Told me it would be a half hour and after 50 minutes later..and after listening to them talk to a friend for 20 minutes I got tired of waiting. Plus side the guy aired my tire up to make sure I was ok to leave on it.

Called to schedule flat repair and the person that answered the phone spoke so quickly that it was difficult to understand what they were saying without me pausing for a moment. They said I could drop my car off and then theyd call me when it was done. I only have one car, so I asked if I could wait They responded by saying that their waiting room is not open due to covid (totally understandable) but the guy was like, theresnowaitingroomduetocovidSORRYBUDSo I hung up. I called Willies in Oregon and they also told me that their waiting room was closed, but they also explained that there are a lot of shops nearby where I can wait and also emphasized that the flat repair would likely only take 30 minutes. The person at Willies sounded like a kid in there early 20s and they exhibited such a high level of professionalism compared to the person I dealt with at this establishment.Sorry for being critical, guys! But it was a 30 second phone call and it didnt sound like you guys wanted my business.

Originally took my vehicle in to a local dealership since it was conveniently located for me. I was quoted a crazy high amount of money for exhaust work, so I got a second opinion. I had heard about Stoughton Tire and Auto from a co-worker, so I gave them a call to get an estimate. They got me in within 24 hours, called me with findings/estimates before doing any repairs, and gave me a ride to and from work. The best part though is they told me I needed far less work done than the dealership had told me, and they saved me a ton of money! Honest, friendly, and great service. Highly recommend!

My fiancé took his vehicle in last week for work and they replaced the cylinder head temperature sensor. He picked it up Friday and when he left for work Saturday morning the vehicle was still over heating and the issue was not resolved. He drove back and let them know what was happening and asked if they could fix it. The gentleman he spoke with provided the worst customer service imaginable and time him that they might be able to get him in again next week but he has to clean out his car because it’s disgusting and no one wanted to test drive it which is why they just hooked it up to the sensor instead of seeing if that was the only issue. It is not professional to tell someone if their car is dirty. It is not professional to treat a customer with such disrespect and in such a demeaning manner. We will not bring our service to them and will not recommend them to anyone else. Building a relationship with a customer is how you maintain business. I don’t recommend this facility to anyone and hope that management provides a little training to their staff.

A great example of a local auto service shop. Friendly, honest service. I took an older car (2004 model, 237k miles) to them for an exhaust repair. They were able to repair the exhaust pipe and did so instead of selling me an entire new exhaust pipe and charging me installation fees. They did this even though they could have done a more expensive repair without me ever knowing the difference.

Went for a flat tire. Got me in instantly. Let me finish my drive up north. Saved my memorial day weekend

This place is fabulous! They patched my tire and remounted it on my car. All at a very reasonable price!! The people were very helpful, and very nice. I would recommend them hands down!

I had previously been using another automotive company. After a couple of visits, found the prices were a lot higher than anywhere else.Luck would have it that I had a challenge with a tire, so I stopped into see what help I could receive. They were not only courteous and friendly but had it fixed in a snap.Then I realized they were a full service facility, and the next time I needed work done on my car, I went back. What a wonderful experience!The repair they did, (put in a new fuel tank) regretfully had a challenge. I took it back in, and they not only put another tank in, but didnt even charge me for the repairs, or labor.....and filled the tank again.I can highly recommend using Stoughton Tire for any of your tire or auto repair work. They are honest people, and you will save your hard earned dollars by using Stoughton Tire!!

My boyfriend got his wheels put on here and the guy who helped us was very nice and made sure we knew all the steps to take to prevent any future problems. The service itself was also very quick, I would recommend this place to anyone!

I live next store to thos business. 2 of my vehicles have been smashed into by customers of this business. Today was a hit & run. Do you think the owner has any interest in helping me clear this up? No. Of course not. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! They do not care about anything except for money.

Stoughton Tire sucks! Bought 2 new tires there in December. Got a flat the first week of January So I took the car back there. They said I needed 2 new tires. The ones that were just replaced. I asked how they were going to compensate for this inconvenience and showed my receipt. I played full price for 2 more new tires. I was offered no explanation, no appoliges, and no deal or discount. I will never go there Asian and will not recommend them to q friend.

The crew here knows whats going on with any vehicle you bring them. No nonsense, wont steer you wrong, and dont cut corners. Ive been being my vehicles here for years and will continue to do so.

I took my truck to Stoughton tire to get the front end aligned after putting new tires on it. After about a two months and 4000 mile after the alignment I noticed that just the front drivers side tire was cupping bad on the inside of the tire. I took the truck back to them and Todd the owner said he would redo the alignment. Well after a 2000 mile trip now both front tires are cupping bad and almost ruined. So I took it to another shop to have the front end checked out to make sure nothing had gone bad. That shop said all of the parts in the front are great and tight. They told me that the alignment rack that Stoughton tire used was probably in need of a calibration. So I took my truck back to Stoughton tire again to talk to Todd (the owner) about the problem I was having. I told him about the problem I was having and he said there must be something wrong with my truck. I than told him that his shop had looked at it twice and another shopped looked at yesterday and could not find anything wrong with it and all of the front end parts are tight. I than asked if his alignment rack could be in need of being re calibrated. Todd than came unglued and snatched the paper work from my hand and said “his $53,000.00 alignment rack could never be off and he would fix my problem right now by giving me my money back”! After he refunded my money to me he refused to give me back my paper work and said ” That I could not have back my paper work because now that he gave me my money back its like they never worked on my truck.” I said I wanted my paper work back for my records and he still said no and that it didn’t belong to me. I asked for back again and after going back in forth with him for about 2 min. he finally gave it back to me. He than told me to “get out of his shop”. I would not recommend this shop to anybody to get any type of work done.

I brought a flat tire in to be looked at. The man at the front desk was a little bit rude. He said he would call me when it was done. I stopped back later and he said it would be fixed by 5:30 pm. They didn’t even look at it and called me to say it would be ready 1st thing in the morning. I called a few hours after they opened and he said he will get to it right away. Ha called me to say it was finished and “not to use that fix a flat s*#t” later that morning. Cursing to a costumer is unprofessional, in my opinion. When I walked into the door he saw me and went into an office out of sight. Another nice gentleman helped me. I put the tire back on that afternoon. The next day it was flat again. I was charged $40 for rude service and the same flat tire.

I dropped off my car Wednesday night. They callede meThursday night and told me to clean off my oil pan and engine before they would work on finding the oil leak... Ok..but that is what a mechanics job is. And why did it take them 9 hours to tell me that? They should have called me and asked if I would be ok with getting charged for cleaning it.Hard working?? Hahaha these guys are your average lazy Americans.If you notice. There are a lot of 5 star reveiws on tire work. Tire work is easy. Oil leak ehhhh kinda gotta work and use a brain for that, no thanks. Dont take your vehicle here for mechanical work they will dupe you for sure.

Took my new 86 toyota mr2 gen1 in to get new tires on some aftermarket rims. They literally put in two days effort finding the perfect fit and even stored my vehicle. First set of tires i ordered was the wrong size, without hesitation the owner verbalized that i did not need to pay for them or the mounting and balancing. Furthermore he promptly ordered a new set for me and assured me he would let me know if the new seth worked out. The owner refused to accept any money for time and effort, let alone the special tire order. Still has not charged me a dime and is activly seeking the perfect tire for me. What service. Support these guys. Good people and honest buisness is not as common as it once was.
