I understand if you are reallly busy but 3 hours and two 15 minute phone calls later and Im out $80, no cake for my daughters birthday and still no answer or sign of the cookies. Ive never been so disappointed. You could have communicated with us or offered some solution but we have heard nothing.

I come here because I no sleep. After seeing things I have seen it make difficult to go to bed. Anyway I walk in and it smell like best smell I ever smell. Delicious delicious smell and then I see beautiful big breasted lady at counter. That is when I knew this place would not help me sleep. I stay up all night thinking about beautiful lady at counter and no sleep at all haha. But cookie were soo good it taste like good tasting food. 5 star would eat there again but be warn if u try to go for sleep and see lady at counter good luck going sleep haha

Horrible experience, order placed for a birthday cookie cake delivery 3 weeks prior and no delivery made. Nobody picks up the phone, it goes to Customer Service and they cannot get a hold of anyone at this store!! 3 phone calls (each 20 minutes long) later, I had to cancel the order! What an absolute disappointment.

I really wish I could recall the name of the nice gentleman who assisted me on Tuesday evening (09/15/2020)around 830-9 PM when I went there for the first time. If I’m not mistaken it was either Jake or Jack, he has dark brown hair and was young and energetic! Any-who he made my first experience absolutely wonderful!!! I ordered six cookies and decided to split a cookie sandwich with my boyfriend which was phenomenal!!!! I will definitely be going there again but I really want to leave a compliment on the employee working the front desk on Tuesday evening. He explained the cookies and flavors so well!!! I LOVEEEEEE PEOPLE WHO TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR JOB AND HE CERTAINLY Did!!!!

We all know how great insomnia cookies is, come on they staff are friendly and welcoming! Plus it’s cookies and milk until 3 am who doesn’t love it, plus they have ice cream too! If you are a chocolate milk lover you have to get there’s they have the best chocolate milk!

If you have a bakers sweet tooth this is the place to break your diet!! I had a double chocolate chunk and it was devine!!! Bummer they were out of some flavors...so I couldnt try them but well worth the drive to Uconn area.... its cool they are open until 1am, staff is cool and you can spend a cute penny but totally worth it!! I will be returning!!!

Usually I would recommend everyone to go here; however, I placed an order tonight for a future 11:45pm pickup which was later switched by Insomnia to midnight. When I traveled to pickup my future order, I was told that they were closed up for the night and would not be taking anymore orders. Hold on... what happened to my future order??They did not make it and did not call, even as a courtesy, knowing that they did not send out cancellation receipts.What kind of business is this? Where is the customer service?!!! I’m ashamed to say I was a huge insomnia cookie fan, I WILL NOT be coming back smh

Your go to place for late night cookies. Always come out of the oven warm and delicious.Make sure to try an ice cream sandwich between two cookies. Try with two different cookies too.

The cookies were ok, I wasnt overly impressed. For 6 cookies and a milk it was almost 14.00. Would I come back...no. You may get that WOW factor, however I didnt.

Its super convenient when you live on campus and cant bake cookies yourself, but if you can bake where youre living, youll probably have better cookies. The delivery doesnt really give it any point either except for campus students.

Although I have not looked into whether Insomnia Cookies is a chain or owned by an individual? Reason being customer service is terrible and its always a bunch of kids. Although their cookies may be delicious, their service ruined my experience. I walked in a group of teenagers behind the counter were just chatting it up loudly, which I figured it was a Friday night, whatever. Wouldnt it be better if these kids, maybe cleaned? There is always something to be done when working.I was excited to bring a lot of cookies over for a friends birthday, and wanted to get a good sample collection. The girl was not useful and had no good recommendations as far as what would be good to bring to a party. I asked for 18 traditional cookies, and asked her if she thought that would be enough and she just told me I dont know. Also, my favorite is the smores deluxe cookie, so I wanted 3 smores and 3 triple chocolate, instead she gave me 3 smores, 3 chocolate chips and 3 peanut butter. I told her, im sorry, I didnt ask for the peanut butter and she did nothing about it. No credit given back, no offer to take the cookies out, no Im sorry about that nothing. I finally rolled my eyes and left. These children should be learning customer service at this school, in class and on campus! The employers should take this opportunity to teach these kids!I got 18 tradition cookies and 9 deluxe cookies and spent an outrageous $51 for all of it. I can make a batch of 24 cookies from scratch for less than $15, their prices are just ridiculous for cookies. I love their service and what they offer to students, but really. $51 for 27 cookies. I can understand if these cookies were delivered, but I picked them up.
