Ordering process, accommodation for next day delivery, and delivery person were all great! But the product was not (black mulch that faded within a week). When I called, sent pictures upon request and asked for some feedback, I was told its normal for the color to come off. I explained that Ive been using black mulch for many years, and thats just not the case. And that I had a delivery from another provider in June that was still black (would have gone back to them but were closed and unavailable for next day delivery). No response, no offer to replace, refund or resolve in any way.
