I was served in May. I had assumed that my insurance had covered the bill in full. But no, three months later -- in August -- I received a bill. I had, in the intervening three months, changed employers, health insurance, and Flex spending. On three occasions, I called back to question the failure to bill in a timely fashion. On all three occasions, I was promised a call back by someone who had been trained in sounding responsive -- but not in BEING responsive. No call-backs at all. Finally, speaking to a supervisor, I received an abject Im sorry, and a promise that I would get a call back that day. I didnt. I am being taken to small-claims court.I will pay. I have no choice. But this organization, from its incompetent billing department to its customer service reps to its customer service supervisors, is deeply defective. Stay away.
