I recently visited Diamonds Select in Stoughton, WI to see about having my Moms Mothers ring restored. The ring is over 40 years old & was in pretty rough shape from all the years my Mom had worn it. There are 7 children in my family, so there is quite a variety of birth stones. The gold was terribly worn down, a stone was missing and all the others were either scratched or had missing prongs. The customer service I received was outstanding in choosing replacement stones in either genuine or lab grown to find just the right fit. When I first saw the ring upon completion, it took my breath away! The restoration was more beautiful & perfect that I could have imagined! My Mom passed away 20 years ago & this restoration was to honor her memory on July 10th. Diamonds Select went above & beyond to bring my Moms ring back to its original beauty... and even better! I am extremely grateful for their customer service, skill, reasonable pricing and attention to every detail from start to finish. Thank you & I highly recommend Diamonds Select!!

Had 3 rings re-sized, and stone replaced and a chain repaired. I was notified in advanced estimated costs and after I agreed to repairs it was only a couple days when everything was ready. I received a gift twelve years ago; a gold necklace; value $125.00. I broke it a couple times and it was repaired each time from where it was purchased; free of charge.About four years, I upgraded to a much stronger gold necklace; value $700.00 at Diamond Select in Stoughton, Wisconsin. This necklace broke as well, as I was removing my shirt. I went back to have it repaired. The lady said it would be $45.00 to repair. I told her I had purchased it at her store. I told about my experience with the other necklace I purchased at another jewelry store and how that they had repaired it for free.She replied, If it was sitting in your drawer and it broke; then we would repair it for free, but you broke it.I will NOT be returning to this store; unless for some reason it would be in a drawer and it broke! 2/11/2021

Great customer service and prices. I lost a diamond in my wedding ring and needed quite a few prongs fixed. When they gave me the price I was pleasantly surprised that it was a couple hundred dollars less than I thought it would be. It was fast, easy, and inexpensive.

Took in my gold necklace because it broke they fixed it it’s not a big necklace it’s not thick but only jewelers know how to fix it cost me $47.00, 2 weeks later it’s snapped broke again, then virus hit. it’s been sitting on top of my table for the past two months and a half I called them left him a message to see maybe curbside anything from them. Not sure how this small business communicates with their customers I haven’t received a call in two months I will not use them again I guess if I’m not buying diamonds or gold with high value, I don’t get a callback not walking in there again.

I was looking for a special gift for my wife and worked with Teri and briefly Melissa on finding the perfect item. Teri told me to bring it back as often as I want for cleanings and inspections, and even offered that I can bring in my wifes ring for the same service. I love this store! Years ago they gave me a fair price for some old diamond rings. Now they created a beautiful new ring with the stones from another old ring. The diamonds were not the best quality but the new setting Teri suggested really makes them sparkle. It is beautiful! Earlier this week, I asked my now fiance...to marry me. The ring that I gave her, was my mothers, and needed to be re-sized. We brought the ring in, and immediately, received an extremely warm welcome, and asked what they could do for us! This was on a Wednesday, and we were told that the ring, would be done by the following Tuesday... However Friday, we got a call, stating that the ring was already done, and ready for us to pick it up. It looks, absolutely amazing, and they also cleaned the ring. My wife brought in an heirloom wedding ring to be sized and divided. The piece came back with “divots” in the filigree where the rings may have been connected together. Seems to me that should’ve been caught and repaired, or at least they would have informed my wife of the situation. The price we paid for subpar work is very disappointing. We both felt rushed by staff in the store, and my wife was even hung up on while she was still asking questions in a phone call the other day - it was not a dropped call. We chose Diamonds Select because of their 5 star rating; I expected 5 star service yet received far less.

Super disappointed.They brag about the gold they buy, truth is they don’t even pay you a third of it’s fair trade weight. So you bring in something that’s weight would be approx $665 ( depending on the market fluctuation of gold ) they give you $225.Rip off!!!The gold is WALKING in the door, they need to do a blessed thing ... I suppose you’re paying for the commercials, their overhead? Still somehow, doesn’t seem fair to me? Perhaps I’m just naïve ? I will say this, the people were very nice inside !

I highly recommend using Diamonds Select. They are worth the drive from Madison to Stoughton. If you cant find something you like in the store, she can have anything you want custom made. Ive been working with Tracy for 3+ years now. Tracy is great to work with. She actually cares about her customers. Not only what they came into the store for, but who they are and what they do. She remembers things I tell her from the last time I was in, which could be as long as 6-12 months.
