Wonderful store owned by a local business person who is extremely knowledgeable. I have used this individual’s services for the past two years when the store was able to be open. This business is wonderful for our local community. It is important that we try to give our local entrepreneurs as much business as possible to keep them in business!

I had a cracked screen that needed repair. They were listed under my cell phone warranty plan. They did a great job with my screen, and it looks even better than before it cracked.

While at UCONN visiting my IPhone XR fell of car roof going down Spring Hill area on Rte 195. Front and back screen was smashed. Took it to Apple and they said it was beyond repair. Took it to CPR and they replaced front screen and back cover (via laser technology). Unbelievably the phone came back looking and running like new. Fantastic customer service! First had my phone screen repaired here and I was upset because it was not an OLED screen replacement for my iPhone XS max. Upon speaking with them, they apologized and will be installing an OLED replacement instead! They are very fast too!

I went into CPR and got my phone fixed for a reasonable price. After a few days, my phone was not working, which was probably my fault. I went back in and the owner of the store replaced my screen, free of charge. They clearly value their customers, and it shows.

First brought my s9 to the new haven store because my screen cracked and while I was there the other phone he was working on burst into flames. I then went to the storrs location.He ended up breaking the new back for my phone and now when I touch my screen you can feel it separating from the phone.

HIGHLY unreliable and poor service. They said my laptop would be ready in two days. I check and they say the part never even came and it would be until TUESDAY when they can begin the process and the estimated time of arrival for the part. I check one last time on that day - the part wont be there until friday/thursday. Furthermore another friend went in to double check - and the woman claimed july 4th would be the day it ships. Does that sound funny to you or no? The end product is decent, but does not warrant the horrendous service.
