I am very late in posting this review, but Minuteman Stow and Akron teamed up to make a Christmas miracle happen. We needed over 300 mugs needed in less than two weeks after a mixup with a previous printer. Lauren and Parris at the Akron location worked overtime, communicating every step of the way, to get the mugs done even earlier than promised. The quality was great, but the customer service is what put Minuteman over the edge. Minuteman will be our go-to for all of our companys promotional needs!

I made the mistake of going to one of the big office supply stores to order business size cards for my friend’s funeral. My friend was always doing random acts of kindness and I wanted to encourage others to do the same with cards that said “This random act of kindness was done in memory of Denise Hardy.” The big store told me lie after lie after lie until 2 days before the calling hours. Due to a recent move my color printer that I was planning to use to print invitations for a bridal shower wasnt working properly. I stopped in Minuteman Press with my fingers crossed that they would be able to help me print my invitations for a reasonable price. When I presented my dilemma to Brian he took a quick look at my design and said it wouldnt be a problem. In less than an hour I had my invitations and envelopes and was on my way home to address them! They look fantastic and I couldnt have bought fill in the blank invitations from Walmart for what he charged me. I was pleasantly surprised. Minuteman Press made my day a whole lot easier, the quality was fantastic and the customer service was impressive to say the least. I do a lot of printing for work and will return to them for our business needs from now on too. Staples doesnt hold a match to the job they did for me today.
