The mower shop has had our mower since June 2, 2021. It is now July 22.In the mean time our grass has grown. Would not recommend.
Would have been nice after spending almost $4000 that they could of at least filled the mower up with gas, only had enough to start it for a minute lol
Decent place to come for parts, when they have them in Stock, but if need them asap better off with Amazon. Mower maintenance great place to come!
Great prices! Great service
The won’t work on anything unless you bought it from them, even if it’s under warranty!! What a joke!!
I had some trouble with my Husqvarna HU 700F push mower.... Ive stop by the Hudson Mower Shop (without an appt.). Randy took the time to take a quick look at my mower. He was courteous (w/his time) to review the issue and fixed it right on the spot. I really appreciate his customer service & knowledge. Ill definitely recommend this business to my friends & Im a new customer of The Mower Shop.!!!
Great service and friendly people. I asked if my mower could get fixed day before vacation, which would be in one day. He dropped what he was doing went in back and fixed it.First time I ever had such service, thanks Randy. Even more surprising, this was my fist time in the place
Dont be fooled and think you can actually get parts there. Their parts department is permanently closed with no notification besides on the front door of the building.
Took mower there for overhaul, they were very helpful. Now that grass is growing, I can report that the work was not only necessary but done very well. They recommended replacement of the back pulling wheels which make the mower run the way designed. Blades sharpened, underbody cleaned, oil changed, things tightened. Works perfectly, easy start and restart even after continous use. Clear itemized bill and phone call about what is done/recommended. Helpful staff.
Thanks for the awesome snowblower
I took my Honda mower in for repair -- the clutch cable snapped. I was very impressed with the people and service. The store is very clean, they were helpful, the repair was done quickly, and the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend these guys and will use them again.
Randy is a very helpful sales person and manager. The team in Stow has roots in the community and knows what it means to sell quality lawnmowers. Although it gets very busy in the spring season they still know the importance of communication (as long as you return the proper respect).
Great and fast service at a reasonable price. Would definitely return as a customer.
All but one person were very abrupt and rude. Work was done correctly, took three weeks but I knew that going in. A tuneup and magneto replacement was over $375...which I thought was a bit high.Good customer communication with a friendly attitude goes a long way in my book so I won’t be returning there.
The bad thing about this mower shop is that they were open for business. But the parts department was closed. And I went there for part
Great service and reasonable pricing. I will be back as a customer. Veteran owned business!
I recently bought a new zero turn from them. Randy is a man of his word. Its hard to trust anyone that sells anything out there. But they proved to me that they can be. Im a pretty shrewd guy when Im about to spend thousands of dollars and I can be hard to make happy. But they did it. I would recommend the mower shop to anyone.
Awful customer service... but knowledgeable and experience staff.... just rude.
I went in to have my chainsaw looked at, thinking I would drop it off and pick it up in a few days. The owner came out took it apart and checked it right then. Then fixed the problem and just charged me for the parts. It was a easy fix, but they could have charged me labor. Great job!!!
Great shop. Great service!
Very friendly staff. Keith was working the service desk he was very helpful.
My Gravely Zero turn stopped running suddenly. I called my friends at The Mower Shop in Stow and the store manager Randy was extremely helpful with helping me trouble shoot my issue over the phone, saving me time and money. Back to mowing!
Dont buy anything from these scam artists. Sold me an as is mower that runs great that had never been serviced and had a blown head gasket, bad fuel in the lines and needed a lot of work never mentioned any of that. The owner is a slime ball, disrespectful ass. Dont do business here because they are liars.
Fantastic service. Super quick and very reasonable.
Rude staff, especially Randy. Took our brand new mower in for the first oil change at 8 hours. Before starting it up to mow 2 weeks later, we discovered oil was NOT put back in. It barely registered on the dipstick. No indication on the sales slip what the oil weight is so we couldnt add it on our own without talking to shop, though we PAID for an oil change that SHOULD have included oil back in the motor. Made a phone call to Randy, who all but called us liars because he personally looks over every machine that comes into the shop for service. Well Randy, looks like you missed this one. Own up to it and apologize to your customers for causing problems instead of treating them so horrible.
Great local place to get work done on your yard equipment
Caring attention to my mowers needs.
I recently had my Honda mower serviced (oil change, blade sharpened, etc.). The Mower shop was fast and reasonably priced. I would take my mower there again.Richard Adams
Extremely knowledgeable staff with quick response time.
Randy and will were very helpful with me, Ill definatly recommend this business to my friends
One of the worst places Ive been to. They are rude and treat you like crap. Stay away from the mower shop in stow. Go to sohars in Macedonia. Cool people very freindly and wont waste your time
Great service & equipment. Also repaired my old Sears chain saw that chains were not avail anymore.
Excellent service. Answered all of my questions, remembered me when I returned to buy the mower, and delivered same day.
I got my ariens edger repaired (had to put in new carburetor housing in) the part was not cheap because it is powered by subaru engine. Recently i tool my toro snowblower there to get the carburetor cleaned up then back up running...Dont bring your equipment there with missing screws! Oem screws are pricey!
Excellent service...snow blower is like new.. Ill now be taking my mower in there for service..
I bought a husqavarna 580by a from there. The staff made sure I knew how to take care of it and answered all of my questions. The price were good, from what I saw it goes for $580 they sold mine to me for $550.I would recommend them to a friend.
Great shop, very knowledgeable, great customer service
I brought a small engine in for repair. They said that the service was easy to do and it would be done in 7-10 days. I called on the 10th day to get a status update and was basically told to F off. When they finally got around to looking at it, they realized that they misdiagnosed the problem and wanted $75 an hour to fix it.This would cost more than a brand new motor. Obviously I turned them down on performing the service, and when I went and picked the unit up, I was given it back completely unassembled and charged $40 for them not knowing how to diagnose an issue. They claim that the $40 is for diagnosing the issue and since I turned down the service, the fee doesnt cover them undoing the mess that they caused by reassembling the motor. Well, atleast I got a beat up old coffee can to take all the engine parts home in!I wouldnt trust them to repair a hairbrush, let alone a small engine. My advice would be to find a small engine repair shop that actually cares about their customers.
Poor customer service. Never going back.
Friendly and always answer my questions
