Could not live without 7-11! And this one is the best! Always friendly staff and all products in stock. Very clean. Love it!

This is my favorite 7-11 in the area. Always well stocked and a friendly staff!

Every time I go it’s closed.

It is not 24-7 service!

Ordered ice and water and they said it was packed. 20 minutes after the delivery time they canceled the order.

A truly great neighborhood resource. They have an extensive inventory of necessary goods for everyone.

Great place for a quick run from the university to grab the essentials from. Thats what a seven eleven is supposed to be. And this doesnt disappoint.

Rude night staff. Always playing phone during his work and never give a shxt on you. Eyes in his phone all the time. Dont even say a word when you check out even you say ty or have a good night and he just keep playing phone. I also have a time he yelling on me because the card didnt go through. Come on, I didnt do anything wrong. I rather starve to die but never visit here anymore.

I came to get coffee and was unaware the store is closed I guess I can assume it is due to the virus the app on the phone said there open

The female manager threatened to fight me when I told her to relax cause she had a bad attitude the whole time.

Worst 7 eleven in the world. White dude over there with a ponytail is a racist. Doesnt know how to talk to people. There was also a black dude trying to act like a security guard. Dont visit this location ever

Rude behavior on repeated visits over a period of many years. I am writing this review only because there has been absolutely no improvement in the behavior from behind the counter. Also, they will scan your ID without asking first (unless you are preemptively telling them, the scan will happen within half a second of you showing the ID) even when you are not buying any restricted product. I bought a candle lighter, and was told to provide ID. Which was promptly scanned WHILE I was asking why the ID was needed. The answer to why do you need my ID for this? was an intentional blank stare to my face for a few seconds. The woman behind the counter made it very clear that she WILL NOT answer my question, even though her English skills were fine up to that point.I have started avoiding this place because nothing is worth the infuriating experiences I have had here.

This store is horrible the owners have kept the same rude employee who is constantly screaming on the phone, making drug deals at work, giving customers a horrible attitude, throwing money at customers and giving everyone I see a problem. You come in in the evening and hear him screaming on the phone in the back of the store and you can hear him from outside. I ward all my friends and family away from this store because they let this behavior continue for as long as Ive lived in the area. Such a horribly run store hopefully they clean up their act and stop letting a psycho employee conduct illegal activity in front of all the people there.

Its nice that its close to th train station and stony brook.They give U a hard time if you bring your bicycle in the store, hey alot of people dont want a car when they go to college, too much hassle, its easier to drink and bike then drive, LOL I kid, but seriously they used to have a bike rack dated from the Brady bunch 1970s, now they dont even have that no more.I wrote a letter about it, never a word back.Cater to your customers would ya!

Been through few 7 elevens. Most of them are same. This one, i would say odd one interms of people and products. You will not find whipcream for coffe, if asked you will get big eyed answers. They dont necessarily carry all flavors of coffe like the NY Bold/ French vanilla or Hazzelnut. Employess are always gossiping with each other. Even i heard they were talking about a customer and making fun of him (while i was standing in front of the register). I would skip this store if i can .

Some of the staffs here are devoid of standard personal manners, with a horrid sort of attitude.
