Dont let them do the installation. I bought Fischer Outback 68 Crown / Skin skis online with Rottefella BC Auto bindings. We were not asked for the size of the boots and they sent the skis with the bindings installed. The bindings were not even properly centered on the skis, way too far forward, you could see it very clearly. We got a 20% credit ($ 90 us) but we had to pay for reinstall the bindings ($ 25 us) . Now we have holes on the brand new expensive skis. We got $ 65 us off to compensate.

Just a group of dishonest arrogant staff. Very disappointing.

I took a chance buying a full XC ski package from SkiEssentials due to the amazing online reviews. Ive been skiing for 15 years and finally invested in an upgraded second setup. After I placed my order I had a chance to try on the new boots at a chain retailer in a nearby city, but to my horror the brands sizing slightly changed from the older version I own. I was impressed that my order summary included both an email and a phone number. I sent an email asking to update the boot size and received a reply from the Customer Service Manager, Mike, in less than 30 minutes! He said it was no problem and was happy to correct my order. I cant tell you how relieved I am that he helped me get the right size boots before they shipped. I am so excited to get my gear, and will definitely buy from them again just based on this experience! Their customer service felt like it was a store in my small town. When you make a major purchase it is such a relief to know the company will take care of you.

Amazing customer service. After being disappointed at another shop, Mike was a godsend! He immediately found the skis I was looking for, and credited a day of demo I had paid for at Pinnacle. Had them mounted for me same day so I can take them out next day. Thanks again for the help!

He was able to ship my skis to me quickly and they were well packaged.I normally shy away from ordering skis and ski equipment online but my experience with skiessentials.com has changed my mind and I highly recommend them if you need/want to order online.Unfortunately, resorts closed down early (due to COVID-19), so I am unable to give on-snow experience with my new skis but Im looking forward to opening day.
