RUDE. Did not care enough to even hear me out about an issue my car was having, brushed me off and went to helping the customers behind me in line. Man named Irwin really needs to retire.Went somewhere else and was helped right away and treated with respect.

I had two mixed experiences 1.5 years apart, I went to the shop because i had issues with my factory original 5 year old battery and the guys there helped and sold me a 3year battery and helped me with the install and discarded the old one, sadly 1.5 years later my new battery died again and i went there asking for it to be replaced but the guy did a check and said its the alternator and when i insisted its the battery he said i cant replace it, And i asked for it to be recharged and he said he cant do that as you cant leave a car inside the parking lot while its recharged inside! I took the battery off at my house and they recharged it but it died 3 days later, i took the car to the dealership assuming its the alternator like they said and the dealership confirmed its the battery! and i replaced it as i didnt want to go through this hassle again, please dont buy batteries from them and dont trust their warranty on batteries, the employees there will try to convenience you its not the battery and its electrical system and you dont have the tools to tell them otherwise

I just arrived needing a new battery. Nicolas greeted me at the door and Trudi was polite and professional. There was no pressure to buy the most expensive battery although I did, as it had a longer warranty. The job was done in less than 10 minutes from start to finish. With welcoming and kind service like this, I would not choose any other business for car service.

Autoparts stores are pretty much all the same.The difference is whether its clean and well kept and this Autozone location is.You can tell whomever runs the place is a by the book Manager.

I was aware of not so great reviews about employees before I arrived. But I tried to be extra friendly, just small talk while waiting, it felt like they couldnt get me outa there fast enough. Just not good for a public based company. They had the brake parts I needed, except for what I thought would be the easiest, covers to protect the bleeder valves, just a little piece of rubber. First Auto Zone where the staff just seemed miserable to be there that I have been to.

They told me tht after 7pm they couldnt help me install my head light bulb I had to view video on YouTube to fix it myself. I thought they hv experts who can help at each store till the store closes

AWFUL customer service and no idea what they are doing!!!! I used to visit this store frequently when I lived in Randolph and the employees and store was great but I have since moved to Brockton and there are a few parts stores closer so I have not gone to or called this store in a while. The other day I was looking for a part that no store near me had in stock so I called here looking for help and a woman answered the phone already with attitude, wouldnt let me explain what I was looking for because she kept talking over me with her know it all attitude, put me on hold and of course came back with the wrong answer because she wasnt even listening and just assumed what I needed. She continued to talk over me and give me attitude, wouldnt give me her name. Let her know she had the worst customer service skills I have ever experienced and hung up. This store should really re-evaluate who they have working there as I am sure by the other reviews I am not the only one that doesnt appreciate being treated like this and will just take our business to advance.

I went looking for a valve for my tire and the men at the register researched for the model that I needed and had me out of there in less than five minutes!

Has bad experience with store manager name I guess mr. Brown. I was buying brake pad about three month ago in that store and a sales person gave me wrong pads. When I came back to the store that store manager was trying to make it that is my fault. I didnt hear even excuse for that. Plus even on the website you cant find any phone number to call customer service. Never go there again.
