Love this place. Protocols being followed and staff very helpful. I get my Clinique and Philosophy here. If they dont have something. I can order it. Just got some Philosophy and going back for some Clinique that was recommended!!

The customer service is wonderful and the staff is knowledgeable. They helped us save money on all of our tabs. There were many products within our budget that were also stylish and quality makeup.

Went to this location today for an eye brow wax and style my first time getting a wax there explained to the tech that I wanted thinner brows with some shape to them I will say she did the arch well but for $27 dollars theyre still incredibly thick and it was not worth the money paid. I had heard such wonderful things and Im very disappointed now I need to go else to have them done properly

I had walked in and in 5 min I was asked to be helped, 5 TIMES!!! Overkill, I wanted to get my stuff and goooo.. probably would have spent more cash if not so bombarded.

Took my wife there for shopping we feel like we were being watched the whole time like we were going to steal from them. The old tall lady gotta go, plus our appearance is Foreign(Asian)feel so uncomfortable since the country is going through a lot. This store employees need reform. Don’t judge people by there appearance please i beg you. Need to change.

Friendly Staff that made my first shopping experience pleasant

Me and my sister went here today to get some products, we felt extremely uncomfortable because one of the employees kept following us. There were many other people there but she was on us the whole time, maybe it’s because we are minorities, we are Asian, but beside that we caught her leaning to look at every actions we took and when she was caught she pretended to offer help. We were very uncomfortable so we purchased our items and left the store soon as we could.

I shop here all the time and have had some rude encounters with only one employee (short blonde hair). Any other employee I have encountered has been courteous and helpful.

I went for a makeup lesson, which was extremely helpful. The lady told me all the items she used and gave a good step by step instruction. The store has a huge variety and seems very knowledgeable and up to date on upcoming makeup releases.

I love having an Ulta so close to my house! The staff was amazing as always and eager to help.

I walked in and was greeted right away. The Sales Rep. asked me if I needed anything, I told her the CC cream I was looking for... She took me straight too it and helped me choose a shade. I was so grateful for this since, I can never seem to choose the correct color/shades for me.The store is always nice and clean. I do miss swatching the products to help you decide on an item. But better safe than sick.

LOVE THIS ULTA. I just moved to the area and was in dire need of a new hair style and color. My stylist was amazing and walked me through everything. The store itself is really clean and all the associates were smiling and ready to help. Loved this experience!

The store is nice, just like any other ulta. BUT the employees are so extremely rude. I went in yesterday and was asking for help with a few items that on the app were coming up as half off. The First employee that helped me just continued to tell me no it’s not without ringing it up or even looking at my phone so i could show her.The second lady who helped, who is there all the time and i believe is higher up continuously cut me off when i was trying to explain what was going on. And then processed to say “well it’s not on sale you probably read it wrong”. Calm down Karen, i might go to Kent State but i do know how to read and write.Needless to say, i will drive out of my way to go to a different Ulta from now on

I didn’t know they closed at 7 and i walked in right at 6:54 and we asked this girl if we could smell the perfumes and she was completely rushing and disrespectful. i understand i walked in right before, but you still don’t have a right to rush and be disrespectful to people.

Walking in as a person who knows nothing at all about makeup i was very intimidated. I was walking around basically lost and a charming woman asked me if i needed any help. I told her i wanted to figure out how how to find a good foundation for myself. She sat me down and gave me the whole work up. She stayed within my budget and help me so much. I will definitely be back. Feeling beautiful.

Unfortunately I had taken my mom there to get her makeup done for her birthday and had an absolutely awful experience. She had to take her makeup off as soon as we got in the car. Her foundation was basically crumbling off of her face immediately and had zero foundation applied to her nose ??? I went back a few days later to request a refund and the manager was so great and understanding. Great place to shop, bad place for a makeover.

I love this store! Its by far my favorite Ulta. I love the way its laid out and its always clean and organized and they seem to have more in stock than other stores. I went in unsure what kind of skin care I was looking for but was quickly greeted by Becci, who has helped me before. This girl is insanely knowledgable. She explains the scientific reasons a product will help you and then explains it in laymans terms. Shes brilliant. I bought everything she recommended. I then wanted to schedule a wax appointment for my brows and they were able to take me right then. Super clean. Ashley did my brows. She was so professional but also really fun to talk to. Love shopping in this store!!!

The staff at this Ulta are all wonderful! Ive gotten some great skincare recommendations and the gal who color matched me to a new foundation picked the perfect shade. Very helpful and friendly. They also have a good return / exchange policy which they honor without making you feel uncomfortable.

Visited the brow bar yesterday and was seen by Erica, she was amazing!! I try not to go there too often because its pretty expensive for an eyebrow wax but its always worth the money!! She did an amazing job, did exactly what I asked, was super friendly and talkative the whole time. She was super knowledgeable about all the products and at the end she styled my brows for me. Highly recommend her and all the stylist at this brow bar!

The selection is always wonderful. Whenever we need help they are well informed and great about helping us find what we need. Staff is very knowledgeable about products. It would be great if there were more testers in the drug store brands

Eh its an ok store. Dont go often since anytime I go there is always someone watching you like youre stealing. I get it but my well being is not worth stealing anything from anywhere. The employees are not very friendly and when I asked for my birthday gift the lady said we are out and despite the loads of samples offered me nothing in exchange so that was disappointing.

Expensive and the store employees follow you around or multiple employees surround you in other isles pretending to be working if you enter the store and dont dress all fancy or have make up on that day. I was in sweats and a t-shirt trying to relax while shopping and the employees either make you feel like a shoplifter or that you arent good enough to shop there. I make 3 times the salary that any of them make in a month. Never judge a book by its cover. Not impressed at all.

Pretty good variety of selection and easily organized by brand. Sells cosmetics, skin care, hair care, fragrances, and beauty tools. Staff is generally friendly and and diverse.

I haven’t gone to a salon since the beginning of 2019 due to cost, so I was doing root touch up on my own. Last month I tried a Super Cuts and that was a disaster (not that I expected it to be over the top excellent or anything). I recently found out that Ulta Stow has had hair services. I like that they are up front about their pricing. Due to my hair color status and the $ amount I wanted to stay with, I did an all over color with Shi as my stylist. However, Amy assisted with some of the consult and I appreciated the time they took in discussing options. Stacy was also there and the woman’s hair she was working on looked very nice at the end. So, I am going back in 6 weeks and I do recommend them. Aside from shopping on occasion in the store itself, the location of it is in a plaza with a lot of stores which I shop at, too.

I used to shop at Ulta a LOT, I was a diamond member up until this year when I have stopped shopping at this location. The last two times I have gone I have not been greeted by anyone and while looking at cosmetics the associates walk away from me to continue their conversations. The customer service just isn’t what it used to be.... They have a large assortment of products though and their customer service used to be amazing, which is why I gave them 3 stars.

We had a strict budget of $50 (a gift card) for her homecoming makeup. Nate set us up with everything we needed. Under budget! I never thought that could happen at Ulta. I cant say enough how wonderful Nate is. As long as hes there, that will be my Ulta.

The best Ulta shopping experience Ive had! I went in before Christmas so they were pretty busy but Cathie (the manager I believe) was so patient with me and helped recommend products and even gave me samples. The girl at the register was super nice and helpful too. Great store and staff!

This location is great. I come here for the Benefit Brow Bar and Brow Artist Courtney always does a fantastic job! The customer service here is very good. I roam around, but never feel isolated and alone. If I look confused, an Ulta employee is there to help.

Disappointing service

I just got my hair done there by Stacy. She was amazing and let me give my thoughts about what I wanted for color and then gave her opinion on what she thought would look best and then we decided on a color. The cut and style was also great! Will be returning for all hair care needs :)

I still prefer to go to Sephora just because the staff members are much more helpful. I wish They Carried some different brands because they are more convenient than going to the mall. They run pretty good deals though if you look for them.

Just went to Ulta for the first time, Ali helped me, she was extremely helpful she showed me a lot of tips and cool products tailored to my face. All the staff was extremely nice and they let me bring my puppy Buttons in, in a backpack

Manager I suppose was driving driving 40 mph in there own parking lot.I was in front of Kohls and chased me out of the crosswalk.I confronted the employee with the Blue Kia Forte and she said I was not police and oh well.I further explained her wrongdoing and was shouted at and talked to me like she was a sailor..more like a pirate.I would rethink having such employees in charge of your business.I will be calling your corp for a followup.Speed limit in parking lot is posted 10mph.

I love the selection of products in this Ulta location, however, I had an unpleasant experience while ringing out. The ladies at the counter were condescending and made me feel uncomfortable. I love the selection of Morhpe products but I will not be coming back to this location.

I bought a brand new Hot Tools Hair Dryer for $135... Only problem was, it wasnt brand new. Someone had taken the new one out and replaced it with a 3 year old model, which at current value sells for $30. I called the store and told the manager what had happened and she was very nice and understanding and I made sure to verify what time they closed. I arrived 15 minutes before they closed but the doors were locked.. After being ignored and laughed at for around 5 minutes, someone finally yelled through the glass window that they were closed and Id have to come back the next day... I live 35 minutes away so its not just a quick trip. The next day i drove back to the store and attempted to return the hair dryer and expected the manager to have left a note or something but she didnt and the employee assisting me even said she thought I was trying to pull a fast one on them. Finally they agreed to give me store credit, which I used for a hair straightener. However, I obviously didnt learn my lesson and I didnt check the box before I left.. And to my surprise, when I got home I realized it was also used and not what I was expecting. After all this, I wasnt even given an apology. Needless to say, I will NEVER shop there again. My friends and I are strictly Sephora clients.

The staff at this location was not very helpful. No one approached me to ask if I needed any help. After looking around for about 20 minutes I finally hunted someone down to ask for some help. Even then I got the feeling that I was bothering her😳

I love Ulta but this location has become horrible over the years. There are sections (such as the Rimmel section) that have been empty for MONTHS and look sloppy and a lot of stuff is often disorganized and out of stock for several days. And when I am on the Ulta app, it’ll often say there are products I am looking for available at this location so I go and they are no where to be seen. Staff is unfriendly and forgetful. I went in to shop and bought a couple things in order to receive a promotional gift with purchase and they didn’t give it to me and when I told them they said I should have said something before I paid. I will no longer be going to this location. Horrible experiences.

I personally am not that into makeup, but they have everything. Sometimes its better to get things cheaper at walmart, but then quality goes down..

My hair was destroyed at the Salon. Ive had to go as far as filing a claim with their insurance company to get on going treatments that my hairs going to require... The insurance company is less then friendly and even has gone as far as insulting me by claiming its my own fault this happened. Furthermore 2 weeks after my hair disaster another womans hair was ruined by the same stylist. So my suggestion... Go to studio luxe salon... Or even best cuts/famous hair... Anywhere else.
