Ace Auto Bodys work is impeccable! I have gone there more than once and will continue to go back. The workmanship is of the highest quality being dedicated to the attention to detail. John goes above and beyond customer service. He is honestly upfront and tells you like it is. He surpasses expectations while making the experience less stressful. John coordinated the repairs with the other partys insurance and organized a car rental service to be at the shop when I brought my car in. I left the rental there when I picked my car up. On top of the body repair, the car needed mechanical repairs outside of the insurance claim which were more involved than anticipated. He communicated with me from start to finish and he stuck to his original quote which I know should have been much higher due to the extra work completed. I was treated like family and my experience with Ace Auto Body has always been exceptional!

Very pleased with the work done by John and his superior team. They handled a complicated repair in a most professional manner, not accepting the insurance companys appraisals and insisting on OEM parts rather than refurbished ones. My vehicle had been severely damaged when a commercial office building garage door slammed down on my vehicles roof. John diligently researched the specific repair protocols issued by the manufacturer and followed them unwaveringly in the repair. He communicated frequently with updates and answers his own phone, including on a Saturday night when the original damage was incurred. They are strict on detail and are sure the job is done properly the first time. Most importantly, you can trust what they say and feel confident they have your best interests in mind. Additionally, the car was returned in immaculate appearance, inside and out, after a detailed cleaning. It truly looks like a brand new vehicle. I highly recommend this shop.

John was extremely helpful and patient explaining how to repair my scratched and dented door. My car was nearly spotless before so it was pretty disappointing. It was filed through a 3rd party insurance company and was a long delayed process on the insurance companies fault, but John constantly remained in contact with me keeping me in the loop. Was in a car accident and brought my car to Ace for the repairs. They were great with the help with the insurance company and giving insight on how to handle everything. I found Ace through local reviews and brought my damaged Rav4 in for an extensive and complicated repair. I was very impressed with the John and his team of experts. They delivered the car back to me as good as new. Importantly to me, they also stood by their work. When an issue arose several month after delivery, John took full responsibility and addressed it quickly and without any hassles at all. It is a true pleasure to work with real professionals.

Best body shop I have ever dealt with (and I’ve been in a lot of accidents) My car was surprisingly deemed totaled and John walked me through the entire process helping with me with multiple insurance companies including negotiations resulting in substantially more money for my car! If your insurance company suggests a body shop for you to use, Don’t! If they tell you not to use a certain shop, then that should be your new body shop. Your insurance company does not have your best interest in mind! But John at Ace does. They’ll take of you. Go there.

Can’t say enough about John and the crew at ace auto body body in Stoughton. What I thought was some slight deer damage on my truck turned into a much larger job. These guys really fix beyond what insurance companies will write for. so my truck is back to OEM spec. And it’s 100% safe with NO shortcuts taken at all. The breeze of dealing with them could not have been any easier. I highly recommend these guys. Even if your insurance company says it has to be fixed at the insurance approved shop that is a lie and you have the right to have your vehicle fixed anywhere. And I chose these guys

I brought my van over to Ace a few weeks ago for a rear quarter end repair. It was great as John helped me with everything from letting me know who to call (to get the ball rolling for the insurance) and, keeping bbq in touch with me for scheduling a convenient time. It took a few weeks and then he called me letting me know it was set. I even dropped my enterprise rental with them and they made sure enterprise back. The car was a disaster when I brought it in from all the junk from the kids that I could not get cleaned out and they returned it with the interior (detailed) spotless!! It looked brand new. The body was a mess with scratches and scrapes. I would say at least 95 percent were cleaned up / buffed out. This includes a huge white paint blemish neither myself nor a large local Honda dealer body shop could remove from the front passenger door going into the rear slider. I never could imagine the vehicle looking this sharp. The repair itself came out amazing and they fixed my rear driver sliding door in the process that kept sticking when you open it. (So far so good) they were extremely professional and wonderful to work with including showing before, during, and after pictures. If I need a repair I would ABSOLUTELY come here again and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of body work. They know their stuff !. I picked up the van 2/4/15

Ace Auto Body takes care of the customer and does not work for the insurance company. My car ended up being a total loss and John walked me through what I should get for the car and how to get it. When I countered the insurance companys initial offer, I ended up getting NADA value which was over $600 more than their initial offer. I wouldnt have got that without John!

Honest people with great attitude and professionalism. John is nice, helpful and trust worthy!! I had visited him several times with different unusual requirements as my track (2008 evo x) is heavily modified and nothing is straight forward in it and john and his team were always able to solve it and give me the right feeling of confident in their work...I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of a professional and honest workshop place!

This is the third job Ive had John do for me and he never fails to excide my expectations. He does everything he can to make sure everything is right even installing oem parts when all the insurance company will pay for is aftermarket. These guys are hands down the best in the area and I never take my cars anywhere else.

Above and Beyond ExpectationsMy 2013 Mitsubishi Evo X was backed into by a neighbor. Knowing a fellow car enthusiast/Evo owner with an impeccable paint job, I asked him who he had do his work: Ace Auto Body. I am beyond impressed with this shop (Johns) knowledge, expertise, and care for their customers cars as well as the customers themselves. Not only did John expedite getting a tow truck out to me to get my car but he was available any time I needed to get into contact with him. My insurance company quoted $1900 for repairs (Im noting this due to the end actual total). John was/is very knowledgeable regarding the insurance industrys tactics as well as what some preferred shops do (which is definitely not in the best interest of the customer or their safety and well-being). I fix the car as if it is my own, John told me. After seeing their work, it is apparent this was the truth. With a total invoice of around $10,200 worth of work, pictures to prove it, a long part list, etc. I can truthfully say I could not have picked a better place to ensure my safety and that my Evo was restored to better than before. If ever I am in this situation again (hopefully not), it will be a no-brainer: Ace Auto Body is the ONLY place I would trust to touch my car again. Excellent job John and team: thank you very much for taking such great care of my car. I witnessed this first hand and wanted to share my positive experience with others.Recently, I brought my 2013 Maxima to the shop because of a cracked bumper and some intense paint work that needed to be taken care of. During my initial, no pressure consultation by John, he went above and beyond with the assessment of my car. He combined a thorough visual inspection, while incorporating cutting edge 3D computer software analysis that gave him a better idea of how things would not only look, but also how much things would cost. At one point, I felt like I was more in a high tech computer software lab, vs. an auto body repair shop. With all these things taking place during my initial consultation, I knew I had taken my car to the right place. Clearly this is Johns passion, and it showed.John was extremely thorough across the board. Along with outlining important details of my cars upcoming repair job, he also took to the time to show me pictures of past customer repairs he had on file, and offered assistance with lining up a rental with a nearby car rental shop.After all was said and done, my car was ready in six measly business days.
