So grateful for everyone here. I think they’ve been understaffed in the pharmacy for a while, but despite the chaos, they are doing the best they can. Have seen several interactions with not so friendly customers, and they still keep it together. Plus, Karen is just the sweetest up front!

Too slow. Always a wait. Never enough people in pharmacy. Gone downhill for awhile. They saw prescription is ready and get to store and still have to wait. Going further down..down.. down. Heck when walmart is better you gotta wonder what you are doing.

I dont know what is going on but this location has just gotten terrible. Ive been with them for YEARS and just called another local place to switch our families prescriptions before leaving this review. Not only is the wait RIDICULOUS (especially with such important medication!!!) there is one staff who is so RUDE, I cant believe she still even has a job! So glad to be done.

This pharmacy refuses to do what they are supposed to do like prior authorizations they run out of medication even if you call a week ahead of time to notify them that you’re going to get medication and they should order the medication! Then I was told to call a week before and then again three days before! I have been being billed for months when my insurance covers it! Then they had the nerve to tell me that they had 500 other prescriptions this is a small pharmacy in a small town if you can’t keep up with your prescriptions hire more people then! Ever since the older gentleman that was the pharmacist left this place has been the worst place to fill your prescription! Myself my doctor also nurses have also turned them in because healthy also treat people I’m not gonna say it’s because of my color but it very well could be‼️ Use another pharmacy if you want to be treated right‼️

Love this Walgreens! Especially the drive through, and the pharmacist. She is wonderful! Thank you for everything

I bought cigarettes for someone else and got the wrong brand. Within 5 minutes I returned to the store with my receipt and they refused to return them. The clerk tried unsuccessfully and when a supervisor came she said State law prohibited returns. I checked Walgreens website and returns did not exclude tobacco products and checked State regulations and there is no mention of return restrictions. I feel I was lied to. I hadn’t even taken them out of the parking lot! Needless to say, I won’t be returning to this particular Walgreens anytime soon.

Absolutely hands down the worst Walgreens in the world. Especially the drive thru pharmacy. Youll have a birthday waiting in line, and theyll manage to screw up your prescription Every. Single. Time. This necessitates you either going back around to the back of the line or, alternately, being sent away to return later.Seriously - stay as far from this place as possible.

The folks at the Walgreens in Stoughton Wi. are ALWAYS helpful to me with my disabilities. They fill my multiple prescriptions very quickly, and always check to make sure my controlled prescriptions are processed in a legal and ethical manor. More than a few times I have watched drama situations unfold while I was at the Pharmacy. They always care for their clients with respect, and STILL FOLLOW LEGAL PROCEDURES. This means they are trying to protect ME, and our community from Prescription Abuse. As a disabled Vietnam vet, I have watched what Prescription Abuse has done to others many times. I commend the staff at the Stoughton Wi. Walgreens for being vigilant, and not letting someones emotions get in the way of correct, ethical, Legal procedure.The store Staff always helps me get the best value with coupons and my Rewards Points. They are always friendly and helpful. I go to Walgreens in many locations while I travel around. They all are good at helping me with Prescriptions and needed items. BUT my hometown Walgreens, in Stoughton, Wi, is my favorite. Many Thanks to you guys for all your help.Jim Melka

I love the Stoughton Location! Recently my son was prescribed facial medication for his acne. I received a message that it was delayed. I contacted the Stoughton pharmacy and talked to Lisa. She was truly concerned for my son and went above her customer service to look up other locations to find the medication. I then talked to Crystal, the pharmacist, which was also AMAZING! She answered ALL my questions in great detail and showed me different products my son could use with the medicated cream. She eased my mind and I felt confident about my son trying this medication. I continued shopping and went to checkout at the front of the store. Karen is very friendly and sweet to ALL the customers! My experience with the Stoughton location was incredible from beginning to end! They went above any expectations I had for this company! They truly care about the customer!Thank you Walgreens Stoughton! You are truly the Best!

On 11/27/2018 I was going through a really intense bout of depression and PTSD. My family and I had just become homeless. I called Dean Psychiatry and they told me that my psychiatrist had retired and that I had no provider to help me. So they told me to go to the ER. Which I immediately did. There we dicussed the emotions that were shooting through my brain and how worried for my life I was. I was also worried for my children ( two of them have special needs). My gabapentin and my lorazepam got lost in the shuffle. So the doctor who saw me wrote out a prescription for lorazepam and she also checked online and saw I had a refill on my Gabapentin so we ordered that too! So I go to the pharmacy and we gave them the prescription and also gave them our new cell phone number because we are living in a cheap motel. And in the meantime l am emotionally trying to keep from crying and hurting myself. We were told, at the pharmacy, No problem. Give us a half an hour. So we did! We come back and the pharmacist said Oh! Yes we are putting your prescription for lorazepam on file. We said no, the ER Doctor had said that because those pills were missing I needed to be back on them immediately because mentally I was in a horrible state. So the woman we were talking to said rudely well we need to call the ER and confirm this. And were like Ok. Well a half an hour went by. So I called them again and was told by them that they needed to verify my story with the ER. I got a little short and said I really need help with those meds, that I would pay full price for them! So the woman got Terry the head Pharmacist on the phone. I started relaying what I said. He interrupted me and said Yeah we are trying to verify your story with the ER. THEN Terry told me to TAKE A CHILL PILL And further told me I needed to wait. I called the Stoughton ER and explained the situation. They called Walgreens and verified the story. I have told Terry that me and my family will NEVER come back there!!! I cried in frustration when he told me to take a CHILL PILL! BECAUSE I felt that there was no help for me...it was a very hopeless feeling when he said that. That is an appalling incident. My family and I are in a hopeless situation right now. And Terry, was cruel. Were going to CVS for now on. I dont care that I have to drive a bit further but I will NOT ALLOW my sweet family to be subjected to Terry any more

Drive thru pharmacy is aweful. Don’t go to the off window they helped 3 people while I sat there waiting.

Toy section is never stocked always a mess. rude managers the list goes on

Go to an independant pharmacy and youll be much happier.

I come to this store once a month for medications. Friendly people and fast service.

Always a long wait. Never any information why. Have had some very unfriendly interactions with a white haired pharmacist as well.

Prescriptions are filled generally three to six hours later than requested.
