I needed to ship a heavy package to VA I called and spoke to a lady in the phone, she was extremely nice and helpful. When I arrived a man named Mathew helped me and he was also extremely nice and helpful. Got my package shipped for cheaper than what I expected and was out of there quickly. Will definitely return the next time I need to ship something!
I sent back a package to TX for a refund on items. Turns out the package was lost. However, UPS was so so helpful in refunding me for the lost package and what I paid to ship it. They were so communicative and I truly appreciate their help getting things handled. Things happen and it wasn’t their fault! I will definitely be using UPS again. The manager and the owner are awesome!!
The service at the Stow UPS Store is, by far, the best I have ever experienced, anywhere. We have kids living in various parts of the country and the staff here always checks to make insure my packages will arrive when I need them too, and at the lowest price available. They’ve assisted me in packing up boxes of fragile items, shipping time-sensitive documents, and going the extra mile to provide great service. Stow is so lucky to have Amy and Matt.
I was in desperate need of assistance and one gentleman who worked there went above and beyond to help me locate a lost tracking number. He took my number down and cross referenced some info and found what I needed. He then called me back and was able to find out the info. He was a life saver. I didnt catch his name, but his service will be remembered and I will officially use UPS going forward. I was always a Fed Ex guy. But his service is why I switched. I wish I knew his name. I would buy him lunch. Tell the higher ups you have a good one on your hands.
These guys are total rockstars. Let me just tell you, I have been coming there for years and always been treated with respect and customer service. It really makes it a joy to come there. When I go to the post office I have dread and when I go to UPS I have a smile. The owner is absolutely phenomenal. I wrote them a 5 star review on Yelp but thought I did it on here but I didnt. Anyway, I moved to North Canton, the UPS folks down here...NOT NICE at all. I had hoped I would get the 5 star treatment. This points out to how even more awesome the ownership in Stow is that they separate themselves to be even better than other franchises by different owners. Anyway, I will make the 30 minute drive to Stow when I need to return a package because in North Canton, they are awful. It feels like going to the BMV, rude and condescending. Not to use this review to diss another place but I just point this out because folks who have not been to this UPS should know that THIS Stow store stands out from the crowd. Thanks guys, keep doing what you are doing.

The service at this store is impeccable! It is such a delight to see that type of work ethic - especially with the younger staff. Happily helpful, friendly and on point with efficiency & knowledge of the services and products they provide! Thumbs up! I will always use this location and I live smack in the middle of 4 locations.
The people who were working 12/21/2000 could not been any nicer. Prompt, courteous and very helpful, really refreshing today and under the holiday rush. This is what customer service is all about. Anyone could ship your packages, USPS, FedEx...BUT these people stood out. A testament to help without rude or fake happy.
I went to this location today to ship a package full of household items and clothing. I bought a box and after putting the items inside I received a generous amount of assistance with properly packing the items. The manager of the store (I think) promptly repackaged the box utilizing a large plastic bag and small amounts of bubble wrap. He then sealed the box and sent it for delivery. I greatly appreciated his concern for the integrity of my shipment. He also did all this extremely fast. Thanks!
The guys that work in this location on Fishcreek road are absolutely the best!!! I had a rather large, bulky box I was taking out of my trunk. The guys inside spotted me right away and rushed out to take the Box out of my hands. That is great customer service! Will use this service anytime I can.
Great customer service. All of the employees are kind and thorough. The guys are so sweet and gave my son bubble wrap to play with while we waited. He loved it! Can’t say enough good things about the people working here. Only will be coming to this location from now on.
Used the location today for notary service. The appt. was made for 1PM, we arrived 1:02 and resource was not present. Staff reached out and contacted resource who came back but hoppin mad. We got what we needed but it sure was tense watching him drive back in, slam his car door and enter the store! Later I was surprised to see it was Matt, co owner.
I was dropping off two packages for a return. I had my baby with me. A gentleman saw me from inside and came out to assist me. He also taped up my packages, since I did not have tape at home. It was wonderful not having to struggle with a baby and my items. 😊

OK so i go into this UPS store often...first...let me back up. Do you remember the old owners of the last UPS store that was in the plaza next to this one. That store was run horribly. I remember when the new and current owners took over. What a difference. Like 180 degree difference. I went in today and was taken back (again) at how insanely good these guys are at customer service. I have seen them do it many times before and watched them do it again today; when they see an elderly person or female, they walk outside and offer to carry the packages in from the vehicle. Awesome! The place is never under staffed, and i have never had to wait long. We complain to often when we have bad experiences. I took one to many good experiences at this place to finally get me to write a review.

They charge $.15 a copy for black and white! None of the other UPS stores charge that much! It’s outrageous.
Nobody is wearing masks at this store. My mother was there yesterday and was harshly talked to by the owner about why he did not need to wear a mask, along with his employees. He was also not socially distancing as he continued to go after my 80 year old mother. He told her she was at risk so she shouldnt be at the store anyway. After chasing her to her car, she came home to a message on her machine from the owner. She has kept the message, reported them to Amazon and the health department, still trying to get ahold of UPS central. Absolutely ridiculous behavior!! I will never frequent this store again.
Was shocked at the service I received. The second I opened my trunk for get my item I was sending one of the gentleman on staff maybe management not sure he was in a different shirt came out and carried in the box for me. Not only that but I was in and out within seconds which is rare at most places. Thank you for making my trip a breeze it was 100% appreciated! If I ever have to send items out again I’m definitely going to them!
Terrible service. Every box delivered to my home the past 6 weeks has been opened, has holes, one item was literally laying on my porch w/o box. I am here when it gets delivered so no one messed with it. I am disgusted I have called and the lady wont even listen and instead wants me to file claim. The site to do that keeps crashing. This is absurd. I have photo evidence to back my claim.
Only at this Stow UPS: MULTIPLE times Ive been assisted carrying in packages. Never had help like this at a UPS store before moving to Stow. One time these guys even added tape to my poorly taped box for me. Really really appreciate the help especially now as a newly pregnant lady... carrying heavy boxes is becoming increasingly difficult!! Anyhow, wanted to get on here to say the assistance is greatly appreciated. Visited today around 1pm, 12/19/19, many thanks to the young man who dashed outside to help.
I dont have alot of experience with UPS but when I needed to use them to create and print a very delicate shipping label and it could only be through UPS, I was kind of nervous...Ive had to deal with issues with the Post Office and its usually a mess..BUT when I walked into this UPS store in Stow, the staff was AMAZING!! Wasnt sure exactly how to create and print a certain shipping label, the guy working not only handled it but showed me step by step EXACTLY how to do it myself!! Such amazing patience and help!! Ive now used them a few times since and EVERY time they have been nothing but amazing!! This store will have my buisness for all my shipping needs!! Their shipping cost is the same as FedEx and for packages that are heavier, they are 50% cheaper then USPS.
I shipped a package from this store, it never went anywhere. One owner was great and helpful. Tony on the other hand was so rude and defensive and acted like I had no right to call and ask where my package was. As a customer, i will NEVER use this store again. Beware if you cant find a package, dont call there. I was told dont call back Customer service is not their key priority.

Visited the ups store to ship a computer to California. Matt worked hard to find the right size box and make sure we were getting the best savings without compromising the safety of our contents. I have gone here before to make prints and copies and have always been greeted upon entering, treated kindly, and had everything explained to me in a respectful and helpful way. The store is clean, organized, smells great, and the staff is very friendly. Its clear that owners Matt and Amy are kind and hard working and make an effort to make their customers feel comfortable and welcome. I will be back!
This is THE BEST UPS store in Northeast Ohio. The owners of the Aurora and Kent locations are rude, condescending, and they obviously overcharge for their services. The folks at the Stow location are super helpful and value their customers. I came in to ship a guitar and an employee was opening the door and offering to take the package as I walked up. Absolutely amazing service compared to everywhere else. Its an extra 15 minute drive for me, but Ill happily make it every time. Thanks guys!

Incredible service. I pulled up with a truckload (literally) of bodes to ship- store owners came out, told me not to worry, and that they unloaded everything for me. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Fantastic place.
My fiancee and I cannot say enough good things about the owners of this store. Please stop going to the post office and go here!!! Matt and his family have helped us out on numerous occasions with international shipping, and go WAY above and beyond every time! Essentially the exact opposite of what you get at the post office. They even worked with the UPS hub manager @3am to find shipped paperwork while we were on our flight overseas. The customer service you receive here is rare, so enjoy it where you can get it. This is a great UPS store! Staff is kind and polite. Unbeknownst to me, I was accidentally overcharged when shipping a large box. The next day the owner called to make me aware of the overcharge and apologized. She let me know that she had set aside the overcharge money and said that I should come by whenever I had the opportunity to pick it up. How refreshingly honest! They earned a loyal customer for sure!

Since purchasing this store 2 years ago we have worked diligently to improve the image and services at the store. We have enhanced international shipping, freight service, and United States Postal services. Just like one of those days when all stars are aligned and waiting for your single mistake of the day. I had a extraordinary experience at this store as a first time customer. I managed to left a very valuable item at this store just right before store closing time on Saturday. Even before i realized about my loss the two female employees of this store (idk their names) were able to trace me and notified me via email about my lost item. Owner Matt came back to the store after business hours and waited for me to get my item back so i dont have to suffer until Monday. These are few honest and trustworthy people you will not meet everyday. I will surely vouch for these individuals - the owner and his staff.
Ive been patronizing this store since they opened and dont recall ever having a bad experience. The staff is helpful, and, for the most part, quite friendly. As long as they continue providing excellent service I will continue patronizing them. I can easily recommend them.

Because I live alone and am not home much, from my senders suggestion to a normal free alternative I chose to have a monthly delivery that required a signature and ID for age verification delivered to this Stow Oh. UPS store. Prior to doing so I called and verified it was ok and asked about any restrictions, costs, or conditions. I was told the only thing I had to do was to pick up any delivered package from any delivering carrier within 4 days, sign for it, and that was all. My 1st delivery arrived in March and I picked it up two days later from a very pleasant and considerate Lady. I recommunicated what I had to do and she said nothing was required except the within 4 day time element, and that they have many people do this because many are not home during business hours. The second delivery in April that I just picked up from a man A****n was a complete different experience beginning with unpleasantness and not so considerate. He brought the package up which was smaller than the last one delivered both in size and weight. This time after signing he said that will be $5.00 Puzzled I asked and why and first he said it was unannounced. Then after I explaining to him my initial call and also the March pickup and encounter, he then said well it was the size of it 14” x 10” x 10” 1.5 lb. and if it were a little smaller it would be only $3.00 Then after explaining to him this one was smaller than the last, he then said well allot of people have packages requiring an ID and signature delivered here and it’s my boss’s rule. My $5.00 receipt states PKG RCV LG/UNUSUAL. I found a local competitor (not UPS) that would do it as UPS initially disclosed. This place has lost my business and patronage, and diminished UPS’s rep for me.

Awful customer service from the owner of this store. I have been using this store since I moved to Stow over a year ago for printing and shipping services as I work as a consultant in the area.On three separate occasions the owner has complained about me ordering copies/prints for a small amount of pages (4-10 pages typically) saying it isnt economical for him to spend time printing these things. I find that fairly ridiculous considering this is a service the company provides and if this is such a problem why wouldnt they limit the minimum amount of pages allowed to print or scrap the service altogether? He claims my files Im uploading are bad and he cannot download them despite my ability to view them on the UPS online editing tool after they have been uploaded to the UPS servers. Also, he had mentioned other customers had this issue, and so clearly this was not my fault.In addition to printing at this company, I ship a lot of packages(paid and pre-paid) through this location, buy packing tape, buy boxes, cards, etc.. Is that not economical enough for him?The catalyst for this post was today when he decided to rip into me for not being able to download my PDF file (a universal and standard electronic format for business documents) in a timely manner causing me to have to come in with it on a flash drive. The Associate then tried to up charge me 4 bucks for doing this even though I had to spend twice as long to get a simple print job done, and he had the audacity to blame their problem with their system on me, the customer. The owner left me a voicemail prior to coming in stating the cost would be the same price as the online price. I even had to print all of the documents there myself off of the computer as the other Associate did not help me. Ultimately I was given the right price he agreed to give me when calling me on the phone, but only after I had to call him out on it and he changed his story.My girlfriend mentioned he had an attitude with her over printing something else on another occasion and figured he was having a bad day, but this recurring behavior is not acceptable for a customer service employee - I understand running a small business may be stressful, but the customer is never to blame for your small margins - and it is not the customers fault if you offer a service which cannot be completed in a timely or economical manner.I brought up the fact that a local competitor never has any problems with my print job and he told me to go use them then as he doesnt need my money for print jobs, ignoring all the other business I bring this store purchasing shipping costs/shipping items.After explaining this situation to a family member who has worked for UPS for over 20 years he has decided to call corporate on my behalf to complain about this store owners behavior.I will never be coming back and will be telling all my local business partners to stay away from this location. I will be driving the extra few miles to a competitor for shipping as I would rather do that than give this location any more of my money.UPDATE: The store owner sent me an unapologetic e-mail claiming the reason the associate tried to charge me triple was because I printed two extra pieces of paper (which I paid for) which was not in my initial order of files online. The associate (who is very nice) had no idea about this agreed discount the owner left on my voicemail prior to me mentioning this to her. I printed the extra two sheets because if I had to submit this extra file online it would not have worked (due to employee error and/or issues with UPS servers) and I would have to come back in, again, to print these myself, just like this current situation.This e-mailed excuse from the owner hilariously makes no sense because he did not know the two additional sheets of paper until after the fact I printed these papers out and he had no conversation about this with the Associate until after my transaction was complete. A poor attempt at a paper trail instead of just apologizing so I could retract this review.

The workers have always been friendly and helpful when I have picked up, shipped or returned items in the past. Today I was returning two items to Amazon that had arrived broken. I got one of the owners and had a horrible experience! After being treated poorly and spoken to in a condescending tone, I questioned his customer service, which only made matters worse. Wont be using this store again.
