Had an awesome time! The second we walked in the door they were there helping us. The guy we had knee everything he was talking about and when he didnt he wasnt afraid to ask one of his coworkers and when he asked them they knew the answer right away. 10/10 would recommend going here for a phone.

This experience was actually enjoyable! Chom did a fantastic job. He was professional, extremely competent, and thoroughly a delight. When you spend a couple hours getting 3 new phones and accessories, you expect it to be rough but he made it a great experience. I will send everyone I know to this location. Best customer service ever!

It was great going inside with a great atmosphere, they were all very helpful, and keeping the lines going. Anthony was great about helping me with getting my replacement phone set up. Showing me what I needed to do and even saying if I have any problems please come back in and he will help me. Now to me that’s customer service!

Great service. Had to basically make an emergency stop. While loading my trailer I noticed my phone bulging apart so I called them up they did half of the work on the phone then I bobtailed over there and picked up a new phone in about 15 minutes. Thanks for being speedy.

I went to Verizon after having numerous issues with Straight Talk I was already irritated Leroy healthy tremendously was quick and knowledgeable thank you Verizon!

LeRoy was friendly right from the start. the minute we opened the door he was friendly from the beginning. We upgraded. We went from an Android to an iPhone and he was extremely knowledgeable of what had to be done. He was efficient, yet explicit. Probably one of the best experiences I have had in Verizon. We also bought a case, and a screen protector. He showed us some options for Christmas presents, earbuds, and wireless chargers. We will be going back, and will definitely be asking for Leroy.

I called ahead to see if they could do repairs so that I wouldnt waste 25 minutes driving there, and when they asked what kind I explained that my phone wasnt charging as of this morning. They told me to bring it in so they could look at it and told me if they couldnt figure it out, theyd call their tech support. I show up, they look at my phone, test the battery, and tell me theres nothing they can do. I was willing to pay out of pocket for a repair and they tell me that unless Im eligible for an upgrade, under warranty, or have insurance, they cant help me. Wasted my time driving there and still have a broken phone. Im sure they sell nice phones, but tell people that you dont know how to repair phones if they ask.
