and we sat in the room they have there. We turned a rainy day into fun.

The staff is very helpful. The store is organized. And the checkout line runs smoothly.

Is anything ever actually full price? Either way they hooked me and I walked out with all the things I didn’t need and only one of the items I originally went for.

I prefer other craft stores due to the price differences but they do have certain things here you wont find elsewhere. Definately has high quality crafts and materials and decently quick service, but certainly not the most customer friendly place during the closing hours.

Has pretty much everything i need. As an artist Im coming here literally every week and it it my lifeline. This place has art supplies, craft supplies, cooking and baking supplies and so much more along with kid workshops that i participated in when i was younger. They were so much fun back then.

Michaels is great for all your crafting needs. They also sell picture frames, wedding supplies and beautiful seasonal decorations. Fair prices and lots of choices.

I spend a lot of time at Michaels, Im always getting something that I need for my professional art projects. You really cant go wrong with them over there. additionally they have stuff beyond art so if youre into just crafts they got plenty of stuff for that also

Good deals on frames. Staff should probably brush up on their knowledge of where items are located and it would be helpful if they actually showed you where to find stuff rather than pointing across the store.

The store itself is awesome. However I am very confused why they have a high curb where a handicap individual should have access to the parking lot. There is literally no access for somebody in a wheelchair they have to go around the entire parking lot. If anybody has been there they know what I mean. The sidewalk to and from the store is accessible however going towards the parking lot there’s just a curb and nowhere to go other than around. Can somebody do something about this place.

Great Store Every Thing You Need And Clean

This place has that line where you have to go through a maze of products to get to a register. I find that to be a desperate attempt to sell you one last product. I dislike this very much. But if you are into crafting them this store is probably for you. Im an ordained minister so when I have a wedding I come here to purchase items for the weddings I officiate.

Great location with plenty of parking, very well stocked and those Ladies at the registers move the line with very little if any wait time!!!
