After making a mistake when I ordered online, the owner of Sweet Emotions, Michael, went out of his way to deliver my order. He provides great service and delicious classic and modern candy of all varieties. I can not think of a single bad thing to say! I definitely will be making future stops there.
My husband and I paid Sweet Emotions almost a thousand dollars to bring in candy and set up a themed candy table for our wedding. We thought the idea would be awesome and Mike seemed like a really nice and personable guy. Needless to say, he forgot our wedding. Our venue contacted him after we realized he was two hours late and when he did not answer their calls, I called him myself. He had our candy but no decorations and promised to be there right away. He didn’t get there until after 9pm which at that point, we had older guests leaving without candy. I had to chase people to get them to the candy table before they left. My husband and I were embarrassed and I cried on what a damper this put at our reception. Afterwards, Mike promised to refund our hours and the table display set up. I had to chase him for three weeks after our wedding and even had our venue step in to reach out to him. Over a month after our wedding, we got a lousy refund, which my husband I consider a slap in the face. We were extremely disappointed with how Mike handled his mistake of forgetting our wedding. We expected more money than we got and a note with an apology would have been nice. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this business for a party or wedding.
