Wow, the place is a disaster. Its Saturday morning at 10 am and every trash can us overflowing, trash all over the parking lot, coffee area trashed, floors dirty and a long line. Been coming here for years and never seen this place like this. Disappointed because this place used to be pristine.

This place is dirtier than a truckstop bathroom. Completely disgusting.

This sheets night staff seems to be completely incompetent they cant even manage to get food out in a timely order and this is a constant issue the only person who ever seems to not have their head up their rear end is the cashier ringing out the annoyed customers that the food staff fails to satisfy regularly. The few times Ive gotten my orders actually made it makes me wonder if sheets requires their employees to be able to read simple salads made wrong simple directions not followed really sad

Friendly staff, disgusting entrance and outside areas.For a fairly newly remodeled store I am really surprised that this store isnt clean. There is garbage all over.

Came in about a month ago and placed a $33 order. So quite a bit of food, but given that there were 5 people working in the kitchen it shouldn’t have been a problem. The staff proceeded to goof off for 20 minutes while making our order. When they finally DID call out my number, I checked the bags and they didn’t give me even half of what I ordered and what they DID give me was made wrong or was cold and soggy. It then took them another 20 minutes to remake the wrong food and the food they didn’t give me at all. Today, I placed another order only this time I placed it online. I placed the order at 10:15pm…by 11:10pm, MY ORDER WAS STILL NOT DONE! I showed up at 10:30 like it said to just to wait for another 45 minutes, and they STILL didn’t give me all of my food! Sure the store LOOKS nice, but the people they have working this shiny new store are just atrocious.

Ive been coming here every so often during lunch breaks over the past two years, and noticed longer wait times from the get-go, and theyve only gotten worse. These guys have NO hustle whatsoever. The food is MTO. Youll have to wait a bit. I get it. But 10-15 minutes or more, every single time? Must be the high turnover rate. That being said, the people that work the registers do a good enough job and they still get the orders made right, so it isn’t all bad. Just gotta stay on top of those kitchen staff and keep that parking lot clean.

Wont be back at any Sheetz stores. The food quality is far too inconsistent, the experience changes depending on what location youre at, and now to top it off to order with the app you are now forced to add and save a card to pay with before hand. I dont trust anybody with my card details and sure as hell wouldnt trust it with a convenience chain. Hope you guys are prepared for the tremendous hit your business takes because of this.

This Sheetz always has overflowing trash cans and an unswept patio.

I live really close to this Sheetz and me and my girlfriend buy a lot of food and gas from this Sheetz every day we love how convenient it has been.

Fried foods arent supposed to be soggy. If I wanted mashed potatoes, I wouldve ordered boston market or gotten meatloaf at Costco.

Very slow, waited an hour for two hotdogs. Wanted to be at home gaming with my bros and my hotdogs but instead I was waiting on hotdogs. Next time make my hotdogs faster

Prices are good for a convenient store. Services is usually fast and friendly. Some of the machines they have i think can be a little unreliable. Good 1 stop shop. You can get gas, food and all your quick in-and-out needs. If your in no real hurry, they have tables and TVs, for that as well. Good service, good versatility for customers, and free air for your tires if needed to.

I really enjoy sheetz shakes but not from this location. I struggle to drink it with the ridiculous amount of ice left in there. Honestly would be willing to wait an extra minute for a smooth shake.

Absolutely one of the best Sheetz around. They completely tore the whole building down and actually made it a bit smaller. Yet it seems bigger. Its so well organized 😊. The food is fresh, as well as snacks. Drinks are excellent. Place is always clean. Nice clean restrooms. The price of gas is always competitive. I dont want to forget the employees that work there are always nice.

Went through the drive thru sat at the window for about 15 minutes nobody came to the window or acknowledged that we existed. Drove up to the second window and honked got looked at and ignored eventually got our food and it was cold they didnt give us our sauces. Had barely any fries in our buckets this is ridiculous we werent the ones not acknowledging our customer. This was absolutely absurd.

It took a while for the food then the burger was awful.

Sheetz I like that they stay open 24/ 7 . They dont allow you sit and eat inside but there is outside seating. They gave cool and friendly staff and its always clean

Went through the drive thru & ordered 2 breakfast burritos/ 2 hash browns for a total of $8 and some change. When I go to pay, an older lady working the register says $12.68 or something like that. She offers no receipt, so I say hold on, I need that. Upon getting it, I notice a edit has been made (( MASTER TRANS)) and a the employee added a meatball sub the order. They refunded me $5 cash for 4.49 meatball sub. Long story short employees are adding on food to drive thru orders and making the customer pay for it. They are stealing money from customers. This incident was on July 16th, 2020 at around 11:25 am

Car wash sucks. Vehicle came in dirty and left dirty. Will not be coming back.

Anybody who writes less than a 5 star review is a fool. This place is amazing, it is a wonderland. Sheetz has fresh food, freal milkshakes, an ice cream machine, all candy and donuts. Its basically like a gas station on steriods. The gas pumps are fast. This place is a paradise

Do NOT get breakfast platters here! The last two times Ive gotten them here they did not put the eggs in it. Ive been to the other sheetz stores and got the same thing and they seem to be able to put it on.so I basically paid $9 for 3 hashbrowns and a sausage patty, NOT OKAY!

People were nice and friendly. Very clean and have alot of things to choose from to eat if you are hungary. Nice place to stop for a rest. Very clean restrooms too. Highly recommended.

This is my all time favorite gas station. I love the friendly cashiers, the delicious food and cold beer. Ive had employees help me with my car. Smile after I come in with bags of change. I practically use it as a grocery store. I look forward to chatting with all of my favorite people there.I hope mister Sheetz gives them all raises. Praise Sheetz.

Nicest people and great food

Used to be a nice store I would hit up alot over the years on the night ride into work. OK, the remodel job is alright although Im not a fan of dingy lighting as it just seems depressing to me. Outside seating is nice. The shelves as of late seem to be poorly stocked and Ive eaten a couple of my beloved fish sandwiches which are just as good as ever. (BTW, you have to search the menu to find the fish because its not even featured in this stores touch screen.) But my biggest complaint is the neglectful service! Chubby girl with glasses does not want to wait on people at the drink bar at night. Two weeks ago, I ordered my milkshake at 9:03 PM (ticket time stamp) and it took TWENTY minutes for her to even show up! No one was even there getting a drink! Not even a sorry for the wait, etc. Only took a minute to make it. Then, just this week, again, just after 9 PM with only 1 customer already waiting for a float ( no one else around) Chubby Girl was no where to be seen for like, 10 minutes. I finally had to get the cashiers attention & he herded her in from somewhere so to speak, while she grunted & looked pissed off just because she had to make a shake. The other girl from the grill helped with the other customer. Terrible service! No customer should wait 20 minutes in an empty store just for a drink and made felt like they were the worse thing to happen to them. This store needs better help! Friendly, courteous & efficient help! Dont go here if you want a specialty drink at night.

I constantly see an employee with long messy hair allowed to walk through the food prep area without a hat or hair net. He has also acted like a child with his friends in plain view of customers. Half of my orders are either missing things or just poorly prepared.

The coffee is terrible (at least one machine normally broken) It takes forever to get a food order and takes forever to check out. If that isnt bad enough, theyre always rude and nasty.

Stopped here on my way home and noticed that theyre not enforcing the mask mandate. People walking in and out of this location with no mask. I will not return here.

My introduction to sheetz. Decent quick order food. Minus one star because the kiosk user interface sucks. Could benefit from a menu on the wall showing everything in a viewer friendly manner and not interrupting you trying to buy food with ads for more food.

Whatever you do, don’t get a car wash here. Doesn’t matter if your car is submerged in mud and this place is your last hope. You could have a friend drive to the east coast and back and you would still be in line for the car wash. They should call it molasses wash

Clean exterior, well lit, lots of pumps. Didnt go in side, but it has everything you are looking for from the exterior gas station experience.

Gas is usually priced similarly to other places in the area. Snack and drink selection is good. Only 3 stars because the car wash is the worst and takes forever and didnt even dry my car.

The quesaritto things are amazing and cheap. The cashiers are always friendly too.

I come to this store quite often and order the same thing but i ordered an extra fry tonight. I never have had a problem with my food. But tonight the lazy little girl in the kitchen didnt want to measure the fries so she ended up filling my bucket of fries up only half way. She put the cup of fries inside the bucket to make it seem full....so i called up there and talk to a girl and told her I was coming up there to get the rest of my fries because my bucket was only half way full. The first thing she said was you should have checked it before you left followed with so what do you want a free meal or something, i said no i want the rest of my fries i didnt give you half my money she then said she wasnt giving me anything and I told her yes she was and Im on my way up there. Hung up the phone and headed to the store. Find the girl ( who didnt have a name tag on but i asked her for her name) it was CRYSTAL . She was still responding as a manager at Sheetz well you should have checked it before you left what did you do eat it on your way home wheres the cup of fries. Long story short I already called corporate and all they did was try to throw a food card in my face. I told them i dont want the damn food something need to be done about her attitude they didnt seem to care. Long story short this is a lawsuit for discrimination and per the other manager doug she treats people like this often.....something needs to be done but in the mean time my lawyer will be in contact

This place should rock, its got everything. Problem? Their stuff is broke a lot. Car wash, air hose... lame. Keep that stuff running all the time and people will come in all the time. Its not rocket science.
