So, the sales person was nice, but didn’t give the printed discount. I bought a bee that mentioned $200 off. The discount given was $199.99. I know you provost rolled your eyes at the .01 but tax is different on $399.99 than $400. As a sales person, you have to adhere to what’s in writing.

Dionte at the Stratford, CT store was great. I explained that my Mom is having a hard because her bed is too high. He recommended getting a thinner base box and even found one on clearance for me. He even recommended a pillow for my mom since I mentioned she was having neck problems. My Mom sleeps better now and is not complaining about her neck or falling off her bed.Put my mind at ease to be able to help my Mom have comfort in her older days.

As soon as I walked in, Sam greeted me and my dad. I told him I wanted to buy an orthopedic mattress and he walked me right to the section where I was able to test some of the mattress they had in display. I tested a few but chose the first one I tried. I liked the fact that he didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t ask for (it has happened in the past). The process was fast and I left happy knowing I got what I wanted. Sam was very helpful, polite, and explained everything to me.

Not only did Mattress Firm have exactly what we needed, we had a superb salesperson in Deontae Carter servicing us. He helped out in finding the perfect mattress for the best price possible. It’s a shame these mattresses will last many years because I wouldn’t mind going through the experience again since he made it so easy. I’m sure the other employees at the Stratford, CT location are just as good, but if you end up going while he is working, you will definitely not regret it (but I do recommend you going during his shift - call ahead)!

I bought a mattress 2.5 years ago which started failing after the first year. My wife and I started the mattress warranty process which was a challenge. Customer service is non existing unless you need the sales department. Trying to talk to anyone else online, I wish you good luck. Store customer service is even worse. 1 person working on a Sunday afternoon. Waited 1.5 hrs to talk to someone who was not able to help us cause of warranty processing issues. Saleman could not even get in touch with corporate in order to resolve the problem. We had to do all the leg work. If it was not for the store credit, I would have taken my business elsewhere.

I purchased a mattress from this location over one year ago. I wanted to write this review before but I was pregnant when I purchased this mattress and had other issues occurring. The supervisor was busy assisting someone else so he sent me to another sales associate (who was new and had only been at the job for about one week). The individual was very nice but extremely unexperienced. He had to contact the supervisor (who left as his shift was over) to ask him what to do and what the next steps were. The sale associate failed to inform me that the leasing company Progressive Leasing was going to be charging interest in the same amount as the the mattress making my payments double which I did not agree to. The sales associates showed me the amount which did not include the interest amount otherwise I would have not went through with the transaction. I will never go back to Mattress firm nor will I ever use Progressive Leasing again as I believe they are using unfair practices.

Best customer service experience ever!!! My husband and I had previously purchased a mattress with another company who had made an error with our order. We tried for a week to rectify the situation, but were treated with such neglect that we decided to cancel our order and request a refund. We were beyond frustrated, but that all changed and soon as we walked into Mattress Firm. The customer service experience was like night and day. Mattress Firm was quick, easy and painless! Our sales representative and store manager, Spencer, was the absolute best! He treated my husband and I like we were his family. I loved the style of all the clothes and the aesthetic appeal of the entire place, but it was mostly stuff for girls. Being a guy it bummed me out, but I still found a few things to purchase. I was in desperate need of a new bed. Went to the Stratford location and was assisted by Mario. At first I was hesitant to get anything because I thought he was gonna be a pushy sales man and get me to buy a expensive bed. To my surprise Mario was the most understanding and friendly person. I ended up buying a bed that I love and everything I was looking for. I even was able to get a free adjustable bed frame. Mario did such a great job that I am going back to buy a bed for my son.

This store has an excellent selection of mattresses and Tom provided great, friendly service. There is more to mattresses and pillows than you realize, and Tom explained it all well. We bought not only a mattress after just a few minutes, but also an amazing firm, cool pillow for back sleepers, an Impulse 2.0. You have to try it to believe. I cant wait to sleep on both!

My husband and I went to Sleepys/Matress Firm about a month ago to pick out a new bed for our new house. We had a wonderful experience. We were shown a variety of mattresses and there was a great price as well as a number of things (sheets, duvet, blanket) to go with the new bed. It is so comfortable. We were contact numerous times to make sure we got delivery when we needed. The delivery guys were wonderful, even helped with a spare mattress. Our new house had really tight space to get to the bedroom, but they managed without any hassle. My husband was so amazed that they managed it that we joke that the delivery guys may have been magic. I also really like that there was no pressure to purchase any certain mattress or type or price. Just picked what we wanted. And our salesperson, Terri, brought the headboard to our new house to make sure we had it on time. My parents are also looking for a new bed and will be going back to this location when they receive new stock in. Terri cared more about my mom having a mattress shed be happy with than making a sale that day. I feel like we were really taken care of. The quality of the products are wonderful, the prices are excellent, but the staff really makes the store a great place to shop!

I needed a mattress for college and did not want to spend a fortune but at the same time wanted a decent, comfortable mattress. When we walked in Amber greeted us and gave us a quick overview of the store and then showed us a few options. She really listened to what I was looking for and within 15 minutes was able to find a mattress I was happy with at a price I could afford. I looked at a few other places and the salespeople were trying to show me models out of my price range, or overly firm, which I do not like. The entire process took a total of about 25 minutes including payment and delivery instructions. I would recommend Mattress Firm and would definitely recommend asking for Amber to assist you.

My experience here was great! Upon walking in the store, I was approached by a friendly salesman who introduced himself as Barry, and offered his assistance. At first i declined, but when I saw that he was willing to explain the details, i found it to be very helpful. He was very friendly, and was not pushy at all compared to what you may find at other places. He took the time to hear me out and help me find what would fit my needs specifically, and did not try to upsell me at all. I explained to her my situation; that I bought a Mattress from another company and have had real problems with the customer service and support on the purchase. She gave me options and said I should know the policy the other company had on returns before I buy from Mattress Firm. Her support over the phone was excellent.
