DESPICABLE. My 74 year old visually impaired father took his Equinox in without my knowledge, and they said because it was once registered in Canada that it devalued the car BY 50%. Said there was an odometer discrepancy, but an NMVTIS title search showed no such thing. I spoke to Mark and he explained that all was on record, and he explained everything to my father, who willingly sold the car to them. I think they took advantage of my humble, half-blind father and picked up a 10K vehicle for $3500.
