Was one of the best rental decisions I ever made. Extremely accommodating for parties and great delivery/pickup. Good communication from team for what was a very challenging rental request. But they made it happen! Everyone loved the Pinball machines in great condition. Highly recommend for parties or even vacations.

I rented two games (South Park pinball and Super Mario Bros) for my husbands birthday celebration, and I am so glad I went with Arcade Specialties for this event! From coordinating the date to the delivery to the pickup, their whole team is professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with! They really have an awesome operation and such a genius idea! I will definitely use them again for future events! Thank you so much for making my husbands birthday special and having such a wide variety of options for arcade games!

The games MADE the event!! Rented a few stand up games, pinball, Nintendo console & air Hockey for a corporate event... Everyone was impressed and had a wonderful time! Games arrived in time and and worked great! Will consider doing this again, and will definitely call Arcade Specialties!

Steve is very knowledgeable, professional. dependable and trustworthy and he always makes time to come out even if its last minute. He really cares and is passionate about his work and it shows. We have been using him for many years. I highly recommend him!

Weve been using Arcade Specialties for our game purchase and repair and theyve always been outstanding. Steve is incredibly knowledgeable, easy to work with and quick to respond. Arcade Specialties has a great selection of games and the quality has been fantastic.

Steve started great with repair of Asteroids machine. But machine quickly failed again. It then took months for him to return repeated calls/emails, and then he just stopped responding.

I love playing 80s arcade games. Working on them...not so much. Steve is my go to for any technical problems. I have purchased some lemons from less reputable people and Steve got them up and running, charging very fair rates for his expertise. I have also purchased directly from Steve and have had no issues with those machines. He is friendly, knowledgable, and doesnt mock me when I email with stupid questions.

Classic arcade games are a ton of fun but when something goes wrong, they can turn into 400 pound paper weights. Not if you know Steve. My Tron machine one day just went blank. Steve had her up and running in no time. Hes amazing, friendly, responsive and takes incredible care of games. Highly recommend.
