Not even worth rating. Shop manager abandoned the shop worker who didnt even know how to run the register. Assistant manger helped the best he could, a trainee. Pick up had 3 full grown men standing there but didnt seem ambitious to help anybody. Walmart, saving money isnt a big deal if you dont get good service!!
Remember taking my car in for an oil change back in 2015. The employees had my phone on file. They told me basic oil change cost only $40-$50. They did not have the resources to service my oil change, dont have the correct oil and oil filter. They they came into Walmart and grabbed the stuff on the shelf and never informed me first. Then later charges me for all the retail stuff they grabbed on the shelf costing me around $70. I ask them why is it so high now. Then they informed me that they didnt not have the resources to complete my oil change so they had to grab the ones in the store that I have to pay for because its already been done. Great and they didnt even know how to turn off the oil change light lol.
Ive never had issues with the tires Ive gotten from there, but the speed as to getting it done is the other thing. Its a first come first served basis. But Ive seen people show up, get their vehicle in and gone while I was waiting for mine. I know replacing tires takes time but not 4 hours. And they have 2-3 people working on 1 car. My step dad worked for a tire shop, I know how quick 4 tires should take and it doesnt really require more than 1 person. 2 or more can make it faster but not the case here.

The dept manager is a fraud and not to mention lacks a serious amount of customer service skills. She literally said that they arent responsible for their mistakes because everyone who works there is not a legitimate mechanic... ??? So if youre not a mechanic and just an automotive technician you dont have to be held accountable for your level of service, that makes sense. Long story short, look else where to get your vehicle serviced preferably a business that will up hold some ethics.

Theyre nice, but very slow. Everything they do takes twice as long as they say it will.
Dont really know why they have business hours listed..... yesterday was here at 6:45 to get oil changed when they say (online and next to the door) they open at 7.... Someone finally answered the phone at 7:20 only to tell me that none of the techs were in yet and probably wouldnt be until 8...back again this morning as it says they open at 8....its 8:10 and no one here....who manages this joke?
Wasnt the fastest service but i was put of there in under and hour! The workers were very nice and helpful to me and were very professional when dealing with other rude customers.
Very professional, helped me out on Christmas eve, gave suspected diagnosis to other sounds my car was making, would reccomend.
Brought a small puncture repair in and told me 15 minutes. After an hour of watching other cars come in and come out I asked what was the hold up and was told they hadn’t even started it.

Auto managers customers service quality is 0/10 Stood there waiting patiently and as soon as another guy walks up he is asked what he needs by this manager who apparently was totally oblivious to me standing at the register. Felt like a ghost.
Didnt balance tires the right way took a chunk out of the rim and didnt say anything about it.
They took forever to put on my tires, even when I had an appointment. Had to reschedule the next day, cause they only had time to put on one tire.
Save yourself some time and money and go to graham tire instead, this is hands down the most unprofessional tire place in town. Went in to get tires I ordered after I called and told them to hold them for me and they had them there but told me I couldn’t have them because I didn’t pick them up sooner.
Was told they close at 7 pm so I rushed all the way up there after work drove 45 min and made it there by 615 just to be told they were on break until 7 so we were out of luck....

Efficient work, quality in the service they provide and their responses when they cannot do the job are compelling and also have a bilingual worker
