The person (didnt notice her name) who helped me today is extremely efficient! I have noticed that before and today too. She is like a supercomputer on steroids. Any business which is having trouble with speed, efficiency and accuracy should immediately hire her. :)

I was at the store about an hour ago. Besides my service I got to watch the way other customers were treated. The female employee was superb. Im sorry

Unfortunately the front desk lady had an unhelpful attitude today.

Easy in and out. Quick service. Just a heads up for anyone new going in there.. they charged me 2$ to tape my box! So make sure you tape yours before going in to ship any mail.Update: went there today again after a year for amazon return. An 11 dollar hands free and the heck they charged me $2.50 for repacking it. The hell!!

Great place to go to ship stuff and/or get a quote. All the negative posts are college kids who have been indoctrinated. Do not pay them any attention.

I went in to do a return, but I had the wrong shipping. They were very short and rather cynical towards me in addition to wearing a mask but still trying to grab personal belongings and not distancing with me. I also would like to say, if a customer comes off rude, they are allowed to refuse service (as in another a review), but I think it is very very unprofessional and rude to respond in the way you did and be condesending to another person, customer or not. Furthermore, someones concern towards their own health and the community is a valid response during a pandemic and rather justified.

I entered the store 15 minutes before close. There were some computer issues and I wasnt able to send my package. However the kind woman working stayed 15 minutes late to help me. Id say the staff went above and beyond when most would show you the door

I really like the people here. My process was fast and friendly. I just wanted to say though... The people giving one star cause they have to pay a $2 packaging fee need to grow up. Its $2 get over it. Life isnt free and these workers dont work for free. If you cant tape your own box up at home these workers are not your free labor.

Went in to send a fax, and package and some packaging supplies. Maybe the manager has a real medical reason for not wearing a mask but she was not distant with her employees and told me to get out of her store when I said she should be wearing one. She said she doesnt have to wear one because the owner is her friend. She refused to let other employees help me when I told her she should at least stay back off from her employees if she cant wear one. If you dont want to wear a mask this place is perfect for you but if you have an susceptible or compromised people at home stay away. The employees besides the manager were fine.

Everyone that I have had contact at this UPS have made sending or receiving packages absolutely simple and easy. The managers are friendly and helpful if I have questions. I usually come prepared but on occasions when I am not they and their employees are always ready to help.I wish every store of any kind that I deal with had such great customer service!

I use this store quite frequently for shopping. Tricia is a wonderful representative of this store. She is always friendly, polite and knowledgeable.

Some of the best customer service around. In and out no problem, associates were very friendly and courteous. The excellent service makes me want to ship more than one package a year!!

Ordered a set of rims for my car and tried to have them delivered there so I could them up. The store refused to accept the shipment and sent it back to the place I ordered them. Do not offer pick up service if you are going to refuse packages. Will be shipping only through FedEx now.

They are competent to ship a box but they will charge out the nose for every little thing $2 to seal a box with 10 inches of tape. And Then followed up by a snarky holier-than-thou attitude.I do realize the cost of doing business and I appreciate what it entails. However I cannot ever condone anyone ever to use a UPS Store when their employees are so disrespectful.

You are the most unprofessional manager Ive ever spoken to. While speaking with you calmly, you abruptly ended the call. I called back and you wouldnt take my call and hung up on me. I called again and you just didnt answer the phone. Your communication skills are horrendous and dont give any possibility of rectifying a situation. John isnt going to be happy about this and deserves a better employee to represent his store.

This store demonstrated very questionable practices. When I brought in a boxed and packed package to ship that needed tape, they indicated that they charge $1 for a strip of tape. The tape charge was not entered into the register in any way, and I received no receipt. Seems like an under the counter operation to me. In the five minutes that I was there, other customers were also charged fees that Ive never heard of before. The service was also subpar.

This app lace deserves a 0 star . Charge 3 dollars for 1 3 ft peice of tape for an amazon return . What a joke . Wouldn’t even let me take label .
