Went back happy to say it was awsome

I had a great experience with Karl from the Wayne PA Spirit Halloween store. I walked in today (Halloween) on a desperate mission to find the one Halloween costume that my 7-year-old wanted. We had gotten a costume for our 9-year-old through a yard sale that was originally sold at Spirit Halloween, and my 7-year-old wanted the same costume. There were many tears last night when it was discovered I only had one copy-- so I headed out this afternoon to find another. Instead of just saying, No, we dont have it Karl took the time to look it up on the computer-- and when that didnt work, on his phone-- and was able to see that the Exton office had 2 remaining. (Mirror Ghoul, for anyone interested.) He arranged to have one held by Exton, and I drove there to get it. I was super impressed that he went above and beyond to help me. I have 4 kids and we buy Halloween costumes, and because of this positive experience, Spirit Halloween will be my first stop next year-- because I believe in shopping at businesses who go the extra mile for their customers. Website says open, signs on the front say open, everything says open, but the doors were locked and the inside was pitch black
