Ive been going to this 7 Eleven for over a year now. All I can say is this: Twice in the past seven days, the store has been closed due to there being no staff. Laterally nobody. Thursday morning, October 22, the door was locked with a note that they were closed due to there being no employees. Last night, October 27, no employees and no sign on the door. I dont know whats going on with this store, but the owner really needs to get on it or work the counter himself.

It looks like the store will be closing for good. They’re liquidating everything. ಠ_ಠ

Went in there a couple of weeks ago around 7am...the woman cashier was super rude and the coffee was terrible. She acted like she was doing me a favor by being there. Your in the wrong job if you cant be polite to your customers.

This is my favorite 7-Eleven location due to the clean store and welcoming entrance. Its a little bigger than most locations I know of. The clerk is very nice and they have a big selection of slurpees.

The store was very clean and welcoming. The clerk, who I had the impression was owner or manager, was extremely pleasant and greeted us upon entering the store. We are from out of town but felt compelled to write a review because of the service received.

I went in to this 24 hour 7-11 at 8:45pm and there was no coffee. When I asked the guy behind the counter, he shook his head rudely and shrugged his shoulders. Oh well. Seriously disappointed in this store.

Looks nice especially on new owners reopening date 6/4/2018. New owns and cashier seem very friendly and nice. Good luck to them.

Its right on 9W in Stony Point and very convenient. Its clean and fast service.

They do not even deserve a star. Went in yesterday cashier was rude, disrespectful and had an extremely nasty attitude. The manager does not know the first thing about being a manager, she came out to speak with me while talking on the phone, rude! Cashier was yelling at me while I was not even speaking to her and the manager just watched. Never going back here again!

They don’t know what they are doing I there. Went to refill a card and the gentlemen in front named ricky could help at all I had to go to another refill location. Completely disappointed in this location

The store itself is always clean and employees are always welcoming however Ive noticed the past few times Ive been in Ive overheard DIFFERENT employees say they were starving or wish they could eat what they were throwing out and thats such a shame. Noone should work hungry if your establishment makes food especially the prefectly good food you are throwing out. Im not saying give them a full course meal but if ur throwing out food that was prepared earlier In the day and ur workers are hungry they should be able to eat it, thats just shameful. The employees are what makes me keep returning to this location with their warm smiles and welcomes unfortunate to know they arent allowed to eat food being thrown away anyway. I hope they change that rule.

There’s this one lady that works there that is sooo grumpy and rude. Kind of older. If you don’t like your job or care to listen to the customer, WHY DO YOU WORK THERE??
