Very disappointing. false advertisement about the product. do not order any products if you are not seeing on the show room and do not trust the advertisement nor any word. I order a bed set for my Son. since the product was not on the show room, Mark show the picture and start talking about the quality and the way this bed set constructed, after extra 2 week waiting, it comes all was just a false and fake information. the Bed set was two different type and the just match that by color. quality of the night stand and chest was just like the one he used as example of low quality. it is just some one selling a salvage car as a new car. I trust him since he was looking a good man and paid as a high quality bed set. do not order any products if you are not seeing on the show room and do not trust they advisement and word.

Jake was polite and very informative. He was patient with my questions and helped me pick out the mattress I wanted within my budget. The delivery men were prompt and professional. My mattress is perfect for me!

My wife and I got a bed and adjustable base from Bedrooms Today in Stow Ohio. Our sales man was Mark everything started out pretty good but when it came time to sign for the financing agreement he asked what my initials were then just put them in the boxes on the computer screen not letting me read what he was signing with my info that should have been the moment we left but I looked past it. So we get the bed delivered and I have the worst sleep of my life I actually slept on the floor because it was more comfortable than the new bed. We go back to the store and talk to some young guy (not sure of his name) and he says that they wont do an exchange for reasons related to comfort. Most places have a 30-60 night trial and this guy tells us you bought it so its not our problem we had other questions that we thought of and his only answer for everything was Ill have mark call you on Saturday well Saturday came and went with no call this place has the worst customer service I have ever experianced. We will never do business with them again now we are having to buy a new bed so we can finally get a good night sleep. It is true they have good prices but look past that and go to a place that wants you to be happy with your purchase.

We have a mattress that was purchased from this location 7 years ago and it has been wonderful, but wanted something a little different this time around and we were so pleased with our experience! The employees at Bedrooms Today were EXTREMELY helpful. I am going to be moving to the area in less than a month and drove over 2 hours in order to find a bedroom set in the area and have it delivered to my new apartment. After arriving from the long drive, they gave me such a great deal for an entire queen bedroom set, a mattress set, and a mattress protector that has a great warranty on it. Plus, the bedroom set is absolutely beautiful and I am so excited to have this set for a long time. They are going to deliver everything and set it all up at no extra cost which is amazing. I was even able to schedule for a future delivery on the day that I will be moving in. I was a little stressed as this is will be my first apartment and I did not really know what to expect price-wise. However, they made it extremely simple and it was quick and easy. I may even be going back to buy a futon in the near future because they have such great customer service and prices. I cannot say enough nice things and it was TRULY worth the drive. Thank you again for everything!!

Ive purchased mattresses from this store twice, and both times Ive received some of the best service imaginable. The sales people were nice, showed me great options, and took care of my order quickly with no pressure whatsoever. Both times my mattresses were delivered the next day, in the time frame given.With my second order I suddenly realized I needed a box spring, so less than an hour before delivery was expected, I called the store in a panic. The salesman had the delivery driver go back to the store and get me a box spring, still delivering the entire order in time. And, he was very kind about it! I was truly amazed. I highly recommend this store; in fact I think this is my first Google review, but I feel so strongly about praising this great service that it was worth setting up an account. And nothing could beat the service I received from Bedrooms Today.

This is a great store you are better off to do business here than the other so called mattress stores. We bought a bedroom set here a couple years ago for one of the bedrooms and liked it very much. Today we needed a new California King mattress for our other room so I stopped in and found exactly what I needed and got a very reasonable quote. I told him I may be back later and there was no problem. In the meantime Mattress Warehouse has been advertising any size mattress for $299.00 so I went there. When I went in there were only 3 people in there. When I told him about the sale of course that does not include California King so I told him in front of everybody in the the store they should not be advertising any size then the pitch started. I told him to just stop and walked out, everybody else followed me. Went back to Bedrooms Today a purchased a very nice mattress for a good price.

Our visit to Bedrooms Today in Stow was one of the best, easiest, and quickest retail experiences Ive ever had! First, we were greeted my our salesman, Mark. Mark was nice and very welcoming. He showed us exactly what we wanted to see and options similar to what we were looking for. Never once tried to upsell or talk us into something we werent interested in. Mark helped us customize the bedroom set we wanted and he and David, the manager, gave us a great deal! I have bought lots of furniture from lots of stores, but I have never received such great customer service like what we experienced at Bedrooms Today! From now on I will only buy from Bedrooms Today! Upgraded to a queen mattress but it wouldnt fit up my stairs. Not only were the delivery drivers awesome and really helpful, but the sales representative helped get a different box spring that would fit the same day and gave me wood slats for my bed. I would definitely recommend them.

Will not be heading back here.. my wife and I were interested in a sectional..we were waiting to hear back whether or not they could get the correct one to fit our living room. Unfortunately, they werent and 3 weeks later, I get a a credit card in the mail from them that I never committed to. I called to ask why this was, due to a hit on my credit, and explained I wouldnt be returning as a customer..they responded with great, we dont like customers like you anyhow. Wow!!! My husband purchased a firm mattress for around $700 from Bedrooms Today that seemed comfortable to him in the showroom. Once he had it home, it became clear within a few days that the mattress was not going to be comfortable for him to sleep on long term. He immediately went back to BT and was told that he needed to give it around a month and if he still was not happy, that he could make an exchange for a different mattress. So, today he went back to arrange for an exchange and was told otherwise. No exchanges. He was only offered to keep the current mattress @ $700, but in addition could purchase another mattress at wholesale. SO BEWARE, IF YOU PURCHASE A MATTRESS HERE: CHOOSE CAREFULLY!!! IF IT DOESNT TURN OUT TO BE RIGHT FOR YOU, YOU WILL BE S.O.L.!!! I saw a rebuttal from this business on another poor review claiming they will make an exchange- NO, THEY WONT! Terrible customer service!

Awesome place to shop. Very friendly sales ppl and the delivery guys were just great. I know it sounds strange, but I appreciated that they closed the door when they walked in and out of the house ( had ppl deliver that they would leave the door wide open even though it was freezing cold outside). Definitely going back and would recommend to everyone!
