I went to Sherwin Williams because I saw a 30% off paints ad. I had already visited Home Depot and Babels(Benjamin Moore), both close by. I was able to choose a color quickly and the salesman was very knowledgeable about types of paint. I dont know anything really. Due to the sale, I purchase a regular $55 paint which brought the price down with the 30% off still more than i would have paid other places. Then I painted. The paint was clearly superior than other paints I have used. I appreciated the no pressure, informative approach at the store and am in love with the paint! Perfect color (I asked the guy if he liked it too) So hard to pick a color. I would highly recommend the stoughton Sherwin Williams store for their professionalism and quality of paint. Thank you!

I dealt with two of the staff and both were very welcoming and took their time to explain my paint choices and options.

There was a very nice guy named Larry who helped me change the tint of a color. I knew what I wanted and he was very patient with getting the end result. He always had a smile on and was ready to help everyone in the store. He made my day.

Karin was super friendly and very helpful on both of our visits to the store. She was patient as we looked at several color options, offering advice and asking great guiding questions!!

Sherwin Williams are people with a great smile and always willing to help greeting with their hands open wide.🤝

Not the place to go for know-how or expertise. This is a shame considering the big box stores have killed this notion. Youd think the company who makes the product would be the best source, but I guess not. They were not familiar with their own product line. When I sent feedback to the corporate office they showed an initial interest in rectifying the situation. They promised me information and pricing on the product that this store claimed didnt exist but then the trail went cold after a day.
