It’s 630pm on a Tuesday and this Target has one (1) yes one person working on a register. Oh and guess what…..the line is huge, and the self check lines are even bigger. This is beyond annoying and frustrating. Also, I feel really bad for the ONE teenage girl working the only register. So not fair at all. Pathetic.

Overall a decent target. Parking is awkward but other than that it’s good.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE using the Target app to purchase items for curbside pickup. This has made my life so much easier. Super easy to use and staff are very efficient. If an item you ordered is not available they provide multiple options via the app to pick up elsewhere, cancel or even have it shipped to you for free.

I love Target. I can get everything I need in one stop. They have huge selections to choose from. Their prices are competitive

Hi All,I went to Target today looking for a specific Item and couldnt find it.I ran into a Target rep her name was Ali and she was so helpful. She was able to figure out that the item was an online item only. So she literally saved me from roaming the store aimlessly looking for an item that was not there. She went out of her way to help me find the item online so I can order it. I was so happy I ran into her. She gave me great customer service. Not to mention she was new. If every person was like her Target would be the best in Customer Care. If everyone was like her the world would be a better place. Nice standard target with an underground parking facility.

This location was super picked over in every department I needed to shop. Like week-before-Christmas levels of low stock, in mid-September. It also smelled like raw sewage throughout the entire store.

Couldnt find anything needed and half the stuff I scanned the machine kept saying ERROR ITEM NOT FOUND. This very annoying when you want to buy something and since the machine can not find the price. I simply just leave the product without purchasing it. Waste of time and day.

Lady working self checkout dying coughing the whole time I was in the store, was even near the food and still here her hacking.. no other lanes were open but the self checkout cause it was later in the night and she was coughing her lungs out with her mask not even on properly. why are they letting her work?? she obviously was good and looking like she needed to go home. I’m not trying to catch Covid at a place I get my essentials but obviously they don’t be checking the health of there employees before there shifts. everybody was trying to avoid her !!!

I just want to quickly acknowledge two Target staff. I do not know the lady name unfortunately. I know she’s a little older with shoulder length hair, and she always has her glasses around her neck. She always works in the self checkout lane. She’s extremely friendly, she always ask me if I found everything okay, and even takes the time to have small talk making me feel like a valued customer.The other person is Joey. I had the pleasure of interacting with him yesterday. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to assist me regarding my air fryer I had purchased a few months back.I’ve lived in the area for about a year and Target was never my first place of choice, but with the awesome service I receive each time I go it has become my one and only choice. Thank you Target employee’s for the wonderful customer service.

The reason I choose this is due to lack of products. I understand during the thick of COVID how supplies were low, But basic nonhigh demand items are missing. example the candy aisle, is never stocked. I really like this target, but prior to COVID it wasnt stocked well and I began going to the WTD location due to this, although I live in closer to this location

Hardly stocked false advertising label on shelf. Went to Target to get a gift for spouse saw they had a blender on sale thought I might buy it for her only to be told that this was not on sale. There were multiple of the same product on the same shelf in 3 different places with the same sales tag but they said it was the wrong one. This is the 3rd time I went there with the wrong sales price on the shelf for a product. Not mention how rude customer service was. Unless it is an emergency I am never shopping there again.

Two hours for one item? Asked if it was possible to pick up earlier because I’m in dire need of it for work, was rudely informed it takes two hours to get the item. Step your customer service game up, Stoughton.

This store was such a mess you could barely push your cart through it. Things were everywhere, what a disaster. Then my mother tripped over an exposed pallet on the ground hurting her foot.

As usual, POOR SERVICE! Go anywhere other than this place. I had 1 item and they lost it between the time it got rung up and I paid. Then told me I had to go back and get another if I wanted it!!!!!!

Friendly, fast, and safe. With the outbreak we need to limit our interactions. The target curbside pickup is one way to shop while accomplishing that standard. After pulling into a spot my order came out in 2 minutes. Not bad for what would take me over an hour roaming the store. Very pleased.

Every time I go to self check out, Alice is always there to greet me and always offering to help. I have been using Target Circle for a while and was not aware that I was collecting money to use towards future purchases. Alice took the time to show me where the credit waz and how I could use it. She is always so patient. Even though Im not ready, shes always offering the Target credit card or debit card. I tell her one day when Im ready Ill definitely be looking for you to help me.

On 12/13/19 I ran into Target to grab a couple of things and I was assisted by Joyce. She was so courteous, pleasant and helpful. She made an already good day that much better! God bless her and this store is blessed to have her. Wish every experience was like this.

Alice is THE BEST employee that I’ve ever interacted with at Target. She made sure all of our needs were taken care of and she gave us a ten star experience. She ran the self checkout line today with ease and helped everyone all at the same time. Thank you Alice!!

Clean stores and easy to navigate around as you shop

Right now with Covid19 and my husband and I at higher risk we are avoiding stores. Target makes it so easy. The young man was super polite, placed out items in the trunk. No waiting at all.

This is my favorite Target. Cashiers are always friendly, store is fully stocked and the carts are awesome!

Your shelves are so empty it looks like you are going our of business. I cannot find what I need most of the time because the past 3 months I have gone there your shelves throughout the entire store are empty. Is this a stocking issue with your store only? Walmart has no issues with stoxking their shares

I bypass my closest Target to come here. Its a good size store, doesnt get the crowds that some of the other local Targets do. From the times Ive been here recently, the store is kept neat and clean, and the items are easy to find.

Very clean, state of the art target. Carriage escalator is very fun, makes you want to go fill up another one just to send it down again. And oh yeah, some lady with one year of retail experience laid down the law when it came to sales signage. Even though the item I bought was clearly what was stated on the sign...*sigh*

The staff at my store, stoughton are so attentive and helpful. the woman that worked in self checkout was so kind helped me put back some items, use my cartwheel and helped with my debit card acting funky. she wiped it off and got it to work

They were out of some of the items I wanted but the customer service from the womans clothing section was the best I appreciated the help with the sizes and styles that would fit me best ! Well worth the drive from Abington too Stoughton

Nice items at decent prices. Not much selection for petite/short women. No office attire slacks to be found. Shopping for the house and yard is excellent - lots of home accessories and giftware. The bags are perfect for target practice!

Love this target especially the fact it’s open late at night if you are in the area! It was Friday night and a girl was working there unfortunately I didn’t get her name but she was one of the nicest cashiers and people I’ve ever seen in retail so pleasant and nice and happy. Definitely would recommend definitely will come back already shopped here 4 times. Love the selection love it’s a newer store and love the employees. One of the best targets around and the best customer service!

Lovely retail store all back to school supplies are on sale for students 50% off. Including clothes and jackets I will advise everyone to check the sales out get some bargain and save some money too. There back to school supplies are way more cheaper that Wal-Mart.

Target is one of my favorite stores. All merchandise is high quality but the prices dont show it. Great clothing dept. New releases of music and books available on date release.

Poor customer service treat you like criminal lie to you tell you can’t return something it says so online and then you leave go home to look and it clearly says you can return item for full refund. Food in this location notorious for being expired while it’s still on shelf for sale

Sales floor is on the second level over parking. Good building design. Entrance with escalators and elevators is always clean and shiney. Very well organized sales floor and friendly staff.

Went for a SPECIFIC item and despite the FACT the computer showed it IN STOCK it was not on the shelf.

Waited 20 mins for help in the baby section. 2 employees said they will call for assistance. No one never showed up.

They have almost everything that you need. Customer service reps. are always available when you need help, and are actually helpful. And their scanners to check prices of items all work.

Target, the red Wal-Mart. Grocery prices are better than neighboring supermarkets in Randolph for some reason and not much more expensive than the Wal-Mart in Avon. Has fancy red concrete balls out front and a cart escalator.It has a parking garage, very fancy for a suburban Target. I enjoy setting off car alarms here with my 1986 Ford Mustangs loud exhaust in the parking garage as well - the parking garage has good acoustics.

I was able to get Starbucks and my groceries simultaneously. Nothing beats that.

Love target.. but I had the worse experience at this location with the store leader I think his name was Guilly. It was not his day or something he treated me so bad, for an exchange that I wanted to do for my baby. Made feel like the questions I was asking were dumb and stupid the other staff actually came to me and apologized stating that he had a long day. Guilly if you don’t like your job find something that makes you happy but don’t take it on your customers. Your customers service is poor it makes look ignorant.

What can I say? Its Target! Every Target gets 5 stars for me. That place is my church.

So many shenanigans to get into around here, very nice staff who always try their very best to assist in anyway, shape or form. The prices are another matter, however, they are not a discount store and if your looking to come here to buy some bread be warned your not leaving without spending like 10 bucks.

I had one of the worst experiences. Been traumatized since and do a lot of online shopping because of this. Ive never visited this store since and am actually writing this description a year after rating because I couldnt bare to describe what occurred. I went in line at about 9:40pm one night before they were closing to purchase some sheets. The price at the register was more than expected. I told the cashier I may have grabbed the wrong one that Id go check and be back. Her supervisor stepped in and said no you may not go look we are closing. I told him there were still about 15min left and that Id be quick. He still refused and told me I either buy the sheets or I dont. I refused and said the sheets were not in the right location if they could please get me the ones that were listed on sale. He sends someone who comes back without sheets and confirms the price. I then explain to him that Im not disputing the price I just must have grabbed the wrong one and asked why could they just not bring the correct one to the register. By this time it was 10 mins to close. Now Im upset because hes talking down to me and embarrassing me telling me that if I cantafford it to leave his store. I told him I would call tomorrow and make a complaint. He then says to another employee to call the police and tell them Im threatening him. She does call, and in the meantime they do get me the sheets I wanted after much back and forth. When the police arrive Ive already purchased my items and they found me in tears. They didnt say anything. I just got my bags and left as they followed me out the employees were all at the bottom of the escalator yelling comments for me to leave. The cops hushed them and told me to not pay them any mind. I got in my vehicle and cried for about 20mins. The cops didnt leave til I did. But i was shaking too much to start my car. I was completely embarrassed. Following the incident I called Target corporate to make a complaint. They said the store manager refused to contact me for an apology(which wouldnt fix anything) and that they regrettably could not do anything to help me. The worst experience that I have to live with forever.

I don’t know what happened to this target over the past year but it has completely gone downhill. Every time I go there the bathroom is disgusting three of the sinks are broken the toilets are always filthy one of the dryers are broken it’s disgusting. Now to the customer service, today I attempted to go in and grab a couple things after work. When I approached the check out there were about 15 employees standing around laughing talking doing nothing. There was one register open and self check out. There was about 20 of us in line. When I asked if they were going to open another register the woman pointed to the one register that was open and said they are open. I was so mad I left my carriage full of stuff and walked out. Next time I will go to Easton
