I want to give a HUGE shoutout to the current store manager !!!! My fiancé and I came into the store looking for a 40 x 55 frame (which is obviously going to be impossible to find). Unfortunately Michael’s didn’t have one but instead of just saying sorry and turning us away, the store manager brainstormed other ideas and helped us find THE PERFECT (in-store) alternative!!!!! Truly God sent!!! She deserves commendation for her excellent customer service, people, and empathy skills. She was quick to help us find a solution and very kind. It’s a bummer that I forgot what her name was. But shoutout to you!!!! Thank you for helping me making my wedding a dream come true .

Excellent place to shop for cricket supplies

Needed some E6000 all purpose glue. Michaels has it! Its an all purpose, great bonding glue, possibly one of the best which isnt available in alot of places.

Every time I go into the store I walk out with my purse not as heavy as it was when I came in. I absolute love this store I can go in and purchase one thing because I am coming out with several more it never fails to, This particular store is very clean they have a nice and helpful staff, Ordering online and picking up at the store is easy as well. Bay have a great stock, Their craft and art supply section is always filled the majority of the time. There is a wonderful selection of Artificial flowers they can be kind of pricey that can be anywhere other than the dollar store.

I like going t ok Michaels they have amazing things, cute decorations for each holiday and they always have coupons. My only dislike is the lack of urgency when theres a long line at checkout and 3 or 4 employees just go about their business, now I know stores have to space out registers and etc but acknowledging the customers is key so they dont feel ignored and the line cashier is freaking out while the lines grow especially during holiday shopping.

Well stocked with with everything needed for crafting and professional art. The store wasnt crowded with shoppers and everyone was maintaining social distance as well as wearing masks. The staff also provided helpful customer service.

I was rung up today by an employee named Patricia who was absolutely rude for lack of a better word. Signaled me to come over the register like I was a dog, rings me up without saying two words to me and then hands me my receipt like she couldn’t wait for me to get out of the store.No “ thank you”, no “ have a nice day”. Nothing.I understand we all have bad days but don’t bring anybody else’s day down by having such a poor attitude at work. Call out sick, quit, i dunno.Absolutely awful. I hope a manager or District Manager sees this and retrains Patricia on saying “ hi” and “thank you” to your customers at the VERY LEAST. Considering the amount of money I spend here, it would be nice to get treated with decency and respect. Im sure the many customers she had today would also agree.

Michaels in Stoughton needs to have staff thats more informed of the products that they sell if they intend to keep customers coming to the door how can you sell a product you know absolutely nothing about it

Clean. Well stocked, hard to find assistance

I have always liked Michaels and still do. I do hand made jewelry and thats one of my local craft store to go to and pick up a last minute item however lately I have been disappointed do to the fact that their jewelry aisle have gotten smaller and smaller over the years and now they dont even carry certain item Im use to getting there.Other then that the store is perfect for those who love to craft or paint. They also do classes and you might want to check first which class they are offering.

Michaels is our go to arts and crafts store. This store is run very well and is kept clean and organized which is very important when having to find specific mediums. While their prices might seem a little steep on some items, its only because you can almost always pull up a 40% off coupon on your phone, something well advised!

*crafting experience only* Took my nephew today for one of their crafting sessions. I had a coupon for him to attend free. Upon inquiry, I found they hold these sessions every Saturday, price ranging from $2-5. Not bad! The instructor was very pleasant. My nephew, who can be shy, opened up right away. I enjoy doing arts and crafts with him to begin with. I believe it allows to step away from the electronics and do something purely inspired by oneself.Anyway, the set up was perfect. And I would come again.

To be honest, this store deserves 5 stars but the only thing that made me to rate it 4 stars was that their inventory is EXPENSIVE! The quality is there and obviously with such great quality youre gonna get expenses but sometimes I get the feeling that their prices are unnecessarily high.

Helpful staff. Only major issue was there online site stated they had 15 of the item I was looking for but the store inventory said they had none. Feel like I traveled there for nothing.

The staff at this location are always helpful, unfortunately Michaels has unnecessarily high prices (Id recommend going online and getting a 50% off coupon, they almost always have them up). The last time I was here I Googled an item they were selling and was shocked to find it 10$ cheap on the Micheals website.

Always download the latest coupons on your phone before you visit. No reason to pay full price. You can always save money. Clearance aisle always has interesting items if you are flexible and creative. Some items are pricey so shop their sales by viewing their flyer because there are deals to be had. Good selection of art, craft items and giftware/decor.

Im always in Michaels, its my go to for some of my crafting materials, but they also have a section for painting, baking goods, frames, decorations, sewing materials and tools and much more.Their staff is nice and helpful in some locations more than others. Always remember to shop with coupons to get the best price.

I love this place! I was doing a project and it was an amazing resource store. One thing I think they should change. We should change he closing time to 7:30pm. I have to go to my moms since my parents are divorced so I get there by 6pm and I don’t have enough time to get there. So 𝑻𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒌 you Michaels!!!!

I love this Michaels, theyre huge, clean, brightly lit and always have a large stock to choose from. The employees are friendly. I always like to check this store out when Im in the area theres a lot more selection than in Boston.

Michaels use to be my go to place. specifically this location, in the last few years, never has what im looking for. In the first few days of november they no longer had any fall items for sale when id hoped to do some thanksgiving crafts with my kids. I will say the staff was very friendly, but admitted to me this is the case every year. Which to me me sounds like poor planning on whomever is ordering for the store. But it seems to work out this way every time i stop here for basic craft needs. I always end up needing to order online..

Micheals is a craft store but it has more than just crafts they have flowers and pictures and other things. They have clothes and other stuff.

Sometimes the employees are helpful, sometimes they ignore you completely. As all craft stores, its overpriced but some craft stuff you can only get here. At this store there was a super great girl, short blue hair.

I love, love, love Michaels they have so much arts and crafts stuff.

This store is so overwhelming. There should be more staff to help assisting with questions or help looking for an item, I walked the whole store which is ginormous and only found 2 staff membesr who were busy stocking. Only one cashier and no one where the customing framing was . Bathrooms were also disgusting worst public bathrooms Ive seen in a while ! No hand soap, so how do employees wash their hands properly???

Staff was quick to let me know store was not open at 9am. Staff reluctant to assist with without my request.

Just wish they didnt charge so much for items I can can literally almost half price a quarter mile away at other craft stores. But I still end up shopping here despite, because their selection is enormous in this new Michaels store. (Not to mention that because it is a new store, its super neat, clean and organized.) This particular store location seems enormous compared to other Michaels locations I used to frequent in the past such as the Braintree location.

They had a wide variety of art supplies including what I was looking for, more sketch paper, and ink. However the store is way to overpriced for their products.

They now sell wood tags, Signature Crafts uv lamp, uv resin, colored transparent and opaque dye, uv resin molds there. Staff was friendly and nice.
