Literally heaven on earth. Theres so much, you need a full day to walk through to take in everything they offer....but its sooooo worth it. Easy to find products in a warehouse setup. They have computers where you can look up things and it tells you the isle and bin numbers. Hint! When checking out, click pay so you can actually pay lol. Unlike other self checkouts, putting in your card wont trigger the pay system automatically. Oh, and try the meatballs, you wont be disappointed.
This is the best store to buy anything for the home. From a single spoon to pots and pans or furniture to plants. They have almost everything in stock in display for you to see and even imagine in your home. The staff is so nice and helpful, always there to answer any questions you may have. They have a food court at the cashier area and another one at the second floor showroom. Theres plenty of parking at the garage
Iconic furniture store known for its inexpensive yet practical products. This place is huge. Usually has ample parking. There is also a restaurant/cafeteria and snack bar with carry out treats. It could take one a full day or more if he or she takes their time. This is the only Ikea in New England so expect it to be busy most of the time. I would avoid it during the new school year.
Lifelong IKEA fan here! BUT at the time of this post (Oct 2021), IKEA does NOT have much in stock due to global supply chain failures. Your best friend is the IKEA APP! Do your research before you go. Make no assumptions. Which color do you like of these pedal waste bins? Well, it doesn’t matter because you can only have stainless. Lol.
Took a drive to the IKEA in Massachusetts. There is model bedrooms kitchens, and bathrooms. This gives you a idea what you could imagine your setting would look like. I liked how they put the entire price of a particular room cost right down to the appliances. If you get hungry do not fret they have a cafe that serves hot, and cold meals. I would consider a Ikea visit a experience. Note: due to supply chain issues inventory is low.
Make a day of it, or have a plan. The layout is objectively very easy to stroll and browse, and the map (which is posted often) is pretty easy to navigate after a fashion, but staff are spaced out throughout the stroll so finding your way gets easier as you go, and there is so much to see, so my recommendation is that if you are looking for something specific, stop at the map, make a list of your goal sections (theyre helpfully numbered) and high tail it to the highest priority section first.
Oh ikea was great, a little bit of getting use to if it’s your first time, due to the massive size and the ordering process. However once you ask the staff when you enter what to do you get the hang of it pretty quick, we went on a nice Saturday afternoon spent five hours total walking around which included eating lunch at the cafeteria style restaurant which required a reservation. The wait for the restaurant was roughly one hour, the food was delicious, limited menu but good non the less. The products for sale are all good quality and a very fair price plenty of availability of products. Very nice displays, this was probably the best thing about IKEA was the displays, you could buy everything in the displays and see how to arrange, it was great!!!
HORRIBLE SERVICE. More than half the items of my order were cancelled without a communication and I was still charged in full for delivery. On top of that, one of the items delivered is study table top without the legs, how ridiculous is that!!???I have to follow-up with customer service with more than 30 minutes wait time and even after that there is no proper customer support. The issues are still unaddressed. This is my first order with Ikea and will NEVER EVER order again from Ikea
Great place for furniture and also an infinite selection of small items and so on. Convenient parking garage and cafeteria on site.Ive always been a fan of IKEA and this store is my go to when I dont order on their website.
It is huge. The showrooms are excellent. Shows settings examples of real life kitchen, living room, bathrooms, bedrooms etc
Lots of interesting things for the house. I really like it just dont go by yourself if you are planning on buying something big. Its a very fun store. I would go every month if it was closer.
Honestly I loved the store, but I didnt like the showroom with it being difficult to navigate, especially to find what you want to see. (I found some products on the online website that I wanted to see with my own eyes) I did finally find what I was looking for and a found more along the way.
Fun shopping! So many different solutions at a very reasonable price.
Recently many of the bigger furnitures are getting over sold and are almost always out of stock. It takes some time to see the product you desire back in stock and you have to act fast or it goes out of stock again. The product inventory in app and website sometimes goes out of sync with the actual inventory in store so make sure to call before visit. If you are placing order online and it is confirmed by the store, you would have 24 hours to pick it up or the order is cancelled. First floor is entirely parking, the second floor is the inventory and marketplace and the third floor is the showroom. The products placed in showroom are almost all available in marketplace and inventory, so either snap a picture of the product label or write it down where to pick it up from later on. If you missed it, and you only know the product name, you can search it up on self service computers placed in inventory warehouse there. The overall product quality is good and a good store overall. There’s also a food court in store so kids can eat if needed. The store is marked with social distancing signs and please do obey those. The store has a small section near checkout counters for returned items that are ready to be sold as-is, so you might get something there at lower price.
I love this store, but right now is low stock in a lot items
It was very nice, the only word that comes to mind is clean. The displays of the furniture are cool and the furniture built is nice and sturdy. I might say it was fun to make! The food is delicious.
I went on a weekday and it was empty and it was great. The only negative about the store are the crowds
IKEA is a home name in my family and over the years they have exceeded our expectations every time, until recently. Amid COVID-19 IKEA has not limited customers which makes for a very over crowded store in a pandemic, this was very disappointing to see considering the long standing reliability they have previously had. Though this was sad to see I do plan to return back to IKEA after the pandemic due to their affordable, stylish and quality products, so in the end I would say go to IKEA but I would recommend going post-pandemic.
Abysmal customer service!!!It is unconscionable how IKEA will not provide a direct way to get in touch with the store. I purchased an item that came with one broken piece in the box and after calling customer service the Stoughton Store sent me the incorrect replacement. I called customer service again and Stoughton sent me the same incorrect part again. This happened FOUR times; and now the store is refusing to send a new replacement because they say they sent the right piece. The part they keep sending me is four inches longer than the one I need. The store refuses to acknowledge this. Terrible customer service. I will have to now drive all the way to Stoughton and return item due to their failure of customer service.Photo shows how the part they sent me is longer the one I need replaced.
Great customer service. They are very knowledgeable and helpful.
Usually, I shop in Bloomington, Minnesota. However, this day I needed lingonberries, and the Stoughton, Massachusetts location was lunch and shopping made me feel at home, even though I wasnt in Minnesota. closest.
First time at Ikea. Oh my I wanted to buy something from each of their sections. I thought the display sections were great, then I saw the rest of the warehouse. It is awesome.Must go again. 😁
As always I enjoy the food there. I love Swedish meatballs. Shopping wise; we got what we were looking for and when we were purchasing, we were told we cannot purchase an item separately when its apart of a set. This is understandable, however we were told something completely different hence traveling across the country to attain this item. The customer services was not acceptable, the dismissive attitude is not what I have come to expect from a IKEA establishment. Alas, we experienced this today, lack of communication amongst the telephone/online service, and in store service needs to communicate better. Listening to the customer to help with their need instead of what they cannot do ...helps the situation instead of causing anxiety. We will look for another solution in the meantime.
This is the worst experience I have ever had! As I write this the parking lot has been in complete gridlock for over an hour. There is no one directing traffic from the back parking lot and it is a mess. We spent an hour in the store….spent $1200 to then come out and sit in their parking lot. Unacceptable and I will NEVER be back!!!!
Ikea is affordable yet elegant and sturdy designed furniture place. Also, there are plenty of out of stock popular items.so, plan ahead before visiting this beauty!!
If you like something, youd better order immediately. Staff are nice and supportive. The warehouse is well organized and very easy to find a stuff. Reasonable price for household stuff
So its Ikea. Dont expect to get in and get out quickly in this store. Walk through the maze of the store, take pictures of what your interested in and then go to the end and pickup all your items. Cane easily spend an entire afternoon in the store. All the furniture is basically particleboard and you assemble it yourself.
It’s IKEA, and its great. Store is clean, showroom is great, food is amazing, and the Swedish market after checkout is a great place to stop and grab some imports and other goodies. I really felt comfortable shopping here during and now in the lull of the pandemic. Like many retailers, this location is showing supply chain issues as well. Many items were out of stock, but suitable replacements or alternatives are plentiful in this wonderland of interior design. Also, keep an eye out for the deals! I recently bought a stool for the computer counter in my living room and got it for a huge bargain!
Huge store. Inexplicable names. Impossible instructions. Everything flat packed. Missing parts. Its all the Ikea experience.A perfectly normal Ikea store. Draws from all around New England. Beware on weekends. Kind of understaffed recently, but so is everywhere it seems. Nothing to write home about, but if you want okay-to-decent furniture at okay-to-decent prices, its the place to go.
Great Food, Awesome housewares, Great furniture and prices! Love this place. One stop shop for your whole household!
Not much stock. Lots of things sold out or not in stock. Also the way the shop is laid out is weird. In Europe you can easily go from the restaurant to the exit but here you have to walk through the whole of downstairs.
This Ikea was impressive to me in that they had staff directing traffic in the parking lot and in the store. I went on a busy college move-in weekend so it was probably more crowded than usual. The store was out of a lot of items that I wanted, which was disappointing but not surprising since most Ikeas are usually out of a lot of things. The cafeteria was open (finally) but the line was very long so I skipped the meatballs this time. The checkout staff were great at directing people to the shortest lines but the checker at the register I went to was very unfriendly and pretty much ignored me through the whole transaction. Not even a thank you.
Absolutely terrible. Things are out of stock and you only find out when you go all the way to the xx aisle xx bin. The check out is a nightmare. I met the most passive aggressive sales associate ever in the last lane self checkout right before the store closed. What a piece of work! If there were the WORST customer service award, he would totally win that title - well deserved!
I saw six things Id like to get in the showrooms, got the cart in the enormous warehouse pickup area, and not a single one of them had all the pieces in stock, in any color. None were listed as unavailable on the showroom. Whats the point of navigating this enormous store if I cant actually buy anything?
So much stuff! There is something here for everyones needs. Convenient parking, well staged displays, plenty of carts available, super clean bathrooms and friendly staff. The Swedish meatballs are a must at the cafe. Definetly plan to spend the whole day here.
Great shopping experience and store employees are exceptional. Bought a large wooden charcuterie board for about 22.00 !! Shopping for Christmas gifts and updating gadgets
IKEA is always overrated. They have stuff, sometimes they dont. Their prices arent necessarily cheaper than other places, and for the amount of work, walking and putting up with out-of-stock items they do while they send you on a wild goose chase to get your own stuff in their warehouse, theyre kind of a rip-off. If you want average-quality vaguely-Swedish furniture with poor installation instructions you can find it online.
Today I have experienced the most outrageous customer service at IKEA. This new click and collect service process is broken and not functioning as designed. I placed my online order then received a confirmation to pick up my order in a specific window of time. I arrived at that time and the designated area and contacted the customer service agent and waited to be helped. The process took 1 hour until I received my order to my car. Upon inspecting my order, it was missing one box. I told the agent and he said that they are working on it. I waited another 30 minutes and nobody was helping. I was super frustrated and no one seemed to care or acknowledge the problem. I went to the store to speak with a manager or someone who was willing to help but I was extremely disappointed. No one seems to know where is the problem and honestly one one seemed to care enough to help and acknowledge the issue. There were I started to strongly demand to speak to one in charge to address this broken process. The process clearly needs reevaluating and the people working there needs training. There is a huge lack of customer service and deescalating process.
A lot of think are out of stock! Desapointing. But still love the place
Decent furniture for the price. Always shop the sale items and the clearance section to find the really good deals. I do think they could update their products a little more frequently though. I have been to this location multiple times. I always find something. Lots of garage parking but when it’s busy all the spots next to the door are taken. Only 5 minutes from the highway exit.
Amazing store with a lot of stuff and a new Gaming section, sad that they got rid of plain marzipan.
Its IKEA. Fun place to shop around, something for everyone. Good exercise walking it too, hehe.
It was my first time and I had good company. I found awesome cushion covers that I am so in love with. 😍 and I get ideas from the layouts of bedrooms and kitchen. Best to go with someone who has been there before and can help you navigate through this huge store. I f not you may find yourself staying four hours!🙄. Checking out the good stuff.😊
Love the store. Too bad they were out of all the things my friends needed. Hopefully we can go back again this week. Also, an hour and a half wait to get some water 💧? No comment on that.
Great Food, and The Best Furniture Ever!!!
First time I’ve ever visited an IKEA store and it didn’t fail to impress me. The scale at which they operate is beyond comprehension or it’s just me getting overwhelmed. The only sore point is that if you are visiting the store without a solid plan then you’ll probably spend three-fourth of your day there.
Good place to roam through. Not a lot of furniture in stock due to covid. Other incidentals, ie: small dishware, linens, etc well stocked.
I ordered in delivery a mattress and a bed, we scheduled the delivery for rhe week after. When they came they just have the mattress so I refused the delivery and they said someone will contact me to reschedule the delivery. Finally they just cancelled it. I asked for a refund and Ill never do a delivery again.I gave 2 stars just because the workers were nice.
Clean, bright, pretty wheelchair accessible (minus one bathroom with a high threshold - come on, Ikea) fun.
There was one poor kid attempting to direct traffic on a Saturday afternoon who eventually understandably gave up and disappeared. Despite there being plenty of parking we were stuck in traffic waiting to park for over an hour, apparently due to a backup of people leaving, nobody directing traffic at the exit, and poor road layout. When we finally got into the store we found a shelving unit we liked only to discover half of it was out of stock. If you do come here, dont do it on a weekend...
Ikea is the absolute worst experience I have ever delt with. Unless, you want to waste all of your time here DO NOT COME HERE. We spent 3 hours in the click and collect pick up section without even going into the store. This is unacceptable having costumers wait in the parking garage for over 2 hours. Please do better and fix this issue.
Who ever is the designer for Ikea is a genius. When you enter the store there are bag you can take with you as you walk through the showroom and if you see a small item on display in a room you like there is usually a bin near to get that item and put it in the shopping bag and continue on through the showroom. Then at the end of the showroom is the warehouse where you can now pickup what you saw in the showroom. After you get all your items from the warehouse before you pay and leave you go through the as-is section where you can get open-boxed item sometimes 50% off or an item returned because it might not fit In a persons house which you get in perfect condition and is pre-built. Then you head to the register where there are bins with last minute got to have sale items to grab your attention while you wait in line to check-out. Lastly, if you go you have to eat at the restaurant.
A good store if you desire to walk miles to find a particular item. Layout of the store is not good. It would be good to have a directory posted ON THE WALL at the entrance.
One of the largest stores Ive been to. Picked up two display shelves for only$59 each. Only issue was item was not in the bin it should have been in, we eventually found it.
The ``delivery is such a joke. Originally supposed to be on Monday, and then delayed to Wednesday because ``some items are not prepared. Then a call on Wednesday ``they dont fit in the truck and then I have to call them on Thursday to reschedule. Rescheduled to Saturday. Saturday morning the delivery company said it is ``delivered while I didnt get anything. Called again in the afternoon and they say ``Ikea never loaded them in in truck, you have to call Ikea. Called Ikea and they say one item is not available. I cancelled the order.
Its an Ikea store. A maze of nicely arranged displays highlighting reasonably-priced, tasteful, assemble-yourself furniture. Overall a nice shopping experience. Crowds werent bad and there were enough store staff available to find assistance when needed.
Today we were in this Ikea for the first time. Good assortment. Unfortunately the childrens room is closed due to covid. But the restaurant is open already. We found a fitted sheets for a very good price. We have planned to buy a twin bed for our kids. It is a pity that Ikea is far from us. We need another one near Medford))
The delivery service to Boston is just awful. They do not check the name, said it is all and they still have a huge drawer in the truck for us. Furniture missing, .... not organized. and the ikea hotline is also not organized, no professional and unable to change properly an address. Very poor client service.
First time back in 2 years. Still a great store for making home more efficient. Very courteous, knowledgeable staff. We always look forward to a visit to IKEA.
It’s not the best time to visit IKEA due to Brexit and COVID, and it really shows: the shelves are empty, products are sold out, items are listed incorrectly in both the marketplace and furniture areas. I pity what the employees must go through helping frustrated customers, but perhaps it’s easier to downsize the scale of the store for maximum customer satisfaction.Even the cafeteria has a crazy waiting time of approximately 20 minutes. And the smaller cafe on the bottom floor is closed. It just doesn’t work and isn’t worth the time right now.Stars for friendly and helpful staff - you guys rock!
Amazing place, stocks dont last though..
Lots to offer, most popular items are not correct on inventory site. Lots of people.. so if you wish to social distance go during off hours.. if there are any. Lots of parking. Ship to home or take in your Car/ Truck/SUV.
Terrible service. Purchased the Malm bed frame which does not include slats to support bed or under bed drawers. We are told do drive an hour back to the store to pick up slats to support bed only to find that they don’t have slats in stock. Absolute waste of time. We’ve spent a lot of money and are in the process of designing our kitchen renovation with IKEA but that will definitely not be happening now.
Price is very affordable, quality is decent, not high end buy very good comparing to their price. You could find may things you need for your home and kitchen without breaking the bank. Most one stop shop for your new home.
Great place and beautiful big variaty of products to make my nest beautiful simple and great prices, love the store in Stoughton ❤️🌸
They did not have what I was looking for in stock and the shipping charges are quite high. Otherwise we had a nice experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The restaurant was open and we had lunch and it was very tasty!
The click and collect system was not working well before but now they created a web-based check-in system, and its working out a lot better now. My last few orders were brought to my car under 10 minutes, which is a lot better than how it used to be.
Ikea is a great place to get great value furniture. Its got a lot of different styles and always a good price.Besides, the 1-year return policy is really useful and you are able to buy worry free.
My first visit to IKEA!!! Its big... Keep at least three hours to browse. Their small products section has so much variety, u would be amazed. If I r looking to buy furniture give urself plenty of time. There is so much to choose from.
Parking situation was a hot mess. Store was overcrowded. Masks are strongly encouraged and nearly everyone wore them (this is a plus).
I ordered a piece of furniture over a month ago and the estimated delivery date was September 7th. The morning of the 7th, it changed to September 13th. This date came and went and the update has not changed. When I call customer service they cannot tell me anything about where my order is. They say it’s in a warehouse somewhere and it’s out of their hands. I cannot understand how IKEA thinks this is ok and good business. My purchase is sitting somewhere and there is no tracking on it. Total disregard for me as a consumer. Very disappointing.
Its an experience. Feels haphazard and organized all at the same. But prices are great and if you need literally any part of your house furnishings, this is the place to go. I recommend looking up potential things you want to buy on the website first and find out where they are in the store before going. Otherwise you will be lost in the maze.
Bought 2 pieces of furniture, just to discover 2 manufacturer errors while I was at home assembling them. Customer service takes a long time to get back to you and makes you drive back to the store (1 hour each way for me) with a ton of heavy pieces in order to remedy the problem.
This store had the worst IKEA experience I have had. Understaffed and understocked during the summer of 2021
Cheap glad I finally stopped and went in. Prices are unbelievable.
First timer. Unbelievable size and assortment of items. Bought a $2300 Kitchen in less than 40 minutes including layout by IKEA designer. Delivery was $60. Own apartment buildings, looking forward to building and installing them.
I do not enjoy my visits to IKEA. I see this place more of a place to go to when you need cheap furniture and dont want to pay their shipping and wait forever for your own to arrive. All the furniture Ive bought from IKEA last two moves.. You move a third time, you are lucky if you are using that bed, desk, bookshelf or whatever you bought from IKEA with you. I dont think there just been a place more accurate to the statement of you get what you pay for.Granted sometimes you walk through their kitchen or bedroom isles and see someone and think, I didnt know that item was a thing..I could use that.. but you have to walk through almost all of the store to get to a department you know you want to go to and then have to walk out through almost all of the store to get out. You cant just go direct to the area where it has what you need.IKEA was probably one of the first places to introduce that concept of having to go through several isles to get what you need, which is great for marketing but horrible to experience as a shopper who knows what they want. If you are just going to look, that may work for you, but I usually know what I want when I go shopping..I dont enjoy spending hours browsing. To each his own though..
I got what I needed. Have only been there twice. Takes a long time to find a sample of what you want to see if its what you think from seeing it online. I purchased. Now to put together. The experience was just weird, everyone walking in circles. Had to find my way out!! Wish I just went to the rack, got it and dealt with it if I didnt like it. I think its more fun with a friend with you instead of alone. Till next time....
This place is great. Weve been going there for years!
My wife and I bought a dresser from this Ikea but it was not delivered because the delivery truck could not access our road despite it being easily accessible by car. However, online the order was recorded as being picked up. My wife cumulatively spent over 3 hours on the phone with customer support and was told numerous times that her refund was already processed even though it had not been recorded yet. We were told that the refund would take over two weeks to come back because our names had been misspelled several times during this process. We will never buy another piece of furniture from this IKEA again.
Ikia is Ikia same consistent experience everywhere!I liked its stuff and prices!
